Not long ago at an event here in Jerusalem, The Prime Minister of Israel spoke these words:
“Jan Willem, You are The Ultimate Zionist!”

Our hearts were warmed when these words were followed up by the lovely Ministry in Jerusalem of ISRAEL FIRST, with the request to make an interview with Jan Willem van der Hoeven for their weekly TV broadcast.

Israel First is managed by Martin and Nathalie Blackham and we really encourage you to visit their website and listen to some of the lovely TV programs they are making about Israel.

Their recent program about the Christian Zionist movement, starting in the 19th Century until modern Christian Zionism, gives lovely honor to Jan Willem van der Hoeven by mentioning him in the list with the names of the great founders and modern carriers of the vision of Christian Zionism.

When Donald Trump last year re-opened the US Embassy in Jerusalem, Christians worldwide were excited. Here in this film you can hear how Jan Willem van der Hoeven was in fact led by the Lord to be the first one to open an Embassy in Jerusalem after most embassies had left the city.

Walking in the footsteps of the God of Israel is truly awesome and it is amazing what the Lord can do through the humble life of one man!

The interview starts at the 10 minute mark, but if you can spare time and look from the start you will be able to hear a lot of historical information about Christian Zionism and how this movement has been strategically important for the Jewish homeland before the founding of the State of Israel in 1948.
