I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare God is EXALTED in His STRENGTH; there is no Teacher like Him.
  No one advises Him or corrects His actions.
  Rather we MAGNIFY the Works of the Lord/ Adonai; we SING and REJOICE.
  Everyone has SEEN the Works of the Lord/ Adonai!
  Those who KNOW Him SEE the GLORY of His Works.
• I decree and declare God is GREAT, BEYOND what we can KNOW; His years cannot be counted.
  He makes the droplets of water, which condense into RAIN from His Mist.
  The clouds POUR it down upon Humankind in ABUNDANCE.
  We cannot fathom the spreading of the CLOUDS, or the thunders that come from His canopy.
• I decree and declare I will BLESS the Lord/ Adonai AT ALL TIMES; His PRAISE will ALWAYS be in my Mouth!
  When I BOAST, it will be about the Lord/ Adonai; you who are Humble will hear of it and be GLAD!
  You will PROCLAIM with me the GREATNESS of the Lord; we will EXALT His Name together!
• I decree and declare I SOUGHT the Lord/ Adonai and He RESCUED me from EVERYTHING I FEARED!
  The Angel of the Lord/ Adonai, who encamps around those who FEAR Him, DELIVERS them.
  I have TASTED and FOUND that the Lord/ Adonai is GOOD.
  BLESSED are those who TAKE REFUGE in Him!
• I decree and declare when I am afflicted and hurting God RAISES me UP with His SAVING POWER!
  I PRAISE His Name with a Song and EXTOL Him with THANKSGIVING!
  This pleases the Lord/ Adonai more than any physical sacrifice.
• I decree and declare you who are SEEKING after God will be REVIVED!
  The afflicted will see it and REJOICE!
  The Lord/ Adonai PAYS ATTENTION to the Needy and doesn’t scorn the captives.
  The Heavens and Earth are PRAISING God/ Elohim and all that moves within them!
• I decree and declare Lord/ Adonai, it is through being humbled that I have come to learn Your STATUTES.
  Your Law is my Schoolmaster; Your Words spoken into my heart mean more to me than a fortune in Gold and Silver.
  Your Hands MADE and FORMED me; give me UNDERSTANDING so I can LEARN Your Commands.
• I decree and declare the RULINGS of the Lord/ Adonai are RIGHTEOUS; even when He humbles me, HE is FAITHFUL! His GRACE COMFORTS me, in keeping with His PROMISE.
  I will LIVE for the Lord, for His Salvation, His Christ/ Messiah, and His INSTRUCTION are my DELIGHT!
• I decree and declare the PROUD will be ashamed, because they wrong me with lies; but I will MEDITATE on Your PRECEPTS, Lord/ Adonai!
  My Heart will be PURE before You so that I won’t be put to shame.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“²² “Behold, God is exalted in His power; who is a teacher like Him? ²³ “Who has appointed Him His way, and who has said, ‘You have done wrong’?
²⁴ “Remember that you should exalt His work, of which men have sung. ²⁵ “All men have seen it; man beholds from afar. ²⁶ “Behold, God is exalted, and we do not know Him; the number of His years is unsearchable. ²⁷ “For He draws up the drops of water, they distill rain from the mist, ²⁸ Which the clouds pour down, they drip upon man abundantly. ²⁹ “Can anyone understand the spreading of the clouds, the thundering of His pavilion?” Job 36:22-29.

“¹ I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth. ² My soul will make its boast in the Lord; the humble will hear it and rejoice. ³ O magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt His name together.
⁴ I sought the Lord, and He answered me, and delivered me from all my fears. ⁵ They looked to Him and were radiant, and their faces will never be ashamed. ⁶ This poor man cried, and the Lord heard him and saved him out of all his troubles. ⁷ The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him, and rescues them.
⁸ O taste and see that the Lord is good; how blessed is the man who takes refuge in Him!” Psalm 34:1-8.

“²⁹ But I am afflicted and in pain; may Your salvation, O God, set me securely on high. ³⁰ I will praise the name of God with song and magnify Him with thanksgiving. ³¹ And it will please the Lord better than an ox or a young bull with horns and hoofs. ³² The humble have seen it and are glad; you who seek God, let your heart revive. ³³ For the Lord hears the needy and does not despise His who are prisoners.
³⁴ Let heaven and earth praise Him, the seas and everything that moves in them,” Psalm 69:29-34.

“⁷¹ It is good for me that I was afflicted, that I may learn Your statutes. ⁷² The law of Your mouth is better to me than thousands of gold and silver pieces.
⁷³ Your hands made me and fashioned me; give me understanding, that I may learn Your commandments. ⁷⁴ May those who fear You see me and be glad, because I wait for Your word. ⁷⁵ I know, O Lord, that Your judgments are righteous, and that in faithfulness You have afflicted me. ⁷⁶ O may Your lovingkindness comfort me, according to Your word to Your servant. ⁷⁷ May Your compassion come to me that I may live, for Your law is my delight. ⁷⁸ May the arrogant be ashamed, for they subvert me with a lie; but I shall meditate on Your precepts. ⁷⁹ May those who fear You turn to me, even those who know Your testimonies. ⁸⁰ May my heart be blameless in Your statutes, so that I will not be ashamed,” Psalm 119:71-80.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
