Declarations & Decrees: You Thirst for The LORD — Carry His Living Water to the World!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare Holy Spirit is HOVERING, NURTURING the INFUSION of Living Water within YOUR LIFE.
  God brings LIFE where there was chaos, He brings TRUTH where there was confusion.
  He REMAINS with you in TENDERNESS and LOVE as a mother hen nurtures her chicks.
• I decree and declare LIVING WATER flows forth from the TEMPLE of the God Most High God/ El Elyon.
  You, who are of the Body of Christ/ Messiah, are His Temple.
  You must give out the River of Life so it will remain fresh and full of life.
• I decree and declare you are as a TREE planted by the River of Life, your ROOTS, your HUNGER goes DEEP into the LIVING WORD of God.
  No other teaching or persuasion will FULFILL like the LIVING WORD, Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua.
• I decree and declare the Living Water you carry will bring LIFE to the individuals and regions you TOUCH.
  The RIVER OF LIFE as it enters the sea of stagnant water [the Dead Sea], its waters become FRESH and full of Life!
• I decree and declare as your life flows with God’s LIVING WATER, so it will bear all kinds of FRUIT, and the fruit will FEED the hungry, those who desire to drawn NEAR to the Father. You will CARRY HIS HEALING to the Nations.
• I decree and declare you will DRINK the WATER of the WORD and immerse yourselves in His PRESENCE until you are INTOXICATED with LOVE for Him and Him alone!
• I decree and declare the Lord POURS WATER on the Thirsty Land and Streams on the dry ground.
  He is pouring His Spirit on your Descendants, His Blessings on your offspring.
  They will SPRING up among the grass like Willows on the Riverbanks.
• I decree and declare I belong to the Lord/ Adonai, the God/ Elohim of Israel!
  He is the First and the Last, besides Him there is no God!
• I decree and declare whoever DRINKS of the Water given by Jesus/ Yeshua WILL NEVER BE THIRSTY AGAIN!
  The Water He gives will become a SPRING OF WATER inside of you, welling up into ETERNAL LIFE!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. ² The earth was formless and void, and darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was moving over the surface of the waters,” Genesis 1:1-2.

“¹ Then he brought me back to the door of the house; and behold, water was flowing from under the threshold of the house toward the east, for the house faced east. And the water was flowing down from under, from the right side of the house, from south of the altar. ² He brought me out by way of the north gate and led me around on the outside to the outer gate by way of the gate that faces east. And behold, water was trickling from the south side.

³ When the man went out toward the east with a line in his hand, he measured a thousand cubits, and he led me through the water, water reaching the ankles. ⁴ Again he measured a thousand and led me through the water, water reaching the knees. Again he measured a thousand and led me through the water, water reaching the loins. ⁵ Again he measured a thousand; and it was a river that I could not ford, for the water had risen, enough water to swim in, a river that could not be forded. ⁶ He said to me, “Son of man, have you seen this?” Then he brought me back to the bank of the river. ⁷ Now when I had returned, behold, on the bank of the river there were very many trees on the one side and on the other. ⁸ Then he said to me, “These waters go out toward the eastern region and go down into the Arabah; then they go toward the sea, being made to flow into the sea, and the waters of the sea become fresh. ⁹ It will come about that every living creature which swarms in every place where the river goes, will live. And there will be very many fish, for these waters go there and the others become fresh; so everything will live where the river goes. ¹⁰ And it will come about that fishermen will stand beside it; from Engedi to Eneglaim there will be a place for the spreading of nets. Their fish will be according to their kinds, like the fish of the Great Sea, very many. ¹¹ But its swamps and marshes will not become fresh; they will be left for salt. ¹² By the river on its bank, on one side and on the other, will grow all kinds of trees for food. Their leaves will not wither and their fruit will not fail. They will bear every month because their water flows from the sanctuary, and their fruit will be for food and their leaves for healing,” Ezekiel 47:1-12.

“¹ “I have come into my garden, my sister, my bride; I have gathered my myrrh along with my balsam. I have eaten my honeycomb and my honey; I have drunk my wine and my milk. Eat, friends; drink and imbibe deeply, O lovers.” Song of Solomon 5:1.

“³ ‘For I will pour out water on the thirsty land and streams on the dry ground; I will pour out My Spirit on your offspring and My blessing on your descendants; ⁴ And they will spring up among the grass like poplars by streams of water.’ ⁵ “This one will say, ‘I am the Lord’s’; and that one will call on the name of Jacob; and another will write on his hand, ‘Belonging to the Lord,’ and will name Israel’s name with honor. ⁶ “Thus says the Lord, the King of Israel and his Redeemer, the Lord of hosts: ‘I am the first and I am the last, and there is no God besides Me,” Isaiah 44:3-6.

“⁷ There came a woman of Samaria to draw water. Jesus said to her, “Give Me a drink.” ⁸ For His disciples had gone away into the city to buy food. ⁹ Therefore the Samaritan woman said to Him, “How is it that You, being a Jew, ask me for a drink since I am a Samaritan woman?” (For Jews have no dealings with Samaritans.) ¹⁰ Jesus answered and said to her, “If you knew the gift of God, and who it is who says to you, ‘Give Me a drink,’ you would have asked Him, and He would have given you living water.” ¹¹ She said to Him, “Sir, You have nothing to draw with and the well is deep; where then do You get that living water? ¹² You are not greater than our father Jacob, are You, who gave us the well, and drank of it himself and his sons and his cattle?” ¹³ Jesus answered and said to her, “Everyone who drinks of this water will thirst again; ¹⁴ but whoever drinks of the water that I will give him shall never thirst; but the water that I will give him will become in him a well of water springing up to eternal life,” John 4:7-14.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
