Declarations & Decrees: Your Prayers & Generosity Rise Before the Father’s Throne as Sweet-smelling Incense!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• We declare your PRAYERS and ACTS of CHARITY raise as incense before God, so that He has YOU on His MIND.
  Fervently PURSUE the RIGHTEOUSNESS of God Almighty: give generously to the poor and pray regularly to the Lord.
• We decree and declare the Children of God DESIRE to walk in His Presence and IMMERSE themselves in His Word and His Spirit.
  The Lord is ENCOURAGING and STRENGTHENING His Body through visitations, visions and dreams.
  He is bringing His People together through supernatural means. Praised be His Holy Name!
• We decree and declare that those who God calls HOLY are holy; do not allow race, nationality or gender keep you from meeting with, and ministering to them.
  The Father is uniting His People throughout the World!
• We decree and declare you are charged before God and Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua to PROCLAIM the Word!
  Be on hand with it whether the time seems right or not.
  Convict, censure and exhort with UNFAILING PATIENCE and with teaching!
• We decree and declare I will BLESS the Lord at ALL TIMES; His PRAISE is always in my mouth!
  When I boast, it will be of the Lord; the humble will hear of it and be GLAD!
• We declare and proclaim the GREATNESS of the Lord; we EXALT His Name together.
  I sought the Lord and He ANSWERED me; He RESCUED me from everything I feared.
  I look to the Lord and am RADIANT, for I will never blush for shame again.
• We declare the Lord HEARS those who cry; He hears and saves them from all their troubles.
  The angel of the Lord, who ENCAMPS around those who FEAR Him, delivers them.
• We decree and declare TASTE and SEE that the Lord is good.
  Blessed are those who take REFUGE in Him!
  FEAR the Lord, you HOLY ONES of His, for those who FEAR Him LACK NOTHING!
• We declare the EYES of the Lord watch over the RIGHTEOUS, and His ears are open to their cry.
  The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears, and He saves them from ALL their troubles.
• We decree and declare the Lord is NEAR those with broken hearts; He saves those whose spirit is crushed.
  The RIGHTEOUS Person suffers many evils, but the Lord RESCUES Him out of them all.
  He PROTECTS all His bones, not one of them get broken.
• We declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ Now there was a man at Caesarea named Cornelius, a centurion of what was called the Italian cohort, ² a devout man and one who feared God with all his household, and gave many alms to the Jewish people and prayed to God continually. ³ About the ninth hour of the day he clearly saw in a vision an angel of God who had just come in and said to him, “Cornelius!” ⁴ And fixing his gaze on him and being much alarmed, he said, “What is it, Lord?” And he said to him, “Your prayers and alms have ascended as a memorial before God……
…….. ¹⁷ Now while Peter was greatly perplexed in mind as to what the vision which he had seen might be, behold, the men who had been sent by Cornelius, having asked directions for Simon’s house, appeared at the gate; ¹⁸ and calling out, they were asking whether Simon, who was also called Peter, was staying there. ¹⁹ While Peter was reflecting on the vision, the Spirit said to him, “Behold, three men are looking for you. ²⁰ But get up, go downstairs and accompany them without misgivings, for I have sent them Myself.” ²¹ Peter went down to the men and said, “Behold, I am the one you are looking for; what is the reason for which you have come?” ²² They said, “Cornelius, a centurion, a righteous and God-fearing man well spoken of by the entire nation of the Jews, was divinely directed by a holy angel to send for you to come to his house and hear a message from you.” ²³ So he invited them in and gave them lodging. And on the next day he got up and went away with them, and some of the brethren from Joppa accompanied him. ²⁴ On the following day he entered Caesarea. Now Cornelius was waiting for them and had called together his relatives and close friends. ²⁵ When Peter entered, Cornelius met him, and fell at his feet and worshiped him. ²⁶ But Peter raised him up, saying, “Stand up; I too am just a man.” ²⁷ As he talked with him, he entered and *found many people assembled. ²⁸ And he said to them, “You yourselves know how unlawful it is for a man who is a Jew to associate with a foreigner or to visit him; and yet God has shown me that I should not call any man unholy or unclean. ²⁹ That is why I came without even raising any objection when I was sent for. So I ask for what reason you have sent for me.” ³⁰ Cornelius said, “Four days ago to this hour, I was praying in my house during the ninth hour; and behold, a man stood before me in shining garments, ³¹ and he *said, ‘Cornelius, your prayer has been heard and your alms have been remembered before God. ³² Therefore send to Joppa and invite Simon, who is also called Peter, to come to you; he is staying at the house of Simon the tanner by the sea.’ ³³ So I sent for you immediately, and you have been kind enough to come. Now then, we are all here present before God to hear all that you have been commanded by the Lord,” Acts 10:1-4, 17-33.

“¹I solemnly charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who is to judge the living and the dead, and by His appearing and His kingdom: ² preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort, with great patience and instruction,” 2 Timothy 4:1-2.

“¹ I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth. ² My soul will make its boast in the Lord; the humble will hear it and rejoice. ³ O magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt His name together. ⁴ I sought the Lord, and He answered me, and delivered me from all my fears. ⁵ They looked to Him and were radiant, and their faces will never be ashamed. ⁶ This poor man cried, and the Lord heard him and saved him out of all his troubles. ⁷ The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him, and rescues them. ⁸ O taste and see that the Lord is good; how blessed is the man who takes refuge in Him! ⁹ O fear the Lord, you His saints; for to those who fear Him there is no want. ¹⁰ The young lions do lack and suffer hunger; but they who seek the Lord shall not be in want of any good thing……
>…….. ¹⁵ The eyes of the Lord are toward the righteous and His ears are open to their cry. ¹⁶ The face of the Lord is against evildoers, to cut off the memory of them from the earth. ¹⁷ The righteous cry, and the Lord hears and delivers them out of all their troubles. ¹⁸ The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. ¹⁹ Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all. ²⁰ He keeps all his bones, not one of them is broken,” Psalm 34:1-10, 15-20.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
