Declarations & Decrees: You Touch the World With the Father’s Heart – True Compassion!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is CALLING those out of the World with His COMPASSION: they will come to know that He has FASHIONED them from their conception in their mother’s womb.
  We PRAISE You Lord because we are AWESOMELY MADE, WONDERFULLY, Your WORKS are WONDERS!
• I decree and declare Lord God/ Adonai Elohim, You saw me as an embryo, but in YOUR BOOK all my Days were ALREADY WRITTEN; my days were SHAPED before any of them existed.
  You have INTRICATELY PLANNED the details of my LIFE.
  Your THOUGHTS are so far above mine; THANK YOU for CARING for me and keeping my steps.
• I decree and declare the Lord/Adonai is MERCIFUL and COMPASSIONATE, SLOW to anger and RICH in GRACE; this is the PATTERN, the EXAMPLE I choose for my LIFE.
  That I may be the HANDS of GOD extended to the Stranger, the One in Need, that they might KNOW the FATHER’S LOVE.
• I decree and declare the Lord’s/ Adonai’s MERCY toward those who FEAR Him is as FAR ABOVE EARTH AS HEAVEN.
  He has REMOVED our sins from us as far as the East is from the West.
  Just as a Father has COMPASSION on his Children, so the Lord/ Adonai has COMPASSION on those who FEAR HIM.
• I decree and declare you bring the GOOD NEWS throughout the Earth!
  You go to the Mountain Tops; you go to the highways and the byways; you bring GOOD NEWS to Jerusalem, and CRY OUT at the top of your voice! DON’T BE AFRAID TO SHOUT OUT LOUD!
  Say to the People, “HERE IS YOUR GOD!”
• I decree and declare the Lord Jesus Christ/ Adonai Yeshua Messiah FEEDS His Flock, GATHERING His Lambs with His arm, CARRYING them against His Chest, GENTLY LEADING the Mother sheep.
  What a TENDER-HEARTED Lord and Father we have.
• I decree and declare you will be SAFE in the care of the Good Shepherd.
  Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah is the Good Shepherd; anyone who enters through Him will be SAFE and will GO IN and OUT and find pasture. He has COME so that you may have LIFE, LIFE IN ITS FULLEST MEASURE!
• I decree and declare to those who have fallen away, YOU ARE COMING TO YOUR SENSES, realizing your Father God/ Abba Elohim TAKES CARE of His own.
  No longer will you turn your back on the Father and His Son, Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua.
  You UNDERSTAND that you are not worthy, it is by the SACRIFICE of Christ/ Messiah that you are CLEANSED and are considered WORTHY to come before the Father.
• I decree and declare the Father/ Abba, our Loving Father/ Abba is moved with PITY and WELCOMES those who RETURN to Him in REPENTANCE.
  Father’s/ Abba’s arms are OPEN WIDE, drawing them into a close EMBRACE.
  The Lord/ Adonai REJOICES and CELEBRATES for each One who COMES HOME.
  The Father says, “For this son of mine was dead, but now he’s alive again!
  HE WAS LOST, BUT NOW HE HAS BEEN FOUND!”
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹³ For You formed my inward parts; You wove me in my mother’s womb. ¹⁴ I will give thanks to You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; wonderful are Your works, and my soul knows it very well. ¹⁵ My frame was not hidden from You, when I was made in secret, and skillfully wrought in the depths of the earth; ¹⁶ Your eyes have seen my unformed substance; and in Your book were all written the days that were ordained for me, when as yet there was not one of them.
¹⁷ How precious also are Your thoughts to me, O God! How vast is the sum of them! ¹⁸ If I should count them, they would outnumber the sand. When I awake, I am still with You,” Psalm 139:13-18.

“⁸ The Lord is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in lovingkindness. ⁹ He will not always strive with us, nor will He keep His anger forever. ¹⁰ He has not dealt with us according to our sins, nor rewarded us according to our iniquities. ¹¹ For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is His lovingkindness toward those who fear Him. ¹² As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us. ¹³ Just as a father has compassion on his children, so the Lord has compassion on those who fear Him. ¹⁴ For He Himself knows our frame; He is mindful that we are but dust,” Psalm 103: 8-14.

“⁹ Get yourself up on a high mountain, O Zion, bearer of good news, lift up your voice mightily, O Jerusalem, bearer of good news; lift it up, do not fear. Say to the cities of Judah, “Here is your God!” ¹⁰ Behold, the Lord God will come with might, with His arm ruling for Him. Behold, His reward is with Him and His recompense before Him. ¹¹ Like a shepherd He will tend His flock, in His arm He will gather the lambs and carry them in His bosom; He will gently lead the nursing ewes,” Isaiah 40:9-11.

“⁹ I am the door; if anyone enters through Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture. ¹⁰ The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly. ¹¹ “I am the good shepherd; the good shepherd lays down His life for the sheep,” John 10:9-11.

“¹⁷ But when he came to his senses, he said, ‘How many of my father’s hired men have more than enough bread, but I am dying here with hunger! ¹⁸ I will get up and go to my father, and will say to him, “Father, I have sinned against heaven, and in your sight; ¹⁹ I am no longer worthy to be called your son; make me as one of your hired men.”’ ²⁰ So he got up and came to his father. But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and felt compassion for him, and ran and embraced him and kissed him. ²¹ And the son said to him, ‘Father, I have sinned against heaven and in your sight; I am no longer worthy to be called your son.’ ²² But the father said to his slaves, ‘Quickly bring out the best robe and put it on him, and put a ring on his hand and sandals on his feet; ²³ and bring the fattened calf, kill it, and let us eat and celebrate; ²⁴ for this son of mine was dead and has come to life again; he was lost and has been found.’ and they began to celebrate,” Luke 15:17-24.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
