I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare our God cannot lie; He demonstrates the UNCHANGEABLE CHARACTER of His intentions to those who receive what He had PROMISED by adding an oath to the promise.
  We who have taken a FIRM HOLD on the HOPE set before us are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED!
• I decree and declare we have this HOPE as a sure and SAFE ANCHOR for ourselves, a HOPE that goes right on through to what is inside the veil, where a FORERUNNER, Jesus/ Yeshua, entered on OUR BEHALF and became a High Priest FOREVER, to be compared with Melchizedek.
• I decree and declare Jesus the Christ/ Yeshua the Messiah, who is PROCLAIMED among you, was not a yes and no man, with Him it is ALWAYS “YES!”
  For the many PROMISES God has made ALL FIND THEIR “YES” in connection with Him; that is why it s though Him that we say the “Amen” when we give glory to God.
• I decree and declare it is GOD who sets us in firm UNION with the Christ/ Messiah; He has ANOINTED us, put His SEAL on us, and given us His Spirit in our hearts as a GUARANTEE for the Future!
• I decree and declare you will HOPE when you are past hope, when there is nothing tangible that would give you hope.
  Your TRUST DOES NOT WAVER when you consider your own circumstances.
  You continue to STAND on God’s PROMISES!
• I decree and declare by your TRUST, as you GIVE GLORY TO GOD, you are given POWER!
  You are FULLY CONVINCED that what God has PROMISED He will ALSO ACCOMPLISH.
  This TRUST is credited to your account as RIGHTEOUSNESS.
• I decree and declare ALL WHO TRUST in God, who raised Jesus/ Yeshua our Lord from the Dead, will certainly have their account credited too! Jesus/ Yeshua was delivered over to death because of our offences and raised to life in order to make us RIGHTEOUS.
• I decree and declare God’s POWER gives you EVERYTHING you need for Life and Godliness, through your knowing the One who called you to His own GLORY and GOODNESS.
  For by these He has granted to you His PRECIOUS and MAGNIFICENT PROMISES, so that by them you will come to SHARE in God’s Nature and escape the corruption which evil desires have brought into the World.
• I decree and declare you are succeeding to furnish your faith with GOODNESS, goodness with KNOWLEDGE, knowledge with SELF-CONTROL, self-control with PERSEVERANCE, perseverance with GODLINESS, godliness with BROTHERLY AFFECTION, and brotherly affection with LOVE.
  As you have these QUALITIES IN ABUNDANCE, they keep you from being barren and unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus the Christ/ Yeshua the Messiah.
• I decree and declare you KNOW these things and are FIRMLY ESTABLISHED in the TRUTH!
  I consider it RIGHT to keep STIRRING you up with REMINDERS, as long as am in the tent of this body.
  The Prophetic Word has been made very certain.
  You continue to PAY ATTENTION to it as to a LIGHT SHINING IN A DARK, MURKY PLACE, until the Day dawns and the Morning Star rises in your hearts.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹⁷ In the same way God, desiring even more to show to the heirs of the promise the unchangeableness of His purpose, interposed with an oath, ¹⁸ so that by two unchangeable things in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have taken refuge would have strong encouragement to take hold of the hope set before us. ¹⁹ This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, a hope both sure and steadfast and one which enters within the veil, ²⁰ where Jesus has entered as a forerunner for us, having become a high priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek,” Hebrews 6:17-20.

“¹⁹ For it is written, “I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and the cleverness of the clever I will set aside.” ²⁰ Where is the wise man? Where is the scribe? Where is the debater of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of the world? ²¹ For since in the wisdom of God the world through its wisdom did not come to know God, God was well-pleased through the foolishness of the message preached to save those who believe. ²² For indeed Jews ask for signs and Greeks search for wisdom,” 2 Corinthians 1:19-22.

“¹⁸ In hope against hope he believed, so that he might become a father of many nations according to that which had been spoken, “So shall your descendants be.” ¹⁹ Without becoming weak in faith he contemplated his own body, now as good as dead since he was about a hundred years old, and the deadness of Sarah’s womb; ²⁰ yet, with respect to the promise of God, he did not waver in unbelief but grew strong in faith, giving glory to God, ²¹ and being fully assured that what God had promised, He was able also to perform. ²² Therefore it was also credited to him as righteousness. ²³ Now not for his sake only was it written that it was credited to him, ²⁴ but for our sake also, to whom it will be credited, as those who believe in Him who raised Jesus our Lord from the dead, ²⁵ He who was delivered over because of our transgressions, and was raised because of our justification,” Romans 4:18-25.

“³ seeing that His divine power has granted to us everything pertaining to life and godliness, through the true knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and excellence. ⁴ For by these He has granted to us His precious and magnificent promises, so that by them you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world by lust. ⁵ Now for this very reason also, applying all diligence, in your faith supply moral excellence, and in your moral excellence, knowledge, ⁶ and in your knowledge, self-control, and in yourself-control, perseverance, and in your perseverance, godliness, ⁷ and in your godliness, brotherly kindness, and in your brotherly kindness, love. ⁸ For if these qualities are yours and are increasing, they render you neither useless nor unfruitful in the true knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. ⁹ For he who lacks these qualities is blind or short-sighted, having forgotten his purification from his former sins. ¹⁰ Therefore, brethren, be all the more diligent to make certain about His calling and choosing you; for as long as you practice these things, you will never stumble; ¹¹ for in this way the entrance into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ will be abundantly supplied to you. ¹² Therefore, I will always be ready to remind you of these things, even though you already know them, and have been established in the truth which is present with you. ¹³ I consider it right, as long as I am in this earthly dwelling, to stir you up by way of reminder, ¹⁴ knowing that the laying aside of my earthly dwelling is imminent, as also our Lord Jesus Christ has made clear to me. ¹⁵ And I will also be diligent that at any time after my departure you will be able to call these things to mind. ¹⁶ For we did not follow cleverly devised tales when we made known to you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but we were eyewitnesses of His majesty. ¹⁷ For when He received honor and glory from God the Father, such an utterance as this was made to Him by the Majestic Glory, “This is My beloved Son with whom I am well-pleased”—¹⁸ and we ourselves heard this utterance made from heaven when we were with Him on the holy mountain. ¹⁹ So we have the prophetic word made more sure, to which you do well to pay attention as to a lamp shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star arises in your hearts. ²⁰ But know this first of all, that no prophecy of Scripture is a matter of one’s own interpretation, ²¹ for no prophecy was ever made by an act of human will, but men moved by the Holy Spirit spoke from God,” 2 Peter 1:3-21.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
