You’d better check your position!
“Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time: Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you,” 1 Peter 5:6-7 (KJV).
If you really position yourself UNDER the mighty hand of God, you are someone He can do something with….. HE CAN USE YOU, and will continue to use you in greater measure.
He gives us an awesome tool on how to humble yourself…. its by casting your care on Him. To cast means to FLING. Is it just one care at a time, and daily?
NO, HE SAYS ALL, THOROUGHLY, WHOLLY! Now, I want you to see and understand this truth…. You can fling your cares ONCE AND FOR ALL on Him, because He cares for you. If you pick your cares back up, you have stepped into worrying, you have stepped out of faith, AND you have moved out from under His mighty hand……… AND YOU DON’T BELIEVE HE CARES FOR YOU.
SO, WHERE ARE YOU TODAY, BETTER CHECK YOUR POSITION.
Pray for our president and all those in authority
“I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty,” 1 Timothy 2:1-2 (KJV)/.
We must at all costs, FIRST, pray for our president and all those who are in authority.
Not self first, but those in authority first. WHY? Because what happens to our nation will affect us all.
He WILL change things in our nation because we ask Him to.
I want a quiet and peaceful life, where I can live for God in all honesty. Don’t forget the angels are stationed around your state, and they are put into action by the Word of God.
Let’s trust Him today to make a difference in our place of residence, for we receive not because we ask not.
Choose the blessings of God today……
