Declarations & Decrees: You, Who Dwell in the Secret Place of the LORD, Are Known by Him; He Protects & Rewards You!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• We declare God’s DESIRE has been to LIVE AMONG and COMMUNICATE with the People.
  In days of old, a physical sanctuary — the HOLY of HOLIES – was made, of God’s HEAVENLY DESIGN, to TEACH the Israelites of His Holiness: the details were unique and precise to identify with His Holiness.
• We declare and decree that which HOLDS and CARRIES the TESTIMONY of Almighty God is SET APART.
  WE are GIVEN ACCESS to the Heavenly Holy of Holies, through the Blood and Sacrifice of Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua.
• We declare God will meet with YOU in the HOLY, SET APART place.
  Know that YOU, who have Holy Spirit dwelling within, are HOLY because HE is HOLY.
  You were bought with a price, you are no longer your own to live after the flesh, but you are of His Spirit, to commune and dwell with Him, (Romans 8:4-6).
• We decree and declare the Lord is YOUR LIGHT and SALVATION; you have NOTHING TO FEAR.
  The Lord is your STRONGHOLD in life; there is NOTHING TO BE AFRAID OF.
• We decree YOU SEEK to live in the PRESENCE of the Lord ALL the days of your life, to SEE THE BEAUTY of the Lord.
  God CONCEALS YOU in HIS SHELTER on the day of trouble, He HIDES you in the folds of His TENT, He sets you high on a ROCK. (Hebrew, cether: to hide or conceal, secret place).
• We decree and declare, as YOU ABIDE in Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah, YOU WILL BE LIFTED UP above your antagonists or enemies!
  You bring SACRIFICES with a GRATEFUL heart and shouts of JOY as you sing PRAISES to the Lord!
• We decree and declare you are STRONG and full of COURAGE because YOU DWELL in the SECRET PLACE of the Most High God.
  YOU put your HOPE – CONFIDENCE and EXPECTATION – in the LORD!
• We decree and declare as you LIVE in the SHELTER, the SECRET PLACE of the Most High, spending your nights in the SHADOW of the Almighty, you will know He is your REFUGE, your FORTRESS and your God in Whom YOU TRUST!
• We decree and declare NO DISASTER will happen to you, NO CALAMITY will come near your dwelling; this is the PROMISE of the Lord to those who have made the Lord, Most High, their REFUGE, their DWELLING PLACE.
  He orders His angels to CARE for you and GUARD you wherever you go.
• We decree and declare the Lord KNOWS those who dwell with Him. He says, “Because YOU love Me, I will RESCUE you; because you KNOW my name, I will PROTECT you.
  When you CALL on Me, I will ANSWER you.
  I will be with you in TROUBLE.
  I will EXTRICATE, remove and bring you out, and bring you HONOR.
  I will satisfy you with LONG LIFE and show you My Salvation.”
• We decree you will pray and commune with the Father in your QUIET, SECRET place.
  The Father sees your time spent in His presence.
  He will REWARD you for the time you spend alone with Him, seeking His will and loving Him.
• We decree and declare the Name of our Father in Heaven, the Lord Most High, is HOLY and PURE.
  His KINGDOM is coming to Earth to accomplish His will.
  He PROVIDES for our daily food and needs.
• We decree ALL Believers walk with REPENTANT and FORGIVING hearts, seeking forgiveness from God for ourselves as we have forgiven those who wrong us.
  We know He keeps us safe from the evil one, because KINGSHIP, POWER and GLORY are His forever.
• We declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“⁸ Let them construct a sanctuary for Me, that I may dwell among them. ⁹ According to all that I am going to show you, as the pattern of the tabernacle and the pattern of all its furniture, just so you shall construct it. ¹⁰ “They shall construct an ark of acacia wood two and a half cubits long, and one and a half cubits wide, and one and a half cubits high. ¹¹ You shall overlay it with pure gold, inside and out you shall overlay it, and you shall make a gold molding around it. ¹² You shall cast four gold rings for it and fasten them on its four feet, and two rings shall be on one side of it and two rings on the other side of it. ¹³ You shall make poles of acacia wood and overlay them with gold. ¹⁴ You shall put the poles into the rings on the sides of the ark, to carry the ark with them. ¹⁵ The poles shall remain in the rings of the ark; they shall not be removed from it. ¹⁶ You shall put into the ark the testimony which I shall give you. ¹⁷ “You shall make a mercy seat of pure gold, two and a half cubits long and one and a half cubits wide. ¹⁸ You shall make two cherubim of gold, make them of hammered work at the two ends of the mercy seat. ¹⁹ Make one cherub at one end and one cherub at the other end; you shall make the cherubim of one piece with the mercy seat at its two ends. ²⁰ The cherubim shall have their wings spread upward, covering the mercy seat with their wings and facing one another; the faces of the cherubim are to be turned toward the mercy seat. ²¹ You shall put the mercy seat on top of the ark, and in the ark you shall put the testimony which I will give to you. ²² There I will meet with you; and from above the mercy seat, from between the two cherubim which are upon the ark of the testimony, I will speak to you about all that I will give you in commandment for the sons of Israel,” Exodus 25:8-22.

“¹ The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the defense of my life; whom shall I dread?…..
…… One thing I have asked from the Lord, that I shall seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord and to meditate in His temple. ⁵ For in the day of trouble He will conceal me in His tabernacle; in the secret place of His tent He will hide me; He will lift me up on a rock. ⁶ And now my head will be lifted up above my enemies around me, and I will offer in His tent sacrifices with shouts of joy; I will sing, yes, I will sing praises to the Lord……
……. ¹¹ Teach me Your way, O Lord, and lead me in a level path because of my foes. ¹² Do not deliver me over to the desire of my adversaries, for false witnesses have risen against me, and such as breathe out violence. ¹³ I would have despaired unless I had believed that I would see the goodness of the Lord In the land of the living. ¹⁴ Wait for the Lord; be strong and let your heart take courage; yes, wait for the Lord,” Psalm 27:1, 4-6, 11-14.

“¹ He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty. ² I will say to the Lord, “My refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust!”…..
…….. ⁹ For you have made the Lord, my refuge, even the Most High, your dwelling place. ¹⁰ No evil will befall you, nor will any plague come near your tent. ¹¹ For He will give His angels charge concerning you, to guard you in all your ways. ¹² They will bear you up in their hands, that you do not strike your foot against a stone. ¹³ You will tread upon the lion and cobra, the young lion and the serpent you will trample down. ¹⁴ “Because he has loved Me, therefore I will deliver him; I will set him securely on high, because he has known My name. ¹⁵ “He will call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will rescue him and honor him. ¹⁶ “With a long life I will satisfy him and let him see My salvation,”” Psalm 91:1-2, 9-16.

“⁶ But you, when you pray, go into your inner room, close your door and pray to your Father who is in secret, and your Father who sees what is done in secret will reward you. ⁷ “And when you are praying, do not use meaningless repetition as the Gentiles do, for they suppose that they will be heard for their many words. ⁸ So do not be like them; for your Father knows what you need before you ask Him. ⁹ “Pray, then, in this way: ‘Our Father who is in heaven, hallowed be Your name. ¹⁰ ‘Your kingdom come. Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. ¹¹ ‘Give us this day our daily bread. ¹² ‘And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. ¹³ ‘And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from evil. [For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen,’]” Matthew 6:6-13.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
