I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare you RECEIVE from the Lord/ Adonai and BELIEVE, EMBRACING His revelations to you.
  You REMEMBER His Promises and His Word which will not return to Him void.
  He is FAITHFUL and JUST to perform it!
• I decree and declare you will PERSEVERE even when others do not see or understand.
  Even among the Believers, the Church, there are those who doubt.
  They do not have the DEPTH of UNDERSTANDING and their eyes have been blinded.
  PERSEVERE and pray for them, but CONTINUE ON GOD’S/ ELOHIM’S PATH, HIS DESTINY FOR YOU!
• I decree and declare you have STUDIED the Words of the Prophets and you TRUST them as written in the Scriptures.
  You TRUST in the Lord/ Adonai knowing that He is the SAME Yesterday, Today and Forever!
  His Words are TRUE and they will come to pass!
• I decree and declare many will SHIFT their SIGHT from their own loss to the Lord/ Adonai and, in doing so, will have their EYES OPENED to the Miracles in their midst.
  The Lord’s/ Adonai’s desire is to BLESS you where you are and to FILL you with His Spirit for the Work His has placed before you!
• I decree and declare the Good News, His PEACE/ SHALOM to you who far off and to those who are nearby, NEWS that THROUGH Him we both have ACCESS in one Spirit to the Father!
• I decree and declare you are no longer foreigners and strangers.
  Rather, you are FELLOW CITIZENS with God’s/ Elohim’s People and Members of His Family.
  You have been built on the foundation of the Emissaries and the Prophets, with the Cornerstone being Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah Himself!
  In UNION with Him the whole building is HELD TOGETHER, and it is growing into a HOLY TEMPLE in UNION with the Lord/ Adonai!
• I decree and declare we are CONSIDERED RIGHTEOUS by God because of our TRUST!
  Therefore, let us continue to have PEACE/ SHALOM with God/ Elohim through our Lord, Jesus Christ/ Adonai Yeshua Messiah.
  Also, through Him and on the ground of our TRUST, we have GAINED ACCESS to this GRACE in which we stand; so, let us BOAST about the HOPE of experiencing God’s/ Elohim’s GLORY.
• I decree and declare you are LEARNING to regard it all as JOY when you FACE VARIOUS KINDS of TEMPTATIONS, for you know that the TESTING of your TRUST produces PERSEVERANCE.
  But let PERSEVERANCE do its complete work, so that you may be COMPLETE and WHOLE lacking in nothing!
• I decree and declare if any of you lacks WISDOM, ASK God/ Elohim, Who GIVES TO ALL GENEROUSLY and without reproach; and it will be GIVEN to him. But ASK IN TRUST, doubting nothing, for the doubter is like a wave in the sea being tossed and driven by the wind.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“⁸ And they remembered His words, ⁹ and returned from the tomb and reported all these things to the eleven and to all the rest. ¹⁰ Now they were Mary Magdalene and Joanna and Mary the mother of James; also the other women with them were telling these things to the apostles. ¹¹ But these words appeared to them as nonsense, and they would not believe them. ¹² But Peter got up and ran to the tomb; stooping and looking in, he saw the linen wrappings only; and he went away to his home, marveling at what had happened.
¹³ And behold, two of them were going that very day to a village named Emmaus, which was about seven miles from Jerusalem. ¹⁴ And they were talking with each other about all these things which had taken place. ¹⁵ While they were talking and discussing, Jesus Himself approached and began traveling with them. ¹⁶ But their eyes were prevented from recognizing Him. ¹⁷ And He said to them, “What are these words that you are exchanging with one another as you are walking?” And they stood still, looking sad. ¹⁸ One of them, named Cleopas, answered and said to Him, “Are You the only one visiting Jerusalem and unaware of the things which have happened here in these days?……
…… ²⁵ And He said to them, “O foolish men and slow of heart to believe in all that the prophets have spoken! ²⁶ Was it not necessary for the Christ to suffer these things and to enter into His glory?” ²⁷ Then beginning with Moses and with all the prophets, He explained to them the things concerning Himself in all the Scriptures.
²⁸ And they approached the village where they were going, and He acted as though He were going farther. ²⁹ But they urged Him, saying, “Stay with us, for it is getting toward evening, and the day is now nearly over.” So He went in to stay with them. ³⁰ When He had reclined at the table with them, He took the bread and blessed it, and breaking it, He began giving it to them. ³¹ Then their eyes were opened and they recognized Him; and He vanished from their sight. ³² They said to one another, “Were not our hearts burning within us while He was speaking to us on the road, while He was explaining the Scriptures to us?”” Luke 24:8-18, 25-32.

“¹⁷ And He came and preached peace to you who were far away, and peace to those who were near; ¹⁸ for through Him we both have our access in one Spirit to the Father. ¹⁹ So then you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are fellow citizens with the saints, and are of God’s household, ²⁰ having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus Himself being the corner stone, ²¹ in whom the whole building, being fitted together, is growing into a holy temple in the Lord, ²² in whom you also are being built together into a dwelling of God in the Spirit,” Ephesians 2:17-22.

“¹ Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, ² through whom also we have obtained our introduction by faith into this grace in which we stand; and we exult in hope of the glory of God. ³ And not only this, but we also exult in our tribulations, knowing that tribulation brings about perseverance; ⁴ and perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope; ⁵ and hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us,” Romans 5:1-5.

“² Consider it all joy, my brethren, when you encounter various trials, ³ knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. ⁴ And let endurance have its perfect result, so that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.
⁵ But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all generously and without reproach, and it will be given to him. ⁶ But he must ask in faith without any doubting, for the one who doubts is like the surf of the sea, driven and tossed by the wind. ⁷ For that man ought not to expect that he will receive anything from the Lord, ⁸ being a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways,” James 1:2-8.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
