I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare, though you feel ISOLATED and ABANDONED, the Lord SEES, He KNOWS your LIFE SITUATION.
  God HEARS and His ANGELS ARE NEAR!
• I decree and declare YOU ARE NOT AFRAID, because you know God hears your cry in YOUR PRESENT SITUATION!
  GET UP; LOOK and SEE GOD’S PROVISION!
  His PROMISES will not be delayed!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai does not ignore the cry of His People.
  As you move forward, listen to the WORD of the Lord/ Adonai.
  He will confirm what you are to do, the way you are to go.
  He says, “Don’t be afraid of the enemy, for I have handed them over to you; NOT ONE OF THEIR MEN WILL STAND AGAINST YOU!”
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai will THROW YOUR ENEMY INTO CONFUSION as HE defeats them!
  He will rain down HAIL and FIRE that your enemies will be brought to an end.
  They will no longer be a threat to you.
• I decree and declare GOD IS ABLE!
  Stand in FAITH, decree to the NATURAL ELEMENTS!
  With the faith of a mustard seed, you will move Mountains!
  So it happened for Joshua, when he said “Sun, stand motionless! Moon, you too!”
  So the SUN STOOD STILL and the MOON STAYED PUT till ISRAEL TOOK VENGEANCE on their enemies!
  This happened when the Lord/ Adonai LISTENED TO THE VOICE OF A MAN; it happened because the Lord/ Adonai fought on Israel’s behalf.
• I decree and declare in your WORDS you have the power to CURSE and to BLESS.
  Recognize that Leaders are put in position by the hand of God and by HIS HAND they will be REMOVED if they fail to walk according to HIS SOVEREIGNTY.
  You will not harm God’s anointed.
• I decree and declare the People of the Lord Most High/ Adonai ‘Elyon will NOT HARM or REBEL against God’s anointed, even if they are seeking to harm you or others.
  Seek the Father’s will and place them in His Hands.
  The Lord is the JUDGE and He will AVENGE you.
• I decree and declare the wicked will recognize your RIGHTEOUSNESS and say, “You are more RIGHTEOUS than I, because you have treated me well, while I have been treating you badly. You have made it clear to me today that you have done me good.”
• I decree and declare the Lord God Almighty/ Adonai El Shaddai will treat you well for treating His anointed well, even when they try to harm you.
  Living a life of INTEGRITY before God and men will be rewarded.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹⁴ So Abraham rose early in the morning and took bread and a skin of water and gave them to Hagar, putting them on her shoulder, and gave her the boy, and sent her away. And she departed and wandered about in the wilderness of Beersheba. ¹⁵ When the water in the skin was used up, she left the boy under one of the bushes. ¹⁶ Then she went and sat down opposite him, about a bowshot away, for she said, “Do not let me see the boy die.” And she sat opposite him, and lifted up her voice and wept. ¹⁷ God heard the lad crying; and the angel of God called to Hagar from heaven and said to her, “What is the matter with you, Hagar? Do not fear, for God has heard the voice of the lad where he is. ¹⁸ Arise, lift up the lad, and hold him by the hand, for I will make a great nation of him.” ¹⁹ Then God opened her eyes and she saw a well of water; and she went and filled the skin with water and gave the lad a drink,” Genesis 21:14-19.

“⁶ Then the men of Gibeon sent word to Joshua to the camp at Gilgal, saying, “Do not abandon your servants; come up to us quickly and save us and help us, for all the kings of the Amorites that live in the hill country have assembled against us.” ⁷ So Joshua went up from Gilgal, he and all the people of war with him and all the valiant warriors. ⁸ The Lord said to Joshua, “Do not fear them, for I have given them into your hands; not one of them shall stand before you.” ⁹ So Joshua came upon them suddenly by marching all night from Gilgal. ¹⁰ And the Lord confounded them before Israel, and He slew them with a great slaughter at Gibeon, and pursued them by the way of the ascent of Beth-horon and struck them as far as Azekah and Makkedah. ¹¹ As they fled from before Israel, while they were at the descent of Beth-horon, the Lord threw large stones from heaven on them as far as Azekah, and they died; there were more who died from the hailstones than those whom the sons of Israel killed with the sword. ¹² Then Joshua spoke to the Lord in the day when the Lord delivered up the Amorites before the sons of Israel, and he said in the sight of Israel, “O sun, stand still at Gibeon, and O moon in the valley of Aijalon.” ¹³ So the sun stood still, and the moon stopped, until the nation avenged themselves of their enemies. Is it not written in the book of Jashar? And the sun stopped in the middle of the sky and did not hasten to go down for about a whole day. ¹⁴ There was no day like that before it or after it, when the Lord listened to the voice of a man; for the Lord fought for Israel,” Joshua 10:6-14.

“⁸ Now afterward David arose and went out of the cave and called after Saul, saying, “My lord the king!” And when Saul looked behind him, David bowed with his face to the ground and prostrated himself. ⁹ David said to Saul, “Why do you listen to the words of men, saying, ‘Behold, David seeks to harm you’? ¹⁰ Behold, this day your eyes have seen that the Lord had given you today into my hand in the cave, and some said to kill you, but my eye had pity on you; and I said, ‘I will not stretch out my hand against my lord, for he is the Lord’s anointed.’ ¹¹ Now, my father, see! Indeed, see the edge of your robe in my hand! For in that I cut off the edge of your robe and did not kill you, know and perceive that there is no evil or rebellion in my hands, and I have not sinned against you, though you are lying in wait for my life to take it. ¹² May the Lord judge between you and me, and may the Lord avenge me on you; but my hand shall not be against you. ¹³ As the proverb of the ancients says, ‘Out of the wicked comes forth wickedness’; but my hand shall not be against you. ¹⁴ After whom has the king of Israel come out? Whom are you pursuing? A dead dog, a single flea? ¹⁵ The Lord therefore be judge and decide between you and me; and may He see and plead my cause and deliver me from your hand.”
¹⁶ When David had finished speaking these words to Saul, Saul said, “Is this your voice, my son David?” Then Saul lifted up his voice and wept. ¹⁷ He said to David, “You are more righteous than I; for you have dealt well with me, while I have dealt wickedly with you. ¹⁸ You have declared today that you have done good to me, that the Lord delivered me into your hand and yet you did not kill me. ¹⁹ For if a man finds his enemy, will he let him go away safely? May the Lord therefore reward you with good in return for what you have done to me this day,” 1 Samuel 24:8-20.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
