I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• We declare God’s THOUGHTS and WAYS are not your thoughts and ways; His THOUGHTS and WAYS are as HIGH as the sky is above the Earth!
  You cannot begin to comprehend the KNOWLEDGE and WISDOM of the Most High God!
• We decree and declare that the WORD of GOD as it goes forth from His MOUTH, and passes the lips of HIS PEOPLE, WILL NOT RETURN to HIM UNFULFILLED; but it will ACCOMPLISH what He intends, and CAUSE TO SUCCEED what He sent it to do! Amen!
• We decree and declare ETERNAL LIFE is the GIFT of His Son to those who the Father has given Him!
  Eternal Life is this: to KNOW the Father, the one TRUE GOD, and Him whom He sent, Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah!
• We declare Jesus/Yeshua prays for YOU who the Father has given to Him, because you are HIS!
  All Christ/ Messiah has is the Fathers, and all the Father has is the Son’s, and the Son is glorified in YOU, His Child!
• We decree and declare the Son is no longer in the World, and though WE, His People are, WE are GUARDED by the POWER of the Lord God Almighty, the First and the Last, the Great I AM, Yud-Hey-Vav-Hey!
• We declare that WE ARE ONE in Christ/ Messiah, just as the Father and the Son are One!
  As He sits at the RIGHT Hand of the Father, His JOY is made complete in us!
  We have the Father’s Word, and the World hates us because we do not belong to the World – just as Jesus/ Yeshua did not belong to the World.
• We declare WE ARE PROTECTED from the Evil One, by the Word of the Lord through Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua!
  We are not removed from the World, but we are protected!
  We do not belong to the World, just as He does not belong to the World.
  We are SET APART for HOLINESS by means of the TRUTH – GOD’S WORD is TRUTH!
• We declare that we DO NOT LOSE COURAGE!
  Though our outer self is heading for decay, our inner self is being RENEWED DAILY!
  For our light and transient troubles are ACHIEVING for us an EVERLASTING GLORY whose weight is BEYOND DESCRIPTION.
• We decree and declare we CONCENTRATE not on what is seen but on WHAT IS NOT SEEN, since things seen are temporary, but things not seen are ETERNAL!
• We declare we have a PERMANENT building from God, a building not made by human hands, to house us in heaven; the tent which houses us here on earth is but for a moment.
• We decree and declare that although we groan with the sense of being oppressed: it is not so much that we want to take something off, but rather to put something on over it; so that what must die may be SWALLOWED UP BY THE LIFE!
  It is God who has prepared us for this very thing, and as a PLEDGE He has given us His Spirit!
• We decree and declare, as the Children of the God Almighty, we do not look at anyone from a worldly viewpoint.
  If ANYONE IS UNITED with Christ/ Messiah, HE IS A NEW CREATION – the old has passed away; look, what has come is FRESH and NEW!
• We declare it is ALL FROM GOD, Who through Christ/ Messiah has RECONCILED us to Himself and has given us the work of that reconciliation!
  We are AMBASSADORS of Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua, in effect, God is making His appeal through US!
• We declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“For My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways,” declares the Lord. “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts. For as the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return there without watering the earth and making it bear and sprout, and furnishing seed to the sower and bread to the eater; so will My word be which goes forth from My mouth; it will not return to Me empty, without accomplishing what I desire, and without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it,”” Isaiah 55:8-11.

“Jesus spoke these things; and lifting up His eyes to heaven, He said, “Father, the hour has come; glorify Your Son, that the Son may glorify You, even as You gave Him authority over all flesh, that to all whom You have given Him, He may give eternal life. This is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent…..
….. I ask on their behalf; I do not ask on behalf of the world, but of those whom You have given Me; for they are Yours; and all things that are Mine are Yours, and Yours are Mine; and I have been glorified in them. I am no longer in the world; and yet they themselves are in the world, and I come to You. Holy Father, keep them in Your name, the name which You have given Me, that they may be one even as We are. While I was with them, I was keeping them in Your name which You have given Me; and I guarded them and not one of them perished but the son of perdition, so that the Scripture would be fulfilled. But now I come to You; and these things I speak in the world so that they may have My joy made full in themselves. I have given them Your word; and the world has hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. I do not ask You to take them out of the world, but to keep them from the evil one. They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. Sanctify them in the truth; Your word is truth. As You sent Me into the world, I also have sent them into the world. For their sakes I sanctify Myself, that they themselves also may be sanctified in truth,” John 17:1-3, 9-19.

“Therefore we do not lose heart, but though our outer man is decaying, yet our inner man is being renewed day by day. For momentary, light affliction is producing for us an eternal weight of glory far beyond all comparison, while we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen; for the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal…..
….. For we know that if the earthly tent which is our house is torn down, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. For indeed in this house we groan, longing to be clothed with our dwelling from heaven, inasmuch as we, having put it on, will not be found naked. For indeed while we are in this tent, we groan, being burdened, because we do not want to be unclothed but to be clothed, so that what is mortal will be swallowed up by life. Now He who prepared us for this very purpose is God, who gave to us the Spirit as a pledge. Therefore, being always of good courage, and knowing that while we are at home in the body we are absent from the Lord — for we walk by faith, not by sight — we are of good courage, I say, and prefer rather to be absent from the body and to be at home with the Lord. Therefore we also have as our ambition, whether at home or absent, to be pleasing to Him. For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each one may be recompensed for his deeds in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad……
…… Therefore from now on we recognize no one according to the flesh; even though we have known Christ according to the flesh, yet now we know Him in this way no longer. Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come. Now all these things are from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation, namely, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and He has committed to us the word of reconciliation. Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were making an appeal through us; we beg you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God. He made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him,” 2 Corinthians 4:16-18; 5:1-10, 16-21.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
