You Will Obey the LORD!
Declarations & Decrees: You Will Obey the LORD – With Repentant Hearts – to Cleanse the Land!
I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.
The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).
- I declare that we with our ancestors have sinned, done wrong, and acted wickedly against You, Lord/ Adonai our God/ Elohim.
We have failed to grasp the meaning of YOUR WONDERS.
We and our ancestors have failed to keep in mind YOUR GREAT DEEDS of GRACE but have rebelled. - I decree and declare with HUMBLE and REPENTANT hearts we come into Your PRESENCE Lord/ Adonai, THANKING and PRAISING YOU for CLEANSING us through the BLOOD of Your Son, Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua.
He bore our sins, He conquered the grave and sits at YOUR RIGHT HAND, ever to give intercession for us.
We PRAISE Your HOLY Name! - I decree and declare GREAT is our God, Who has SAVED US and our ancestors for HIS OWN NAME’S SAKE, to make known HIS MIGHTY POWER.
Through the WORK OF HIS HANDS multitudes have BELIEVED! - I decree and declare those who FORGET God’s DEEDS and FAIL TO WAIT for His COUNSEL will be OVERCOME with INSATIABLE GREED and will find themselves PUT TO THE TEST.
Repent NOW, before you fall into the enemy’s trap of speaking against God’s CHOSEN ONES. - I decree and declare you ACCEPT and EMBRACE the PROMISES of the Lord God Almighty/ Adonai El Shaddai!
You will not provoke your God with disobedience.
You will be among God’s CHOSEN FEW who will stand up and EXECUTE HIS JUDGMENT, so that the plague and destruction will be checked.
This is the RIGHTEOUS OBEDIENCE in God’s eyes. - I decree and declare you will OBEY the Word of God and not tolerate the workings of the Satan and demonic spirits among you.
You will not give place to idols and the enticements of the enemy.
The things of the enemy DEFILE, while the Word and WORKS of the Lord CLEANSE from all that is unholy. - I decree and declare the Lord God/ Adonai Elohim LOOKS UPON HIS PEOPLE with pity when they CRY OUT to Him.
For their sakes He KEEPS IN MIND His Covenant and in His LIMITLESS GRACE He relents, so they are treated with COMPASSION by their captors.
The Children of the Lord/ Adonai will call out to Him, “Save us; gather us from among the nations, so that we can thank Your HOLY NAME and Glory in Praising You!” - I decree and declare Jesus/ Yeshua from Nazareth lived on the Earth, demonstrating that He was from God by POWERFUL WORKS, MIRACLES and SIGNS.
He was arrested and crucified in accordance with God’s PREDETERMINED PLAN and FOREKNOWLEDGE; but God RAISED HIM UP and FREED Him from the suffering of death; it was IMPOSSIBLE for death to hold Him! - I decree and declare that King David PROPHESIED about one of his descendants who would sit on his throne, when he spoke IN ADVANCE about the RESURRECTION of Christ/ Messiah, that it was He who was not abandoned in Sheol and whose flesh did not see decay.
God raised up this Christ/ Messiah from the dead! - I decree and declare Christ has been EXALTED to the Right Hand of God and has received from the Father the outpouring of Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh as His gift upon His People, you and me! As was PROMISED to Jesus/ Yeshua, “Sit at My Right Hand until I make Your enemies a footstool for your feet.”
All of Christ’s/ Messiah’s enemies are beneath His feet!
We are His Body and they are therefore BENEATH OUR FEET, also! - I decree and declare you continue FAITHFULLY in the teaching of the Scriptures, in breaking bread and in prayers with God’s People.
Your faith will increase and you will be filled with AWE at the many miracles and signs that take place through the Servants of Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah. - I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.
In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.
The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.
The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!
