Declarations & Decrees: As God’s Faithful Servant, You Wait Expectantly for His Return!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare it is EVIDENT that what you are going through is to ADVANCE the GOOD NEWS of Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua.
  The difficult conditions you are surviving have been a testimony to all who see you: the Believers as well as the unbeliever.
• I decree and declare YOU CONTINUE TO REJOICE, for you KNOW that in PROCLAIMING CHRIST/ MESSIAH, it all works out for your DELIVERANCE, because of the prayers of the Believers and the SUPPORT you receive from the Spirit of Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah!
• I decree and declare you have NOTHING to be ASHAMED of, for it ALL ACCORDS with your EARNEST EXPECTATION and hope, but rather now, as always, Christ/ Messiah is HONORED by your body, whether it is alive or dead.
  For to you, LIFE IS CHRIST/MESSIAH, and death is GAIN.
• I decree and declare the YOU, Lord, HEAR MY VOICE in the morning as I lay my needs before You and WAIT EXPECTANTLY.
  For Lord, You are a GOOD, GOOD Father; You are my Abba.
  If I ask anything in the Name of Your Son, Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua, You are faithful to provide it. (John 14:13-14)
• I decree and declare I am able to enter the Your HOUSE, Lord, because of Your GREAT GRACE and LOVE; I bow down toward Your Holy Temple in REVERENCE for You, Lord, You lead me in Your RIGHTEOUSNESS.
  You make Your WAY straight before me!
• I decree and declare all you, who TAKE REFUGE in the Lord will REJOICE, you will FOREVER SHOUT FOR JOY!
  The Lord shelters you; and you are GLAD.
  The Lord blesses the RIGHTEOUS and SURROUNDS you with His FAVOR like a SHIELD.
• I decree and declare you are ready and ALERT, EXPECTING the Son of Man to move in your midst, knowing that HE MAY RETURN AT ANY TIME!
  The Lord ENTRUSTS His House and His People with those Servants who are FAITHFUL and SENSIBLE.
  The Father will put that Servant in charge of ALL HE OWNS.
• I decree and declare God’s GRACE, which brings DELIVERANCE, has appeared to ALL PEOPLE.
  I speak LIFE into the Atmosphere and that all WHO ARE HUNGRY will have EARS TO HEAR and HEARTS to RECEIVE the GRACE of God!
• I decree and declare by God’s GRACE you renounce godlessness and worldly pleasures, and LIVE SELF-CONTROLLED, UPRIGHT and GODLY lives now, in this age.
  And you CONTINUE TO EXPECT the BLESSED FULFILLMENT of our CERTAIN HOPE, the appearing of the SHEKINAH GLORY of our great God and the appearing of our Deliverer, Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹² Now I want you to know, brethren, that my circumstances have turned out for the greater progress of the gospel, ¹³ so that my imprisonment in the cause of Christ has become well known throughout the whole praetorian guard and to everyone else, ¹⁴ and that most of the brethren, trusting in the Lord because of my imprisonment, have far more courage to speak the word of God without fear. ¹⁵ Some, to be sure, are preaching Christ even from envy and strife, but some also from good will; ¹⁶ the latter do it out of love, knowing that I am appointed for the defense of the gospel; ¹⁷ the former proclaim Christ out of selfish ambition rather than from pure motives, thinking to cause me distress in my imprisonment. ¹⁸ What then? Only that in every way, whether in pretense or in truth, Christ is proclaimed; and in this I rejoice. Yes, and I will rejoice, ¹⁹ for I know that this will turn out for my deliverance through your prayers and the provision of the Spirit of Jesus Christ, ²⁰ according to my earnest expectation and hope, that I will not be put to shame in anything, but that with all boldness, Christ will even now, as always, be exalted in my body, whether by life or by death. ²¹ For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain. ²² But if I am to live on in the flesh, this will mean fruitful labor for me; and I do not know which to choose. ²³ But I am hard-pressed from both directions, having the desire to depart and be with Christ, for that is very much better; ²⁴ yet to remain on in the flesh is more necessary for your sake. ²⁵ Convinced of this, I know that I will remain and continue with you all for your progress and joy in the faith, ²⁶ so that your proud confidence in me may abound in Christ Jesus through my coming to you again,” Philippians 1:12-26.

“¹ Give ear to my words, O Lord, consider my groaning. ² Heed the sound of my cry for help, my King and my God, for to You I pray. ³ In the morning, O Lord, You will hear my voice; in the morning I will order my prayer to You and eagerly watch. ⁴ For You are not a God who takes pleasure in wickedness; no evil dwells with You. ⁵ The boastful shall not stand before Your eyes; You hate all who do iniquity. ⁶ You destroy those who speak falsehood; the Lord abhors the man of bloodshed and deceit. ⁷ But as for me, by Your abundant lovingkindness I will enter Your house, at Your holy temple I will bow in reverence for You. ⁸ O Lord, lead me in Your righteousness because of my foes; make Your way straight before me. ⁹ There is nothing reliable in what they say; their inward part is destruction itself. Their throat is an open grave; they flatter with their tongue. ¹⁰ Hold them guilty, O God; by their own devices let them fall! In the multitude of their transgressions thrust them out, for they are rebellious against You. ¹¹ But let all who take refuge in You be glad, let them ever sing for joy; and may You shelter them, that those who love Your name may exult in You. ¹² For it is You who blesses the righteous man, O Lord, You surround him with favor as with a shield,” Psalm 5:1-12.

“³⁹ “But be sure of this, that if the head of the house had known at what hour the thief was coming, he would not have allowed his house to be broken into. ⁴⁰ You too, be ready; for the Son of Man is coming at an hour that you do not expect.” ⁴¹ Peter said, “Lord, are You addressing this parable to us, or to everyone else as well?” ⁴² And the Lord said, “Who then is the faithful and sensible steward, whom his master will put in charge of his servants, to give them their rations at the proper time? ⁴³ Blessed is that slave whom his master finds so doing when he comes. ⁴⁴ Truly I say to you that he will put him in charge of all his possessions. ⁴⁵ But if that slave says in his heart, ‘My master will be a long time in coming,’ and begins to beat the slaves, both men and women, and to eat and drink and get drunk; ⁴⁶ the master of that slave will come on a day when he does not expect him and at an hour he does not know, and will cut him in pieces, and assign him a place with the unbelievers. ⁴⁷ And that slave who knew his master’s will and did not get ready or act in accord with his will, will receive many lashes, ⁴⁸ but the one who did not know it, and committed deeds worthy of a flogging, will receive but few. From everyone who has been given much, much will be required; and to whom they entrusted much, of him they will ask all the more,” Luke 12:39-48.

“¹¹ For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to all men,¹² instructing us to deny ungodliness and worldly desires and to live sensibly, righteously and godly in the present age, ¹³ looking for the blessed hope and the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Christ Jesus, ¹⁴ who gave Himself for us to redeem us from every lawless deed, and to purify for Himself a people for His own possession, zealous for good deeds,” Titus 2:11-14.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
