Your Gifts and God’s Favor
Your gift will make room for you and bring you great favor!
“A man’s gift maketh room for him, and bringeth him before great men” Proverbs 18:16 (KJV).
The gift that God has instilled in you and me will give us favor with men! The anointing, skills, abilities, talents, and knowledge that God has given each of us will enable us to move into our God-ordained purpose and destinies.
We don’t have to compete, push, shove, or discredit others to move into position. For just as sure as God has called us to a certain purpose, He will equip us with the skills and abilities to operate and perform in that area. The gift of God in you will allow you to produce fruit in the area and your works will be effective.
God will cause others to see and recognize your God-given gift and talents. It will open doors that only God can open. It will get you into positions and places where only God can place you!
God’s favor is greater than silver or gold!
It can place you with divine connections with people who have great status and great influence. It can place you in the presence of kings and queens and will cause them to bless you.
Joseph and Solomon are two examples of those who had the favor of God on their lives; and it allowed them to stand in the presence of kings and queens who blessed them with great wealth and influence! The gifts of God are not to exalt ourselves, but it is to further the work and plans of God, and for the up-building of His Kingdom.
God has a plan and a purpose for each of us. We must follow his plan for our lives and not our own. The gift that God bestows on a man will make room for him and will lead him into the fulfillment of great purpose and destiny!
“My son, do not forget my teaching, but let your heart keep my commandments, for length of days and years of life and peace they will add to you. Let not steadfast love and faithfulness forsake you; bind them around your neck; write them on the tablet of your heart. So you will find favor and good success in the sight of God and man” Proverbs 3:1-4.
“For you bless the righteous, O Lord; you cover him with favor as with a shield” Psalm 5:12.

29 For God’s gifts and His call are irrevocable. [He never withdraws them when once they are given, and He does not change His mind about those to whom He gives His grace or to whom He sends His call.]
