Your life could be so much easier!
YOUR LIFE COULD BE SO MUCH EASIER,
IF YOU WOULD JUST FOLLOW ME…
The phrase, “Let go and let God,” has no real meaning to most of you, because you refuse to let go, and you will not let Me take charge of your daily life. Oh sure, you hand over the things you either don’t care about or the things you can’t handle, but that’s like handing Me the trash. What about everything, starting with your schedule, and ending with your body. I don’t want your trash, I want your whole heart. Common sense tells you, if you want to follow Me, you cannot keep following your own schedule, and routine.
Some of you go all day and no one can tell if you are following Me or not! You don’t talk about Me, or to Me during the day. Your boss has more say than Me. If he says never mention My name, you obey. “I hear when your boss commands you not to speak at all, nor teach in the name of Jesus. [19] I AM waiting for you to answer and say to him, Whether it be right in the sight of God to hearken unto you more than unto God, you be the judge. [20] For when people ask, I cannot but speak the things which I have seen and heard,” Acts 4:18-20. But you just say, “You’re the boss.”
Of course you will get all kinds of flack for this, that’s where your persecution comes in, and that’s where your blessing starts. Remember I said, “Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness’ sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven,” Matthew 5:10. Instead of saying a little prayer in the morning, those that follow Me are, “Praying always, at home, in the car, at work, and in the store, with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching with all perseverance and deep concern for all believers,” Ephesians 6:18.
If you are waiting for Sunday to be spiritually energized then your weekdays are going to naturally be tough. Your energy cannot come from a church service, but it must come from constant contact with Me, “the God of hope who fills you with all joy and peace by continually trusting and believing, this will cause you to always abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost,” Romans 15:13.
Change your routine, start every morning by, “first presenting your body a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto Me, which is only reasonable. [2] And then do not set your own schedule like the world: but let Me order your steps and transform you by the renewing of your mind, and then the rest of the day will prove to be that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God, that you have been seeking for,” Romans 12:1-2.
