You Must Become Weak in Order to Become Strong
“Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 8:35-39
“In this world you will find many dangers. There are many things that will stand in your way.
There are many hurdles and obstacles that you will face. There are many things that will stand in your way.
And yet I will not always remove them, for some of these things will make you stronger.
But to become strong; you must become weak first. The weakness of man is a fragile thing, and yet I ask you to become weak that you can rely upon Me.
For in this world you will face many obstacles and dangers. And yet I can turn these obstacles into opportunities.
Release all of them to Me. Then I can produce seeds and plants that will grow strong.
You see, there are two different seeds in this world. The seed that has died has gone into the soil and there it will be resurrected unto new life.
The other seed comes from the enemy. When it has been allowed to grow, it will produce thorns and other things.
Remember the parable of the sower. For the soil of the seed is important. Without it, you will wither and be washed away.”
“Then He spoke many things to them in parables, saying: “Behold, a sower went out to sow. And as he sowed, some seed fell by the wayside; and the birds came and devoured them. Some fell on stony places, where they did not have much earth; and they immediately sprang up because they had no depth of earth. But when the sun was up they were scorched, and because they had no root they withered away. And some fell among thorns, and the thorns sprang up and choked them. But others fell on good ground and yielded a crop: some a hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty. He who has ears to hear, let him hear!”” Matthew 13:3-9
