I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare AS YOU RISE UP AND GO, you are a FORERUNNER of the People of God to go in and POSSESS the Land the Lord is giving to them!
  This is His PROMISE!
• I decree and declare the Lord your God/ Adonai Eloheykha requires only that you FEAR Him, to WALK in His Ways and LOVE Him, and to SERVE Him with ALL YOUR HEART and with all your soul, to keep the Commandments of the Lord/ Adonai and His Statutes for your own good.
• I decree and declare my Heart is Circumcised by the Spirit; I will not be stiff-necked. For the Lord my God/ Adonai Elohai is God of gods and Lord of lords — the GREAT, MIGHTY and AWESOME GOD/ ELOHIM, Who does not show partiality or take a bribe.
  He ENACTS JUSTICE for the orphan and widow, and loves the outsider, giving him food and clothing.
• I decree and declare I will FEAR the Lord my God/ Adonai Elohai and SERVE Him.
  I will cling to Him and by His Name I will LIVE my life.
  He is my PRAISE and He is my God/ Elohai, Who has done for me GREAT and AWESOME things that my eyes have seen.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is my ROCK, my FORTRESS and my DELIVERER.
  My God/ Elohim is my ROCK, in Him I TAKE REFUGE, my SHIELD, my Horn of SALVATION, my STRONGHOLD and my REFUGE, my SAVIOR — YOU, LORD/ ADONAI, SAVE ME FROM VIOLENCE and ALL HARM and DISEASE that comes against me, in Jesus Christ’s/ Yeshua Messiah’s Name!
• I decree and declare in my distress I CALLED upon the Lord/ Adonai, YES, I CALLED to my God/ Elohim; He HEARD my voice, my cry came to His Ears.
  Then the Earth rocked and quaked, the foundation of Heaven trembled.
  They reeled because He was angry.
  Smoke rose from His nostrils and CONSUMING FIRE from His Mouth.
  Coals blazed from Him.
  He parted the Heavens and came down, with thick darkness under His feet.
• I decree and declare the Lord God/ Adonai Elohim REACHES DOWN from on High and He takes hold of me and draws me out of mighty waters.
  He DELIVERS me from my powerful enemy, from those who hate me!
  They come against me in the day of my calamity, but the LORD/ ADONAI IS MY SUPPORT!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai REWARDS you who walk in RIGHTEOUSNESS; He repays you for the CLEANNESS of your Hands.
  For you have kept the Ways of the Lord/ Adonai and did not turn wickedly from your God/ Eloheykha!
  You walk in INTEGRITY and you keep yourself from sin.
• I decree and declare Lord/ Adonai, You are my LAMP; You SHINE in my darkness!
  For with You I rush on the enemy, with my God/ Elohim I can leap over a wall.
  You are a SHIELD to all who take REFUGE in You!
• I decree and declare You, Lord/ Adonai, bring me out from my enemies; indeed, YOU LIFT ME UP ABOVE those who rise up against me.
  YOU DELIVER ME from the violent man and evil powers.
  Therefore, I PRAISE YOU AMONG THE NATIONS, Lord/ Adonai, and will SING PRAISES to Your Name.
  You are a TOWER of Salvation to Your People and You show LOYAL LOVE to Your Anointed Ones, FOREVER!
• I decree and declare that Everyone who is godly will Pray to the Lord Jesus Christ/ Adonai Yeshua Messiah in a time when He may be found.
  When great floodwaters rise, they will not reach him. Lord/ Adonai, You are my HIDING PLACE — You will PROTECT me from distress.
  You SURROUND me with songs of deliverance!
• I decree and declare that You, Lord/ Adonai, will INSTRUCT me and TEACH me in the Way I should go.
  You give me COUNSEL and Your Eye is on me.
  Your LOVINGKINDNESS surrounds me for I TRUST in You!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹⁰ I stayed on the mountain, as at the first time, forty days and forty nights; and Yahweh listened to me that time also. Yahweh would not destroy you. ¹¹ Yahweh said to me, “Arise, take your journey before the people; and they shall go in and possess the land which I swore to their fathers to give to them.”
¹² Now, Israel, what does Yahweh your God require of you, but to fear Yahweh your God, to walk in all his ways, to love him, and to serve Yahweh your God with all your heart and with all your soul, ¹³ to keep Yahweh’s commandments and statutes, which I command you today for your good? ¹⁴ Behold, to Yahweh your God belongs heaven, the heaven of heavens, and the earth, with all that is therein. ¹⁵ Only Yahweh had a delight in your fathers to love them, and he chose their offspring after them, even you above all peoples, as it is today. ¹⁶ Circumcise therefore the foreskin of your heart, and be no more stiff-necked. ¹⁷ For Yahweh your God, he is God of gods and Lord of lords, the great God, the mighty, and the awesome, who doesn’t respect persons or take bribes. ¹⁸ He executes justice for the fatherless and widow and loves the foreigner in giving him food and clothing. ¹⁹ Therefore love the foreigner, for you were foreigners in the land of Egypt. ²⁰ You shall fear Yahweh your God. You shall serve him. You shall cling to him, and you shall swear by his name. ²¹ He is your praise, and he is your God, who has done for you these great and awesome things which your eyes have seen. ²² Your fathers went down into Egypt with seventy persons; and now Yahweh your God has made you as the stars of the sky for multitude,” Deuteronomy 10:10-22.

