Declarations & Decrees: Your Faith Is Rising to Collide With God’s Abundant Grace – Resulting in Unusual Circumstances!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai says to you, “My GRACE is ENOUGH for you, for My POWER is brought to PERFECTION in your WEAKNESS!”
  Therefore you are HAPPY to BOAST about your weaknesses so that Christ’s/ Messiah’s POWER will REST UPON you!
• I decree and declare you are WELL PLEASED with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions and difficulties ENDURED on behalf of Christ/ Messiah, for it is when you are WEAK that you are STRONG IN HIM!
• I decree and declare for all the CHALLENGES that come your way REMEMBER “It is NOT BY FORCE, NOT BY POWER, but BY MY SPIRIT,” says the Lord of Hosts/ Adonai-Tzva’ot!
  What is the Mountain or Diagnosis before you?
  The Mountain will become a plain, the Diagnosis will become Negative: NO MORE SICKNESS OR DISEASE! This obstacle in your life will become BEAUTIFUL; the People of God will SHOUT His PRAISES!
• I decree and declare the WORK you have begun will be FINISHED.
  Those who observe your work and its COMPLETION will know that it is by the Hand of God Most High/ El ‘Elyon! His Eyes are seeing your work all over the Earth.
• I decree and declare you are TRUSTING God to PROVIDE when the way appears bleak.
  You SPEAK FORTH His PROMISE and CONTINUE in FAITH, BELIEVING it will be done!
  You FEAR God and TRUST in HIM and HIM ALONE; He is the Lord Provides/ Adonai Yir’eh.
• I decree and declare you are not affected by the looks and taunts of the enemy.
  You keep your EARS and EYES turned toward the Father/ Abba who has given you His Spirit/ Ruach.
  You KNOW where your STRENGTH lies.
  You move forth in the Name of the Lord of Hosts/ Adonai Tzva’ot, the God/ Elohim of Heaven’s Armies.
• I decree and declare SPEAK OUT in FAITH to your enemy, “Today the Lord/ Adonai will HAND YOU OVER to me!”
  The Lord/ Adonai will give you the SKILL and TENACITY to overcome your opposition.
  The enemy will FLEE at the demonstration of your FAITH in God Almighty/ El Shaddai!
• I decree and declare Men and Women who have persecuted the Believers of God are BEING CALLED by Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh to Serve God and walk in STRENGTH SHARING His Truth around the World!
  For it is by GODS GRACE towards each of us that we have been drawn to WALK in His Truth and Serve His Body.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“⁸ Concerning this I implored the Lord three times that it might leave me. ⁹ And He has said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness.” Most gladly, therefore, I will rather boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me. ¹⁰ Therefore I am well content with weaknesses, with insults, with distresses, with persecutions, with difficulties, for Christ’s sake; for when I am weak, then I am strong,” 2 Corinthians 12:8-10.

“⁶ Then to me, “This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel saying, ‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ says the Lord of hosts. ⁷ ‘What are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you will become a plain; and he will bring forth the top stone with shouts of “Grace, grace to it!”
⁸ Also the word of the Lord came to me, saying, ⁹ “The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this house, and his hands will finish it. Then you will know that the Lord of hosts has sent me to you. ¹⁰ For who has despised the day of small things? But these seven will be glad when they see the plumb line in the hand of Zerubbabel — these are the eyes of the Lord which range to and fro throughout the earth,” Zechariah 4:6-10.

“⁷ Isaac spoke to Abraham his father and said, “My father!” And he said, “Here I am, my son.” And he said, “Behold, the fire and the wood, but where is the lamb for the burnt offering?” ⁸ Abraham said, “God will provide for Himself the lamb for the burnt offering, my son.” So the two of them walked on together.
⁹ Then they came to the place of which God had told him; and Abraham built the altar there and arranged the wood, and bound his son Isaac and laid him on the altar, on top of the wood. ¹⁰ Abraham stretched out his hand and took the knife to slay his son. ¹¹ But the angel of the Lord called to him from heaven and said, “Abraham, Abraham!” And he said, “Here I am.” ¹² He said, “Do not stretch out your hand against the lad, and do nothing to him; for now I know that you fear God, since you have not withheld your son, your only son, from Me.” ¹³ Then Abraham raised his eyes and looked, and behold, behind him a ram caught in the thicket by his horns; and Abraham went and took the ram and offered him up for a burnt offering in the place of his son. ¹⁴ Abraham called the name of that place The Lord Will Provide, as it is said to this day, “In the mount of the Lord it will be provided,”” Genesis 22:7-14.

“⁴² When the Philistine looked and saw David, he disdained him; for he was but a youth, and ruddy, with a handsome appearance. ⁴³ The Philistine said to David, “Am I a dog, that you come to me with sticks?” And the Philistine cursed David by his gods. ⁴⁴ The Philistine also said to David, “Come to me, and I will give your flesh to the birds of the sky and the beasts of the field.” ⁴⁵ Then David said to the Philistine, “You come to me with a sword, a spear, and a javelin, but I come to you in the name of the Lord of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have taunted. ⁴⁶ This day the Lord will deliver you up into my hands, and I will strike you down and remove your head from you. And I will give the dead bodies of the army of the Philistines this day to the birds of the sky and the wild beasts of the earth, that all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel, ⁴⁷ and that all this assembly may know that the Lord does not deliver by sword or by spear; for the battle is the Lord’s and He will give you into our hands.”
⁴⁸ Then it happened when the Philistine rose and came and drew near to meet David, that David ran quickly toward the battle line to meet the Philistine. ⁴⁹ And David put his hand into his bag and took from it a stone and slung it, and struck the Philistine on his forehead. And the stone sank into his forehead, so that he fell on his face to the ground.
⁵⁰ Thus David prevailed over the Philistine with a sling and a stone, and he struck the Philistine and killed him; but there was no sword in David’s hand. ⁵¹ Then David ran and stood over the Philistine and took his sword and drew it out of its sheath and killed him, and cut off his head with it. When the Philistines saw that their champion was dead, they fled,” 1 Samuel 17: 42-51.

“⁷ then He appeared to James, then to all the apostles; ⁸ and last of all, as to one untimely born, He appeared to me also. ⁹ For I am the least of the apostles, and not fit to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God. ¹⁰ But by the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace toward me did not prove vain; but I labored even more than all of them, yet not I, but the grace of God with me. ¹¹ Whether then it was I or they, so we preach and so you believed,” 1 Corinthians 15:7-11.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
