Declarations & Decrees: Your Destiny Is God-Ordained – You Are Not Living by Chance!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• We decree and declare by acts of the law of the land, throughout the NATIONS of the Earth, Leaders and government administrators, who are not seeking God, will be REMOVED.
  This will open the way for GOD’S ELECT TO ENTER into positions of Leadership and administration.
• We decree and declare the THOUGHTS and SUGGESTIONS FOR CHANGE in government are increasing.
  More and more ideas are coming forth to bring God’s government into place.
• We declare that the situations that cause us to move our home or job, though inconvenient at the time, are TOOLS in the hand of God.
  The situations may be much greater and life-threatening, such as war and foreign occupation of a region.
  THROUGH IT ALL, God remains on the Throne, and He takes care of His faithful Servants.
• We decree the Lord’s FAVOR is upon YOU.
  In all you do, do it with INTEGRITY and to serve the Lord, then He will cause you to be raised up.
  Do not judge the method of transition.
  Trust in God.
  RELY on the counsel of Holy Spirit; He may use your elders and those who you trust.
  Wisdom will flow from the heart of God.
• We declare God’s TIMING and ORCHESTRATION is beyond our ability to comprehend.
  He is taking care of the LOGISTICS for the governments of this World.
  Much is transitioning.
  Continue to trust.
• We decree and declare the LORD IS WITH YOU wherever life’s events may take you.
  In the natural being sold into slavery and taken into another nation does not appear promising.
  God goes before you; nothing in your life surprises the Lord.
  He is taking care of you.
  The enemy will not win.
• We decree and declare the Lord will PROSPER you where you are.
  Know that, despite difficulties and false judgements, the Lord is by your side and goes before you.
  Victory is on the HORIZON!
• We decree and declare, as you are moved from jobs, companies, cities or nations, the Father is giving you OPPORTUNITIES to SHARE your knowledge and relationship with Him, and His Son Christ Jesus, throughout the Earth.
  Look at your life as an ADVENTURE in fulfilling His Purpose for you.
• We decree and declare the false accusations the enemy brings against you may appear to be a setback, but in reality they are PROPELLING YOU FURTHER into your DESTINY.
  You will receive favor on your journey and many LIVES WILL BE TOUCHED.
• We decree and declare that, as you USE the gifts God has given you FOR HIS GLORY (stewarding His gifts), He will ELEVATE you so that more of the World will see His Works in and through you.
• We declare the Lord God Almighty is moving His Servants into positions of national authority.
  We speak AVAILABILITY into the lives and hearts of those who God is calling.
  They are alert and seeking the Lord continually.
• We declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

…….. ² Then the king’s attendants, who served him, said, “Let beautiful young virgins be sought for the king……
……… ⁵ Now there was at the citadel in Susa a Jew whose name was Mordecai, the son of Jair, the son of Shimei, the son of Kish, a Benjamite, ⁶ who had been taken into exile from Jerusalem with the captives who had been exiled with Jeconiah king of Judah, whom Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon had exiled. ⁷ He was bringing up Hadassah, that is Esther, his uncle’s daughter, for she had no father or mother. Now the young lady was beautiful of form and face, and when her father and her mother died, Mordecai took her as his own daughter. ⁸ So it came about when the command and decree of the king were heard and many young ladies were gathered to the citadel of Susa into the custody of Hegai, that Esther was taken to the king’s palace into the custody of Hegai, who was in charge of the women. ⁹ Now the young lady pleased him and found favor with him. So he quickly provided her with her cosmetics and food, gave her seven choice maids from the king’s palace and transferred her and her maids to the best place in the harem. ¹⁰ Esther did not make known her people or her kindred, for Mordecai had instructed her that she should not make them known. ¹¹ Every day Mordecai walked back and forth in front of the court of the harem to learn how Esther was and how she fared…..
…….. ¹⁵ Now when the turn of Esther, the daughter of Abihail the uncle of Mordecai who had taken her as his daughter, came to go in to the king, she did not request anything except what Hegai, the king’s eunuch who was in charge of the women, advised. And Esther found favor in the eyes of all who saw her. ¹⁶ So Esther was taken to King Ahasuerus to his royal palace in the tenth month which is the month Tebeth, in the seventh year of his reign. ¹⁷ The king loved Esther more than all the women, and she found favor and kindness with him more than all the virgins, so that he set the royal crown on her head and made her queen instead of Vashti,” Esther 1:15-16, 19; 2:2, 5-11, 15-17.

