Declarations & Decrees: Zeal for God and His Holiness – You Shall Be Holy, for the LORD Your God Is Holy!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare the People of God will be ALERT and DISCERNING to FOLLOW Holy Spirit and not the spirit of Anti-Christ or the popular amusements of this age.
  Those who follow any spirit, other than Holy Spirit, bring the ANGER of the Lord upon themselves.
• I decree and declare the Leaders who SPOKE CONTRARY TO GOD’S WORD and turned the People away from the Lord God Almighty, and those who followed them, will be DEALT WITH by the HAND of God!
  As God directs, the LAND MUST BE CLEANSED.
• I decree YOU ARE ZEALOUS FOR GOD’S TRUTH; by being as zealous as God, you will DEFLECT His anger from the People and your Land.
  STAND WITH THE LORD to cleanse your Land.
  The PEACE of the Lord will be upon you and your descendants because you are ZEALOUS for Him.
• I declare the GRACE and PRAISES of the Lord are MIGHTY, because of all that He has granted us and His GREAT GOODNESS toward the House of Israel and His People throughout the Earth, which He bestowed on them in keeping with His MERCY and the greatness of His GRACE!
• I decree and declare YOU are LOYAL to the Lord!
  He is your SAVIOR; in all your troubles HE is troubled; the ANGEL of His Presence SAVED you; in His LOVE and PITY He REDEEMED you.
  He has lifted you up and carried you throughout your days.
• I decree and declare Holy Spirit is in the MIDST of YOU who REMEMBER and FOLLOW the Lord.
  The Lord is MANIFESTING His GLORY and HOLINESS with healings & miracles.
  MOVE FORWARD in the STRENGTH and INSISTENCE of the Lord.
• I decree and declare I OFFER MYSELF AS SACRIFICE, living and SET APART for God.
  This PLEASES HIM; it is the logical “Temple worship” for me.
  I WILL NOT allow myself to be conformed to the standards of this world.
• I decree and declare we are being TRANSFORMED, DAILY, BY THE RENEWING OF OUR MINDS; so that we WILL KNOW what God wants and will AGREE that what He wants is good, satisfying and ABLE TO SUCCEED.
• I decree and declare we are many parts with different functions, in union with the Lord.
  We comprise one Body, with each of us BELONGING to the others.
  But we have gifts that differ and which are meant to be used according to the grace that has been given to us.
• I decree and declare we will LOVE EACH OTHER DEVOTEDLY and with brotherly love; and set examples for each other in showing respect.
  We SERVE THE LORD with spiritual fervor.
  We REJOICE IN OUR HOPE, being patient in our troubles, and continuing steadfastly in prayer.
• I declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ While Israel remained at Shittim, the people began to play the harlot with the daughters of Moab. ² For they invited the people to the sacrifices of their gods, and the people ate and bowed down to their gods. ³ So Israel joined themselves to Baal of Peor, and the Lord was angry against Israel. ⁴ The Lord said to Moses, “Take all the leaders of the people and execute them in broad daylight before the Lord, so that the fierce anger of the Lord may turn away from Israel.” ⁵ So Moses said to the judges of Israel, “Each of you slay his men who have joined themselves to Baal of Peor.” ⁶ Then behold, one of the sons of Israel came and brought to his relatives a Midianite woman, in the sight of Moses and in the sight of all the congregation of the sons of Israel, while they were weeping at the doorway of the tent of meeting. ⁷ When Phinehas the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the priest, saw it, he arose from the midst of the congregation and took a spear in his hand, ⁸ and he went after the man of Israel into the tent and pierced both of them through, the man of Israel and the woman, through the body. So the plague on the sons of Israel was checked. ⁹ Those who died by the plague were 24,000. ¹⁰ Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, ¹¹ “Phinehas the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the priest, has turned away My wrath from the sons of Israel in that he was jealous with My jealousy among them, so that I did not destroy the sons of Israel in My jealousy. ¹² Therefore say, ‘Behold, I give him My covenant of peace; ¹³ and it shall be for him and his descendants after him, a covenant of a perpetual priesthood, because he was jealous for his God and made atonement for the sons of Israel,’” Numbers 25:1-13.

“⁷ I shall make mention of the lovingkindnesses of the Lord, the praises of the Lord, according to all that the Lord has granted us, and the great goodness toward the house of Israel, which He has granted them according to His compassion and according to the abundance of His lovingkindnesses. ⁸ For He said, “Surely, they are My people, sons who will not deal falsely.” So He became their Savior. ⁹ In all their affliction He was afflicted, and the angel of His presence saved them; in His love and in His mercy He redeemed them, and He lifted them and carried them all the days of old. ¹⁰ But they rebelled and grieved His Holy Spirit; therefore He turned Himself to become their enemy, He fought against them. ¹¹ Then His people remembered the days of old, of Moses. Where is He who brought them up out of the sea with the shepherds of His flock? Where is He who put His Holy Spirit in the midst of them, ¹² Who caused His glorious arm to go at the right hand of Moses, Who divided the waters before them to make for Himself an everlasting name, ¹³ Who led them through the depths? Like the horse in the wilderness, they did not stumble; ¹⁴ As the cattle which go down into the valley, the Spirit of the Lord gave them rest. So You led Your people, to make for Yourself a glorious name,” Isaiah 63:7-14.

“¹ Therefore I urge you, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of worship. ² And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect. ³ For through the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think more highly of himself than he ought to think; but to think so as to have sound judgment, as God has allotted to each a measure of faith. ⁴ For just as we have many members in one body and all the members do not have the same function, ⁵ so we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another. ⁶ Since we have gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, each of us is to exercise them accordingly: if prophecy, according to the proportion of his faith; ⁷ if service, in his serving; or he who teaches, in his teaching; ⁸ or he who exhorts, in his exhortation; he who gives, with liberality; he who leads, with diligence; he who shows mercy, with cheerfulness. ⁹ Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor what is evil; cling to what is good. ¹⁰ Be devoted to one another in brotherly love; give preference to one another in honor; ¹¹ not lagging behind in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord; ¹² rejoicing in hope, persevering in tribulation, devoted to prayer, ¹³ contributing to the needs of the saints, practicing hospitality,” Romans 12:1-13.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
