I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• We decree and declare the GRACE of God is in the Heavens and His FAITHFULNESS reaches to the skies.
  How precious is God’s GRACE!
  You take REFUGE in the shadow of His wings, FEAST on the rich BOUNTY of His House, and DRINK from the STREAM of His delights!
• We decree and declare with the Lord God Almighty is the FOUNTAIN of LIFE, in His LIGHT we see LIGHT!
  The Father extends His GRACE to YOU who know Him and His RIGHTEOUSNESS to you who are UPRIGHT in Heart!
• We decree and declare YOU who call God your God, you SEEK Him EAGERLY.
  Your heart THIRSTS for Him, your body longs for Him in a Land parched and exhausted, where no water can be found.
• We decree and declare you have ANTICIPATED the Lord in the Sanctuary, seeing His POWER and GLORY; for YOU KNOW His GRACE is better than life.
  You will BLESS the Lord as long as you live, in His Name you LIFT UP your hands.
• We decree YOU ARE SATISFIED when you meditate on the goodness of the Lord in the NIGHT WATCHES.
  For He has been your HELP; in the SHADOW of His wings you REJOICE; your heart clings to the Lord; His RIGHT HAND supports you.
• We declare the Lord who created you, He who formed you says, “Don’t be afraid, for I have REDEEMED you; I am calling you by your name; YOU ARE MINE!”
• We decree and declare He who made a way in the sea, a path through the raging wave, is doing A NEW THING, it’s springing up – CAN YOU SEE IT?
  He is making ROADS in the desert, RIVERS in the wasteland.
  With God NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE!
• We decree and declare WE ARE SET FREE – our sins are forgiven; He has LAVISHED His GRACE upon us!
  In all His WISDOM and INSIGHT He has made known to us His SECRET PLAN!
• We decree and declare, in UNION with Christ/ Messiah, we were given an INHERITANCE, we who were picked in advance according to the purpose of His will.
• We decree and declare you have put your TRUST in Christ/ Messiah and were sealed by Him with the promised Holy Spirit, who GUARANTEES your INHERITANCE until you come into possession of it!
• We decree and declare that you have received the spirit of WISDOM and REVELATION, so that you will have FULL KNOWLEDGE of Him.
  He has given LIGHT to the EYES of your heart, so that you will UNDERSTAND the HOPE to which He has called you, what RICH GLORIES there are in the inheritance He has PROMISED His People.
• We declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“⁵ Your lovingkindness, O Lord, extends to the heavens, Your faithfulness reaches to the skies. ⁶ Your righteousness is like the mountains of God; Your judgments are like a great deep. O Lord, You preserve man and beast. ⁷ How precious is Your lovingkindness, O God! And the children of men take refuge in the shadow of Your wings. ⁸ They drink their fill of the abundance of Your house; and You give them to drink of the river of Your delights. ⁹ For with You is the fountain of life; in Your light we see light. ¹⁰ O continue Your lovingkindness to those who know You, and Your righteousness to the upright in heart,” Psalm 36:5-10.

“¹ O God, You are my God; I shall seek You earnestly; my soul thirsts for You, my flesh yearns for You, in a dry and weary land where there is no water. ² Thus I have seen You in the sanctuary, to see Your power and Your glory. ³ Because Your lovingkindness is better than life, my lips will praise You. ⁴ So I will bless You as long as I live; I will lift up my hands in Your name. ⁵ My soul is satisfied as with marrow and fatness, and my mouth offers praises with joyful lips. ⁶ When I remember You on my bed, I meditate on You in the night watches, ⁷ For You have been my help, and in the shadow of Your wings I sing for joy. ⁸ My soul clings to You; Your right hand upholds me,” Psalm 63:1-8.

……. ¹⁴ Thus says the Lord your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel, “For your sake I have sent to Babylon, and will bring them all down as fugitives, even the Chaldeans, into the ships in which they rejoice. ¹⁵ “I am the Lord, your Holy One, the Creator of Israel, your King.” ¹⁶ Thus says the Lord, Who makes a way through the sea and a path through the mighty waters, ¹⁷ Who brings forth the chariot and the horse, the army and the mighty man (they will lie down together and not rise again; they have been quenched and extinguished like a wick): ¹⁸ “Do not call to mind the former things, or ponder things of the past. ¹⁹ “Behold, I will do something new, now it will spring forth; will you not be aware of it? I will even make a roadway in the wilderness, rivers in the desert. ²⁰ “The beasts of the field will glorify Me, the jackals and the ostriches, because I have given waters in the wilderness and rivers in the desert, to give drink to My chosen people. ²¹ “The people whom I formed for Myself will declare My praise,” Isaiah 43:1, 14-21.

“⁷ In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace ⁸ which He lavished on us. In all wisdom and insight ⁹ He made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His kind intention which He purposed in Him ¹⁰ with a view to an administration suitable to the fullness of the times, that is, the summing up of all things in Christ, things in the heavens and things on the earth. In Him ¹¹ also we have obtained an inheritance, having been predestined according to His purpose who works all things after the counsel of His will, ¹² to the end that we who were the first to hope in Christ would be to the praise of His glory. ¹³ In Him, you also, after listening to the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation — having also believed, you were sealed in Him with the Holy Spirit of promise, ¹⁴ who is given as a pledge of our inheritance, with a view to the redemption of God’s own possession, to the praise of His glory. ¹⁵ For this reason I too, having heard of the faith in the Lord Jesus which exists among you and your love for all the saints, ¹⁶ do not cease giving thanks for you, while making mention of you in my prayers; ¹⁷ that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of Him. ¹⁸ I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so that you will know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, ¹⁹ and what is the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe. These are in accordance with the working of the strength of His might ²⁰ which He brought about in Christ, when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, ²¹ far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the one to come. ²² And He put all things in subjection under His feet, and gave Him as head over all things to the church, ²³ which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all,” Ephesians 1:7-23.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
