Declarations & Decrees: Your Tears and Loss Will Be Turned to Joy and Abundance Overflowing!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare the Lord is RESTORING your fortunes; His GOODNESS is far above your imaginings; your lost fortunes will be MULTIPLIED.
  Your mouths are full of LAUGHTER, and your tongues SHOUT for JOY.
  Among the Nations they will say that the Lord/ Adonai has done GREAT THINGS for you, His People!
• I decree and declare the Lord has done GREAT THINGS with us, and we are OVERJOYED!
  Those who are far away, RETURN to the Lord/ Adonai your God/Elohim, as STREAMS FILL the RIVER BEDS in the DESERT!
• I decree and declare you, who have sown in tears, will NOW REAP with CRIES of JOY!
  As you have gone out weeping, as you carried your SACK of SEED, so you will COME HOME with CRIES OF JOY, as you carry your SHEAVES of GRAIN!
• I decree and declare we CALL the SINNERS, the LOST to COME to the Father’s OPEN ARMS.
  Multitudes are acknowledging their emptiness and NEED to REPENT and be CLEANSED.
  They will CRY FOR JOY at the SALVATION of the Lord Jesus Christ/ Adonai Yeshua Messiah.
• I decree and declare the Lord knows those who are pretentious and do not care for the LOST or NEEDY.
  While they are judgmental, Jesus/ Yeshua is COMPASSIONATE and KIND.
  Those who are FORGIVEN MUCH LOVE MUCH.
• I decree and declare the Lord Jesus Christ/ Adonai Yeshua Messiah FORGIVES those who TRUST in Him.
  Those who TRUST come to Him with REPENTANT hearts and LOVE HIM UNCEASINGLY.
• I decree and declare in myself I am nothing that God should look upon me.
  Yet, by His GRACE and MERCY He has DRAWN ME UNTO HIMSELF through the SACRIFICE of His Son, Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai BLESSES us, who have TRUSTED that the PROMISES He has made to us WILL BE FULFILLED! We MAGNIFY His Name, and our spirits REJOICE in God, our Savior, who has taken notice of His Servants in their HUMBLE POSITIONS!
• I decree and declare the Name of the Mighty One/ Gibbor is HOLY; He has done GREAT THINGS for me!
  In every generation He has MERCY on those who FEAR Him! He has performed MIGHTY DEEDS with His arm, routed the secretly proud, brought down rulers from their thrones, RAISED UP the Humble, FILLED the hungry with good things, but sent the rich away empty.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ When the Lord brought back the captive ones of Zion, we were like those who dream. ² Then our mouth was filled with laughter and our tongue with joyful shouting; then they said among the nations, “The Lord has done great things for them.” ³ The Lord has done great things for us; we are glad. ⁴ Restore our captivity, O Lord, as the streams in the South. ⁵ Those who sow in tears shall reap with joyful shouting. ⁶ He who goes to and fro weeping, carrying his bag of seed, shall indeed come again with a shout of joy, bringing his sheaves with him,” Psalm 126:1-6.

“³⁶ Now one of the Pharisees was requesting Him to dine with him, and He entered the Pharisee’s house and reclined at the table. ³⁷ And there was a woman in the city who was a sinner; and when she learned that He was reclining at the table in the Pharisee’s house, she brought an alabaster vial of perfume, ³⁸ and standing behind Him at His feet, weeping, she began to wet His feet with her tears, and kept wiping them with the hair of her head, and kissing His feet and anointing them with the perfume. ³⁹ Now when the Pharisee who had invited Him saw this, he said to himself, “If this man were a prophet He would know who and what sort of person this woman is who is touching Him, that she is a sinner.” ⁴⁰ And Jesus answered him, “Simon, I have something to say to you.” And he replied, “Say it, Teacher.” ⁴¹ “A moneylender had two debtors: one owed five hundred denarii, and the other fifty. ⁴² When they were unable to repay, he graciously forgave them both. So which of them will love him more?” ⁴³ Simon answered and said, “I suppose the one whom he forgave more.” And He said to him, “You have judged correctly.” ⁴⁴ Turning toward the woman, He said to Simon, “Do you see this woman? I entered your house; you gave Me no water for My feet, but she has wet My feet with her tears and wiped them with her hair. ⁴⁵ You gave Me no kiss; but she, since the time I came in, has not ceased to kiss My feet. ⁴⁶ You did not anoint My head with oil, but she anointed My feet with perfume. ⁴⁷ For this reason I say to you, her sins, which are many, have been forgiven, for she loved much; but he who is forgiven little, loves little.” ⁴⁸ Then He said to her, “Your sins have been forgiven.” ⁴⁹ Those who were reclining at the table with Him began to say to themselves, “Who is this man who even forgives sins?” ⁵⁰ And He said to the woman, “Your faith has saved you; go in peace,” Luke 7:36-50.

“⁴³ And how has it happened to me, that the mother of my Lord would come to me? ⁴⁴ For behold, when the sound of your greeting reached my ears, the baby leaped in my womb for joy. ⁴⁵ And blessed is she who believed that there would be a fulfillment of what had been spoken to her by the Lord.” ⁴⁶ And Mary said: “My soul exalts the Lord, ⁴⁷ And my spirit has rejoiced in God my Savior. ⁴⁸ “For He has had regard for the humble state of His bondslave; for behold, from this time on all generations will count me blessed. ⁴⁹ “For the Mighty One has done great things for me; and holy is His name. ⁵⁰ “And His mercy is upon generation after generation toward those who fear Him. ⁵¹ “He has done mighty deeds with His arm; He has scattered those who were proud in the thoughts of their heart. ⁵² “He has brought down rulers from their thrones, and has exalted those who were humble. ⁵³ “He has filled the hungry with good things; and sent away the rich empty-handed. ⁵⁴ “He has given help to Israel His servant, in remembrance of His mercy, ⁵⁵ As He spoke to our fathers, to Abraham and his descendants forever,” Luke 1:43-55.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
