Declarations & Decrees: You Will Seek the Lord’s Counsel & Will Not Move on Assumptions!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• We decree and declare your SPIRITUAL EYES are coming into FOCUS.
  No longer will you be deceived by those masters of disguise.
  You will no longer make assumptions based on outward appearances and behavior.
• We decree and declare by the Spirit of God you will have a CHECK in your spirit when things are not lining up with the Scriptures and His GUIDANCE.
  Do not rush ahead at the first glimpse of an opportunity or invitation of friendship or proposition.
  THINGS ARE NOT ALWAYS WHAT THEY SEEM.
• We decree that IN ALL THINGS you will commune with the Father, SEEK HIS FACE and His wisdom in all matters.
  Keep your motives and desires PURE before the Lord.
  Even when others use the Name of the Lord, it is not proof that they are following Him.
• We decree and declare you will FOLLOW the Lord’s INSTRUCTIONS as you GO in His WAY.
  The Lord will give you STRATEGY to accomplish what needs to be done.
  You will not be mislead by APPEARANCES; you will continually seek to hear His voice in all things.
• We declare DON’T PAY ATTENTION to how individuals look or propositions appear, because that is not how the Lord qualifies an individual or situation.
  The Lord doesn’t see the way humans see – humans look at the outward appearance, but the Lord LOOKS at the HEART!
• We decree and declare you will NOT BE FEARFUL of men’s opinions as you STAND STRONG with the Lord’s DIRECTION and FOCUS.
  He will give you the INQUIRIES to make and His COMMANDS to stay in alignment with His PURPOSE.
• We decree and declare, throughout the Lands, LEADERS will be REVEALED and ANOINTED as you move by the Hand of God.
• We decree and declare YOU WILL SUBMIT fully to the Lord, for He PROBES and KNOWS you.
  He knows when you sit and when you stand; He DISCERNS your inclinations from afar, He scrutinizes your daily activities.
• We declare that BEFORE YOU SPEAK the Lord God Almighty knows about it already.
  He hems you in both BEHIND and in FRONT and lays His HAND on you!
  His care and knowledge is so WONDERFUL and far too high for you to reach.
• We decree and declare there is NOWHERE to escape Holy Spirit, or to flee from His Presence.
  No matter where you may flee, even there His HAND leads you, His RIGHT HAND holds you fast.
• We declare that before you were born, God fashioned your inmost being, you were knit together in your mother’s womb.
  The Lord God is to be praised, for you are AWESOMELY MADE, WONDERFULLY; God’s works are wonders!
• We decree and declare HOW we PRIZE the thoughts of God!
  How many of them there are!
  If we count them, there are more than grains of sand; if we finish the count, we are still with Him.
• We decree and declare those who are WICKED, the men of blood, they are REMOVED in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah.
  They invoke Your Name for their crafty schemes; yes, Your enemies misuse it.
  Lord how we hate those who hate You!
  We feel such disgust with those who defy You!
• We decree and declare EXAMINE me, God, and KNOW my heart; TEST me, and KNOW my thoughts.
  REVEAL to me, if there is in me any hurtful way, and lead me along the ETERNAL WAY.
• We declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“³ When the inhabitants of Gibeon heard what Joshua had done to Jericho and to Ai, ⁴ they also acted craftily and set out as envoys, and took worn-out sacks on their donkeys, and wineskins worn-out and torn and mended, ⁵ and worn-out and patched sandals on their feet, and worn-out clothes on themselves; and all the bread of their provision was dry and had become crumbled. ⁶ They went to Joshua to the camp at Gilgal and said to him and to the men of Israel, “We have come from a far country; now therefore, make a covenant with us.” ⁷ The men of Israel said to the Hivites, “Perhaps you are living within our land; how then shall we make a covenant with you?” ⁸ But they said to Joshua, “We are your servants.” Then Joshua said to them, “Who are you and where do you come from?” ⁹ They said to him, “Your servants have come from a very far country because of the fame of the Lord your God; for we have heard the report of Him and all that He did in Egypt, ¹⁰ and all that He did to the two kings of the Amorites who were beyond the Jordan, to Sihon king of Heshbon and to Og king of Bashan who was at Ashtaroth. ¹¹ So our elders and all the inhabitants of our country spoke to us, saying, ‘Take provisions in your hand for the journey, and go to meet them and say to them, “We are your servants; now then, make a covenant with us.”’ ¹² This our bread was warm when we took it for our provisions out of our houses on the day that we left to come to you; but now behold, it is dry and has become crumbled. ¹³ These wineskins which we filled were new, and behold, they are torn; and these our clothes and our sandals are worn out because of the very long journey.” ¹⁴ So the men of Israel took some of their provisions, and did not ask for the counsel of the Lord. ¹⁵ Joshua made peace with them and made a covenant with them, to let them live; and the leaders of the congregation swore an oath to them. ¹⁶ It came about at the end of three days after they had made a covenant with them, that they heard that they were neighbors and that they were living within their land,” Joshua 9:3-16.

