Declarations & Decrees: You Who Trust Are Preserved by God’s Great Power for a Deliverance Ready to Be Revealed!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare you are AWARE there are wolves among you, so you are as PRUDENT as snakes and as HARMLESS as Doves.
  You are on GUARD, for there are people who will FALSELY ACCUSE you; they are within your congregations and fellowship groups.
  Do not be caught off guard.
• I decree and declare you will be brought before GOVERNORS and KINGS as a TESTIMONY to them and to the Nations of the LIFE and SALVATION you have received through Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua.
  You will not worry about what you are to say, for it will not be just you speaking, but the Spirit of your Heavenly Father speaking through you!
• I decree and declare WHOEVER HOLDS OUT till the end will be PRESERVED from harm.
  Many will go about betraying one another.
  When you are persecuted in one town, depart for another.
  The Lord leads you in His Way.
• I decree and declare you are DISCERNING of those within the Congregation who show little VALUE for the Word of God and the SACRIFICE He gave.
  They treat the BLOOD of the covenant as something common, rather than HOLY; they INSULT the Spirit, giver of God’s GRACE.
• I decree and declare the One True God who we know said, “Vengeance is My RESPONSIBILITY; I will REPAY; and the Lord/ Adonai will JUDGE His People!”
  It is a terrifying thing to FALL into the Hands of the Living God!
  You have been publicly disgraced and persecuted, but take courage, for the Lord is watching over you.
• I decree and declare you are keeping close your COURAGE, which carries with it such a GREAT REWARD.
  For you need to hold out, so that you can receive what He has promised.
  For there is so little time!
  The One coming will indeed come, He will not delay.
• I decree and declare you who are RIGHTEOUS, live your life by TRUSTING; you do not shrink back, for this is not pleasing to the Lord.
  Those who shrink back will be destroyed; on the contrary, you who keep TRUSTING preserve your lives!
• I decree and declare You are BORN AGAIN to a LIVING HOPE, through the RESURRECTION of Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah, in keeping with God’s GREAT MERCY!
  Through TRUSTING, you are PROTECTED by God’s POWER for a deliverance ready to be REVEALED at the Last Time.
• I decree and declare you REJOICE in His Protection, even though for a little while you may have to experience grief in various trials.
  Even Gold is TESTED for GENUINENESS by FIRE.
  The trials come so that your trust’s genuineness, which is far more VALUABLE than perishable Gold, will be JUDGED WORTHY of PRAISE, GLORY and HONOR at the revealing of Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah.
• I decree and declare, without having seen Him, YOU LOVE HIM.
  Without seeing Him now, but TRUSTING in HIM, you continue to be FULL of JOY that is glorious beyond words.
  And you are receiving what your TRUST is aiming at, namely, your deliverance.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹⁶ “Behold, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves; so be shrewd as serpents and innocent as doves. ¹⁷ But beware of men, for they will hand you over to the courts and scourge you in their synagogues; ¹⁸ and you will even be brought before governors and kings for My sake, as a testimony to them and to the Gentiles. ¹⁹ But when they hand you over, do not worry about how or what you are to say; for it will be given you in that hour what you are to say. ²⁰ For it is not you who speak, but it is the Spirit of your Father who speaks in you. ²¹ “Brother will betray brother to death, and a father his child; and children will rise up against parents and cause them to be put to death. ²² You will be hated by all because of My name, but it is the one who has endured to the end who will be saved. ²³ “But whenever they persecute you in one city, flee to the next; for truly I say to you, you will not finish going through the cities of Israel until the Son of Man comes,” Matthew 10:16-23.

“²⁸ Anyone who has set aside the Law of Moses dies without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses. ²⁹ How much severer punishment do you think he will deserve who has trampled under foot the Son of God, and has regarded as unclean the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified, and has insulted the Spirit of grace? ³⁰ For we know Him who said, “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay.” And again, “The Lord will judge His people.” ³¹ It is a terrifying thing to fall into the hands of the living God. ³² But remember the former days, when, after being enlightened, you endured a great conflict of sufferings, ³³ partly by being made a public spectacle through reproaches and tribulations, and partly by becoming sharers with those who were so treated. ³⁴ For you showed sympathy to the prisoners and accepted joyfully the seizure of your property, knowing that you have for yourselves a better possession and a lasting one. ³⁵ Therefore, do not throw away your confidence, which has a great reward. ³⁶ For you have need of endurance, so that when you have done the will of God, you may receive what was promised. ³⁷ For yet in a very little while, He who is coming will come, and will not delay. ³⁸ But My righteous one shall live by faith; and if he shrinks back, My soul has no pleasure in him. ³⁹ But we are not of those who shrink back to destruction, but of those who have faith to the preserving of the soul,” Hebrews 10:28-39.

“³ Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His great mercy has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, ⁴ to obtain an inheritance which is imperishable and undefiled and will not fade away, reserved in heaven for you, ⁵ who are protected by the power of God through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. ⁶ In this you greatly rejoice, even though now for a little while, if necessary, you have been distressed by various trials, ⁷ so that the proof of your faith, being more precious than gold which is perishable, even though tested by fire, may be found to result in praise and glory and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ; ⁸ and though you have not seen Him, you love Him, and though you do not see Him now, but believe in Him, you greatly rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory, ⁹ obtaining as the outcome of your faith the salvation of your souls,” 1 Peter 1:3-16.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