“6 We have sinned like our fathers, we have committed iniquity, we have behaved wickedly. 7 Our fathers in Egypt did not understand Your wonders; they did not remember Your abundant kindnesses, but rebelled by the sea, at the Red Sea. 8 Nevertheless He saved them for the sake of His name, that He might make His power known. 9 Thus He rebuked the Red Sea and it dried up, and He led them through the deeps, as through the wilderness. 10 So He saved them from the hand of the one who hated them, and redeemed them from the hand of the enemy. 11 The waters covered their adversaries; not one of them was left. 12 Then they believed His words; they sang His praise. 13 They quickly forgot His works; they did not wait for His counsel, 14 But craved intensely in the wilderness, and tempted God in the desert. 15 So He gave them their request, but sent a wasting disease among them. 16 When they became envious of Moses in the camp, and of Aaron, the holy one of the Lord, 17 The earth opened and swallowed up Dathan, and engulfed the company of Abiram. 18 And a fire blazed up in their company; the flame consumed the wicked……
……. 24 Then they despised the pleasant land; they did not believe in His word, 25 But grumbled in their tents; they did not listen to the voice of the Lord. 26 Therefore He swore to them that He would cast them down in the wilderness, 27 And that He would cast their seed among the nations and scatter them in the lands. 28 They joined themselves also to Baal-peor, and ate sacrifices offered to the dead. 29 Thus they provoked Him to anger with their deeds, and the plague broke out among them. 30 Then Phinehas stood up and interposed, and so the plague was stayed. 31 And it was reckoned to him for righteousness, to all generations forever. 32 They also provoked Him to wrath at the waters of Meribah, so that it went hard with Moses on their account; 33 Because they were rebellious against His Spirit, he spoke rashly with his lips. 34 They did not destroy the peoples, as the Lord commanded them, 35 But they mingled with the nations and learned their practices, 36 And served their idols, which became a snare to them. 37 They even sacrificed their sons and their daughters to the demons, 38 And shed innocent blood, the blood of their sons and their daughters, whom they sacrificed to the idols of Canaan; and the land was polluted with the blood. 39 Thus they became unclean in their practices, and played the harlot in their deeds. 40 Therefore the anger of the Lord was kindled against His people and He abhorred His inheritance. 41 Then He gave them into the hand of the nations, and those who hated them ruled over them. 42 Their enemies also oppressed them, and they were subdued under their power. 43 Many times He would deliver them; they, however, were rebellious in their counsel, and so sank down in their iniquity. 44 Nevertheless He looked upon their distress when He heard their cry; 45 And He remembered His covenant for their sake, and relented according to the greatness of His lovingkindness. 46 He also made them objects of compassion in the presence of all their captors. 47 Save us, O Lord our God, and gather us from among the nations, to give thanks to Your holy name and glory in Your praise. 48 Blessed be the Lord, the God of Israel, from everlasting even to everlasting. And let all the people say, “Amen.” Praise the Lord!” Psalm 106:6-18, 24-48.
“22 “Men of Israel, listen to these words: Jesus the Nazarene, a man attested to you by God with miracles and wonders and signs which God performed through Him in your midst, just as you yourselves know— 23 this Man, delivered over by the predetermined plan and foreknowledge of God, you nailed to a cross by the hands of godless men and put Him to death. 24 But God raised Him up again, putting an end to the agony of death, since it was impossible for Him to be held in its power. 25 For David says of Him, ‘I saw the Lord always in my presence; for He is at my right hand, so that I will not be shaken. 26 ‘Therefore my heart was glad and my tongue exulted; moreover my flesh also will live in hope; 27 Because You will not abandon my soul to Hades, nor allow Your Holy One to undergo decay. 28 ‘You have made known to me the ways of life; You will make me full of gladness with Your presence.’
29 “Brethren, I may confidently say to you regarding the patriarch David that he both died and was buried, and his tomb is with us to this day. 30 And so, because he was a prophet and knew that God had sworn to him with an oath to seat one of his descendants on his throne, 31 he looked ahead and spoke of the resurrection of the Christ, that He was neither abandoned to Hades, nor did His flesh suffer decay. 32 This Jesus God raised up again, to which we are all witnesses. 33 Therefore having been exalted to the right hand of God, and having received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, He has poured forth this which you both see and hear. 34 For it was not David who ascended into heaven, but he himself says: ‘The Lord said to my Lord, “Sit at My right hand, 35 Until I make Your enemies a footstool for Your feet.”’ 36 Therefore let all the house of Israel know for certain that God has made Him both Lord and Christ—this Jesus whom you crucified.
37 Now when they heard this, they were pierced to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, “Brethren, what shall we do?” 38 Peter said to them, “Repent, and each of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. 39 For the promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off, as many as the Lord our God will call to Himself.” 40 And with many other words he solemnly testified and kept on exhorting them, saying, “Be saved from this perverse generation!” 41 So then, those who had received his word were baptized; and that day there were added about three thousand souls. 42 They were continually devoting themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. 43 Everyone kept feeling a sense of awe; and many wonders and signs were taking place through the apostles. 44 And all those who had believed were together and had all things in common; 45 and they began selling their property and possessions and were sharing them with all, as anyone might have need. 46 Day by day continuing with one mind in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they were taking their meals together with gladness and sincerity of heart, 47 praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord was adding to their number day by day those who were being saved,” Acts 2:22-47.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