“⁴ So Samuel did what the Lord said, and came to Bethlehem. And the elders of the city came trembling to meet him and said, “Do you come in peace?” ⁵ He said, “In peace; I have come to sacrifice to the Lord. Consecrate yourselves and come with me to the sacrifice.” He also consecrated Jesse and his sons and invited them to the sacrifice. ⁶ When they entered, he looked at Eliab and thought, “Surely the Lord’s anointed is before Him.” ⁷ But the Lord said to Samuel, “Do not look at his appearance or at the height of his stature, because I have rejected him; for God sees not as man sees, for man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.” ⁸ Then Jesse called Abinadab and made him pass before Samuel. And he said, “The Lord has not chosen this one either.” ⁹ Next Jesse made Shammah pass by. And he said, “The Lord has not chosen this one either.” ¹⁰ Thus Jesse made seven of his sons pass before Samuel. But Samuel said to Jesse, “The Lord has not chosen these.” ¹¹ And Samuel said to Jesse, “Are these all the children?” And he said, “There remains yet the youngest, and behold, he is tending the sheep.” Then Samuel said to Jesse, “Send and bring him; for we will not sit down until he comes here.” ¹² So he sent and brought him in. Now he was ruddy, with beautiful eyes and a handsome appearance. And the Lord said, “Arise, anoint him; for this is he.” ¹³ Then Samuel took the horn of oil and anointed him in the midst of his brothers; and the Spirit of the Lord came mightily upon David from that day forward. And Samuel arose and went to Ramah,” 1 Samuel 16:4-13.

^“1 O Lord, You have searched me and known me. ² You know when I sit down and when I rise up; You understand my thought from afar. ³ You scrutinize my path and my lying down, and are intimately acquainted with all my ways. ⁴ Even before there is a word on my tongue, behold, O Lord, You know it all. ⁵ You have enclosed me behind and before, and laid Your hand upon me. ⁶ Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is too high, I cannot attain to it. ⁷ Where can I go from Your Spirit? or where can I flee from Your presence? ⁸ If I ascend to heaven, You are there; if I make my bed in Sheol, behold, You are there. ⁹ If I take the wings of the dawn, if I dwell in the remotest part of the sea, ¹⁰ Even there Your hand will lead me, and Your right hand will lay hold of me. ¹¹ If I say, “Surely the darkness will overwhelm me, and the light around me will be night,” ¹² Even the darkness is not dark to You, and the night is as bright as the day. Darkness and light are alike to You. ¹³ For You formed my inward parts; You wove me in my mother’s womb. ¹⁴ I will give thanks to You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; wonderful are Your works, and my soul knows it very well. ¹⁵ My frame was not hidden from You, when I was made in secret, and skillfully wrought in the depths of the earth; ¹⁶ Your eyes have seen my unformed substance; and in Your book were all written the days that were ordained for me, when as yet there was not one of them. ¹⁷ How precious also are Your thoughts to me, O God! How vast is the sum of them! ¹⁸ If I should count them, they would outnumber the sand. When I awake, I am still with You. ¹⁹ O that You would slay the wicked, O God; depart from me, therefore, men of bloodshed. ²⁰ For they speak against You wickedly, and Your enemies take Your name in vain. ²¹ Do I not hate those who hate You, O Lord? And do I not loathe those who rise up against You? ²² I hate them with the utmost hatred; they have become my enemies. ²³ Search me, O God, and know my heart; try me and know my anxious thoughts; ²⁴ And see if there be any hurtful way in me, and lead me in the everlasting way,” Psalm 139:1-24.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