“²⁸ Then some Midianite traders passed by, so they pulled him up and lifted Joseph out of the pit, and sold him to the Ishmaelites for twenty shekels of silver. Thus they brought Joseph into Egypt……

Now Joseph had been taken down to Egypt; and Potiphar, an Egyptian officer of Pharaoh, the captain of the bodyguard, bought him from the Ishmaelites, who had taken him down there. ² The Lord was with Joseph, so he became a successful man. And he was in the house of his master, the Egyptian. ³ Now his master saw that the Lord was with him and how the Lord caused all that he did to prosper in his hand. ⁴ So Joseph found favor in his sight and became his personal servant; and he made him overseer over his house, and all that he owned he put in his charge……
…….. ⁵ It came about that from the time he made him overseer in his house and over all that he owned, the Lord blessed the Egyptian’s house on account of Joseph; thus the Lord’s blessing was upon all that he owned, in the house and in the field. ⁶ So he left everything he owned in Joseph’s charge; and with him there he did not concern himself with anything except the food which he ate……
…….. ¹⁹ Now when his master heard the words of his wife, which she spoke to him, saying, “This is what your slave did to me,” his anger burned. ²⁰ So Joseph’s master took him and put him into the jail, the place where the king’s prisoners were confined; and he was there in the jail. ²¹ But the Lord was with Joseph and extended kindness to him, and gave him favor in the sight of the chief jailer……
…….. ⁷ The thin ears swallowed up the seven plump and full ears. Then Pharaoh awoke, and behold, it was a dream. ⁸ Now in the morning his spirit was troubled, so he sent and called for all the magicians of Egypt, and all its wise men. And Pharaoh told them his dreams, but there was no one who could interpret them to Pharaoh. ⁹ Then the chief cupbearer spoke to Pharaoh, saying, “I would make mention today of my own offenses. ¹⁰ Pharaoh was furious with his servants, and he put me in confinement in the house of the captain of the bodyguard, both me and the chief baker. ¹¹ We had a dream on the same night, he and I; each of us dreamed according to the interpretation of his own dream. ¹² Now a Hebrew youth was with us there, a servant of the captain of the bodyguard, and we related them to him, and he interpreted our dreams for us. To each one he interpreted according to his own dream. ¹³ And just as he interpreted for us, so it happened; he restored me in my office, but he hanged him.” ¹⁴ Then Pharaoh sent and called for Joseph, and they hurriedly brought him out of the dungeon; and when he had shaved himself and changed his clothes, he came to Pharaoh. ¹⁵ Pharaoh said to Joseph, “I have had a dream, but no one can interpret it; and I have heard it said about you, that when you hear a dream you can interpret it.” ¹⁶ Joseph then answered Pharaoh, saying, “It is not in me; God will give Pharaoh a favorable answer,”…..
…….. ³⁸ Then Pharaoh said to his servants, “Can we find a man like this, in whom is a divine spirit?” ³⁹ So Pharaoh said to Joseph, “Since God has informed you of all this, there is no one so discerning and wise as you are. ⁴⁰ You shall be over my house, and according to your command all my people shall do homage; only in the throne I will be greater than you.” ⁴¹ Pharaoh said to Joseph, “See, I have set you over all the land of Egypt,” Genesis 37:28; 39:1-6, 19-21; 41:7-16; 38-41.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
