I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• We decree and declare you who put your TRUST in the Lord are considered RIGHTEOUS.
  It is not by your works but rather it is your trusting in Him who makes you who were ungodly righteous, your trust is credited to you as RIGHTEOUSNESS.
• We declare BLESSED are you whose transgressions are FORGIVEN, whose sins are covered over; BLESSED are you whose sin the Lord will not reckon against your account.
  Amen, YOU ARE BLESSED!
• We decree and declare it is by TRUSTING that Abraham is our father in God’s sight because he trusted God as the One who GIVES LIFE to the dead and calls nonexistent things into EXISTENCE.
  So, you who trust, bring LIFE and EXISTENCE into your ATMOSPHERE!
• We decree and declare your TRUST WILL NOT WAVER when you consider your physical circumstances; you will not by lack of trust decide against God’s PROMISES.
  On the contrary, by TRUST you receive POWER as you give GLORY to GOD, for you are FULLY CONVINCED that what God PROMISES He will also ACCOMPLISH.
• We decree and declare you were CALLED to be FREE.
  This FREEDOM is not an excuse for following your old nature, but rather to SERVE one another in LOVE.
  For the entire Law is summed up in this one sentence: “Love your neighbor as yourself.”
• We decree and declare you, as Servants of the Lord, live your lives in the Spirit.
  You do not follow your old nature which was put to death on the cross.
  Rather you conduct your lives to BUILD UP the Body and to serve one another, ordering your lives through the Spirit each day.
• We decree you show forth the FRUIT of the Spirit: LOVE, JOY, PEACE, PATIENCE, KINDNESS, GOODNESS, FAITHFULNESS, HUMILITY, SELF-CONTROL!
  Nothing in the Law stands against these qualities.
• We decree you who are diligent and trustworthy in little will be put in charge of much.
  The Lord SEES your PERSEVERANCE.
  You will join in your Master’s Happiness.
• We decree and declare that the Lord God RESCUES you, and will not let you be disgraced, for you TAKE REFUGE in Him.
  INTEGRITY and UPRIGHTNESS preserve you, because your HOPE is in the Lord!
  He redeems His People from all their troubles.
• We declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the LORD God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“³ For what does the Scripture say? “Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness.” ⁴ Now to the one who works, his wage is not credited as a favor, but as what is due. ⁵ But to the one who does not work, but believes in Him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is credited as righteousness, ⁶ just as David also speaks of the blessing on the man to whom God credits righteousness apart from works: ⁷ “Blessed are those whose lawless deeds have been forgiven, and whose sins have been covered. ⁸ “Blessed is the man whose sin the Lord will not take into account.” ⁹ Is this blessing then on the circumcised, or on the uncircumcised also? For we say, “Faith was credited to Abraham as righteousness.” ¹⁰ How then was it credited? While he was circumcised, or uncircumcised? Not while circumcised, but while uncircumcised; ¹¹ and he received the sign of circumcision, a seal of the righteousness of the faith which he had while uncircumcised, so that he might be the father of all who believe without being circumcised, that righteousness might be credited to them, ¹² and the father of circumcision to those who not only are of the circumcision, but who also follow in the steps of the faith of our father Abraham which he had while uncircumcised. ¹³ For the promise to Abraham or to his descendants that he would be heir of the world was not through the Law, but through the righteousness of faith. ¹⁴ For if those who are of the Law are heirs, faith is made void and the promise is nullified; ¹⁵ for the Law brings about wrath, but where there is no law, there also is no violation. ¹⁶ For this reason it is by faith, in order that it may be in accordance with grace, so that the promise will be guaranteed to all the descendants, not only to those who are of the Law, but also to those who are of the faith of Abraham, who is the father of us all, ¹⁷ (as it is written, “A father of many nations have I made you”) in the presence of Him whom he believed, even God, who gives life to the dead and calls into being that which does not exist. ¹⁸ In hope against hope he believed, so that he might become a father of many nations according to that which had been spoken, “So shall your descendants be.” ¹⁹ Without becoming weak in faith he contemplated his own body, now as good as dead since he was about a hundred years old, and the deadness of Sarah’s womb; ²⁰ yet, with respect to the promise of God, he did not waver in unbelief but grew strong in faith, giving glory to God, ²¹ and being fully assured that what God had promised, He was able also to perform. ²² Therefore it was also credited to him as righteousness. ²³ Now not for his sake only was it written that it was credited to him, ²⁴ but for our sake also, to whom it will be credited, as those who believe in Him who raised Jesus our Lord from the dead, ²⁵ He who was delivered over because of our transgressions, and was raised because of our justification,” Romans 4:3-25.

^“13 For you were called to freedom, brethren; only do not turn your freedom into an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another. ¹⁴ For the whole Law is fulfilled in one word, in the statement, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” ¹⁵ But if you bite and devour one another, take care that you are not consumed by one another. ¹⁶ But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not carry out the desire of the flesh. ¹⁷ For the flesh sets its desire against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; for these are in opposition to one another, so that you may not do the things that you please. ¹⁸ But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the Law…..
……. ²² But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, ²³ gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law. ²⁴ Now those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. ²⁵ If we live by the Spirit, let us also walk by the Spirit,” Galatians 5:13-18, 22-25.

“¹⁹ “Now after a long time the master of those slaves *came and *settled accounts with them. ²⁰ The one who had received the five talents came up and brought five more talents, saying, ‘Master, you entrusted five talents to me. See, I have gained five more talents.’ ²¹ His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful slave. You were faithful with a few things, I will put you in charge of many things; enter into the joy of your master.’ ²² “Also the one who had received the two talents came up and said, ‘Master, you entrusted two talents to me. See, I have gained two more talents.’ ²³ His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful slave. You were faithful with a few things, I will put you in charge of many things; enter into the joy of your master,’” Matthew 25:19-23.

^“20 Guard my soul and deliver me; do not let me be ashamed, for I take refuge in You. ²¹ Let integrity and uprightness preserve me, for I wait for You. ²² Redeem Israel, O God, out of all his troubles,” Psalm 25: 20-22.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries.