“¹ David spoke to Yahweh the words of this song in the day that Yahweh delivered him out of the hand of all his enemies, and out of the hand of Saul, ² and he said: “Yahweh is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer, even mine; ³ God is my rock in whom I take refuge; my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower, and my refuge. My savior, you save me from violence. ⁴ I call on Yahweh, who is worthy to be praised; So shall I be saved from my enemies. ⁵ For the waves of death surrounded me. The floods of ungodliness made me afraid. ⁶ The cords of Sheol were around me. The snares of death caught me. ⁷ In my distress, I called on Yahweh. Yes, I called to my God. He heard my voice out of his temple. My cry came into his ears. ⁸ Then the earth shook and trembled. The foundations of heaven quaked and were shaken, because he was angry. ⁹ Smoke went up out of his nostrils. Consuming fire came out of his mouth. Coals were kindled by it. ¹⁰ He bowed the heavens also, and came down. Thick darkness was under his feet. ¹¹ He rode on a cherub, and flew. Yes, he was seen on the wings of the wind. ¹² He made darkness a shelter around himself: gathering of waters, and thick clouds of the skies. ¹³ At the brightness before him, coals of fire were kindled. ¹⁴ Yahweh thundered from heaven. The Most High uttered his voice. ¹⁵ He sent out arrows and scattered them, lightning and confused them. ¹⁶ Then the channels of the sea appeared. The foundations of the world were laid bare by Yahweh’s rebuke, at the blast of the breath of his nostrils. ¹⁷ He sent from on high and he took me. He drew me out of many waters. ¹⁸ He delivered me from my strong enemy, from those who hated me, for they were too mighty for me. ¹⁹ They came on me in the day of my calamity, but Yahweh was my support. ²⁰ He also brought me out into a large place. He delivered me, because he delighted in me.
²¹ Yahweh rewarded me according to my righteousness. He rewarded me according to the cleanness of my hands. ²² For I have kept Yahweh’s ways, and have not wickedly departed from my God. ²³ For all his ordinances were before me. As for his statutes, I didn’t depart from them. ²⁴ I was also perfect toward him. I kept myself from my iniquity. ²⁵ Therefore Yahweh has rewarded me according to my righteousness, according to my cleanness in his eyesight. ²⁶ With the merciful you will show yourself merciful. With the perfect man you will show yourself perfect. ²⁷ With the pure you will show yourself pure. With the crooked you will show yourself shrewd. ²⁸ You will save the afflicted people, But your eyes are on the arrogant, that you may bring them down. ²⁹ For you are my lamp, Yahweh. Yahweh will light up my darkness. ³⁰ For by you, I run against a troop. By my God, I leap over a wall. ³¹ As for God, his way is perfect. Yahweh’s word is tested. He is a shield to all those who take refuge in him. ³² For who is God, besides Yahweh? Who is a rock, besides our God? God is my strong fortress. He makes my way perfect. ³⁴ He makes his feet like hinds’ feet, and sets me on my high places. ³⁵ He teaches my hands to war, so that my arms bend a bow of bronze. ³⁶ You have also given me the shield of your salvation. Your gentleness has made me great. ³⁷ You have enlarged my steps under me. My feet have not slipped. ³⁸ I have pursued my enemies and destroyed them. I didn’t turn again until they were consumed. ³⁹ I have consumed them, and struck them through, so that they can’t arise. Yes, they have fallen under my feet. ⁴⁰ For you have armed me with strength for the battle. You have subdued under me those who rose up against me. ⁴¹ You have also made my enemies turn their backs to me, that I might cut off those who hate me. ⁴² They looked, but there was no one to save; even to Yahweh, but he didn’t answer them. ⁴³ Then I beat them as small as the dust of the earth. I crushed them as the mire of the streets, and spread them abroad. ⁴⁴ You also have delivered me from the strivings of my people. You have kept me to be the head of the nations. A people whom I have not known will serve me. ⁴⁵ The foreigners will submit themselves to me. As soon as they hear of me, they will obey me. ⁴⁶ The foreigners will fade away, and will come trembling out of their close places.
⁴⁷ Yahweh lives! Blessed be my rock! Exalted be God, the rock of my salvation, ⁴⁸ even the God who executes vengeance for me, who brings down peoples under me, ⁴⁹ who brings me away from my enemies. Yes, you lift me up above those who rise up against me. You deliver me from the violent man. ⁵⁰ Therefore I will give thanks to you, Yahweh, among the nations, and will sing praises to your name. ⁵¹ He gives great deliverance to his king, and shows loving kindness to his anointed, to David and to his offspring, forever more,”” 2 Samuel 22:1-51.

“⁶ For this, let everyone who is godly pray to you in a time when you may be found. Surely when the great waters overflow, they shall not reach to him. ⁷ You are my hiding place. You will preserve me from trouble. You will surround me with songs of deliverance. Selah.
⁸ I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you. ⁹ Don’t be like the horse, or like the mule, which have no understanding, who are controlled by bit and bridle, or else they will not come near to you. ¹⁰ Many sorrows come to the wicked, but loving kindness shall surround him who trusts in Yahweh. ¹¹ Be glad in Yahweh, and rejoice, you righteous! Shout for joy, all you who are upright in heart!” Psalm 32:6-11.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
