Declarations & Decrees: You Shall Know Them by Their Fruit — the Words They Speak!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare the Tree is KNOWN by its FRUIT!
  Good Trees bear good Fruit, but the rotten trees bear rotten fruit.
  Bad Trees cannot say anything good, for from the OVERFLOW of the Heart the mouth speaks.
  Those with rotten roots, though speaking what appears to be good, are speaking to SWAY and MISLEAD.
  Rotten words and works cannot continue to be mixed with truth.
  There is REPENTANCE, but without it, the tree remains Bad.
• I decree and declare, on the Day of Judgment, all People will give account for EVERY CARELESS WORD they speak.
  For by your words you are JUSTIFIED, and by your words you will be CONDEMNED.
• I decree and declare your gift of DISCERNMENT is INCREASING over your life.
  There are many False Prophets who appear to belong to your community, dressed in sheep’s clothing, but INWARDLY they are ravenous wolves.
  They come in subtly and in agreement with you and the Lord’s teachings, then begin to interject false, erroneous and anti-Christ teachings.
  Be AWARE that in these Last Days the enemy is working to deceive even the Mature Believers, if possible.
• I decree and declare not all those who call Jesus/ Yeshua, “Lord, Lord!” will enter the Kingdom of Heaven, but those who DO the WILL of the Father in Heaven are those who will enter in.
  Those who are selfish and teaching doctrines of men and false gods are workers of the enemy.
  The Lord Jesus/ Adonai Yeshua will declare to them, “I NEVER KNEW YOU. Get away from Me, you workers of lawlessness!”
• I decree and declare YOU were CALLED to FREEDOM!
  But don’t use this freedom as an excuse to mistreat one another, but through LOVE SERVE one another: LOVE your Neighbor as Yourself!
• I decree and declare you CHOOSE to WALK by the Spirit/ Ruach, so that you will not carry out the desires of the flesh.
  For the flesh sets its desire AGAINST the Spirit/ Ruach, but the Spirit/ Ruach sets its desire against the flesh – for these are in OPPOSITION to one another, so that you cannot do what you want.
• I decree and declare as you are LED by the Spirit/ Ruach; you are not entertaining the deeds of the flesh which result in death.
  Those who follow sexual immorality, impurity, indecency, idolatry, witchcraft, hostility, strife, jealousy, rage, selfish ambition, dissension, factions, envy, drunkenness, carousing and things like these will not inherit God’s Kingdom.
• I decree and declare the Fruit of the Spirit/ Ruach is LOVE, joy peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control – against these things there is no law.
  As we LIVE by the Spirit/ Ruach, we strive to also WALK by the Spirit/ Ruach!
• I decree and declare, as the Lord’s/ Adonai’s dearly loved Children, be IMITATORS of God, and WALK in LOVE, just as Christ/Messiah also loved us and gave Himself up for us.
  Don’t let the evil and corrupt activities and desires of the world be mentioned among you, as is proper for Believers.
• I decree and declare that your TALK will be FILLED with THANKSGIVING, rather than obscene, coarse, and stupid talk that are out of place.
  For we know that no immoral, indecent, or greedy person – who is really an idol worshiper at heart – has any inheritance in the Kingdom of Christ/ Messiah and God/ Elohim.
• I decree and declare your SPIRITUAL EYES and EARS are being fine-tuned: you will not be deceived with empty words, for these deceptions cause God’s judgment to come on the children of DISOBEDIENCE.
  You will be cautioned by the Spirit/ Ruach, ”Do not be partners with them!”
  Now in union with the Lord YOU ARE IN THE LIGHT.
  You will WALK as Children of the Light, learning what is pleasing to the Lord/ Adonai!
• I decree and declare you are WISE!
  You PAY CLOSE ATTENTION to how you walk – not as unwise people but as wise.
  You are making the most of your time because the days are evil.
  You UNDERSTAND what the Lord’s/ Adonai’s will is.
• I decree and declare you are FILLED with the Spirit/ Ruach, speaking to one another in Psalms, Hymns, and Spiritual Songs, singing and making music in your heart to the Lord – ALWAYS GIVING THANKS for everything to God the Father/ Elohim Abba, in the name of the Lord Jesus/ Yeshua Messiah!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“³³ “Either make the tree good and its fruit good, or make the tree bad and its fruit bad; for the tree is known by its fruit. ³⁴ You brood of vipers, how can you, being evil, speak what is good? For the mouth speaks out of that which fills the heart. ³⁵ The good man brings out of his good treasure what is good; and the evil man brings out of his evil treasure what is evil. ³⁶ But I tell you that every careless word that people speak, they shall give an accounting for it in the day of judgment. ³⁷ For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned,” Matthew 12: 33-37.

“¹⁵ “Beware of the false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly are ravenous wolves. ¹⁶ You will know them by their fruits. Grapes are not gathered from thorn bushes nor figs from thistles, are they? ¹⁷ So every good tree bears good fruit, but the bad tree bears bad fruit. ¹⁸ A good tree cannot produce bad fruit, nor can a bad tree produce good fruit. ¹⁹ Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. ²⁰ So then, you will know them by their fruits.
²¹ “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter. ²² Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles?’ ²³ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness,’” Matthew 7:15-23.

“¹³ For you were called to freedom, brethren; only do not turn your freedom into an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another. ¹⁴ For the whole Law is fulfilled in one word, in the statement, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” ¹⁵ But if you bite and devour one another, take care that you are not consumed by one another.
>¹⁶ But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not carry out the desire of the flesh. ¹⁷ For the flesh sets its desire against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; for these are in opposition to one another, so that you may not do the things that you please. ¹⁸ But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the Law. ¹⁹ Now the deeds of the flesh are evident, which are: immorality, impurity, sensuality, ²⁰ idolatry, sorcery, enmities, strife, jealousy, outbursts of anger, disputes, dissensions, factions, ²¹ envying, drunkenness, carousing, and things like these, of which I forewarn you, just as I have forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God. ²² But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, ²³ gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law. ²⁴ Now those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.
²⁵ If we live by the Spirit, let us also walk by the Spirit,” Galatians 5:13-25.

“¹ Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children; ² and walk in love, just as Christ also loved you and gave Himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God as a fragrant aroma.
³ But immorality or any impurity or greed must not even be named among you, as is proper among saints; ⁴ and there must be no filthiness and silly talk, or coarse jesting, which are not fitting, but rather giving of thanks. ⁵ For this you know with certainty, that no immoral or impure person or covetous man, who is an idolater, has an inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God.
⁶ Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of these things the wrath of God comes upon the sons of disobedience. ⁷ Therefore do not be partakers with them; ⁸ for you were formerly darkness, but now you are Light in the Lord; walk as children of Light ⁹ (for the fruit of the Light consists in all goodness and righteousness and truth), ¹⁰ trying to learn what is pleasing to the Lord. ¹¹ Do not participate in the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but instead even expose them; ¹² for it is disgraceful even to speak of the things which are done by them in secret. ¹³ But all things become visible when they are exposed by the light, for everything that becomes visible is light. ¹⁴ For this reason it says, “Awake, sleeper, and arise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.”
¹⁵ Therefore be careful how you walk, not as unwise men but as wise, ¹⁶ making the most of your time, because the days are evil. ¹⁷ So then do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is. ¹⁸ And do not get drunk with wine, for that is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit, ¹⁹ speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody with your heart to the Lord; ²⁰ always giving thanks for all things in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ to God, even the Father,” Ephesians 5:1-20.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
