Declarations & Decrees: You Hear the LORD’s Voice and Are Aligning With His Purpose!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare the Lord, Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah, is SPEAKING, CALLING for you to COME AWAY!
  It is the time to COME ALIVE and BLOSSOM!
  As you are in the SECRET PLACE He HEARS your SWEET voice and sees your LOVELY face.
  You are PRECIOUS to Him!
• I decree and declare those who have SCATTERED you and forced you into an UNFAMILIAR PLACE of EXILE will be PUNISHED by the Hand of God.
  The Lord is bringing you back to your PASTURE of PLENTY, the PLACE of His SUPPLY.
• I decree and declare the Lord is bringing the Jews, His People, back to the Land of Israel.
  The Lord says, “Israel’s guilt will be sought, but there will be none, and Judah’s sins, but they won’t be found, for I WILL PARDON the REMNANT I leave.”
• I decree and declare the Lord is putting in POSITION those who will WAR FOR YOU, and those who will BATTLE for His People, Israel.
  None will be able to escape the COMMAND of the Lord.
  They will be WASTED and utterly DESTROYED.
  All that the Lord has ordered will be done.
• I decree and declare the GREAT EVIL of the Land will be DESTROYED and SHATTERED!
  The EVIL NATIONS/ POWERS have become such a horror among the Nations.
  The Lord SEES and He KNOWS.
  The Lord says, “I set a trap and caught you, before you knew it.
  You were discovered and seized, BECAUSE YOU CHALLENGED THE LORD/ ADONAI!”
• I decree and declare YOU ARE FREE.
  Hear the sound of the FUGITIVES, of those escaping from OPPRESSION and PERSECUTION, they are COMING to PROCLAIM in Zion the VENGEANCE of the Lord our God, VENGEANCE over His Temple, the People He INHABITS.
• I decree and declare in the Lands where Evil and Oppression rules: a SWORD hangs over the lying diviners; they will become fools.
  A SWORD hangs over the warriors of those who oppress, they will be DISGRACED!
  Their transportation and vehicles of war are targeted for destruction; their treasures will be robbed.
  A drought hangs over their waters; they will be dried up.
  In these lands of idols, they will go mad over these horrors of theirs.
• I decree and declare the Nations of the Earth have taken their BATTLE POSITIONS against those who are Evil and have Oppressed.
  The Kings and Leaders HEAR THE NEWS of this and ANGUISH SEIZES hold of them and PAIN, like a woman in labor.
• I decree and declare you will TAKE YOUR PLACE with BOLDNESS and SPEAK UP!
  You are being POSITIONED for such a time as this.
  Through you Peoples will be RESCUED from the evil in your region and Land.
  Do not think it a small thing, what the Lord is directing you to do.
• I decree and declare the Body of Christ/ Messiah has many individuals, many parts, and in UNION we comprise One Body, with each of us BELONGING TO THE OTHERS.
  We each have gifts that DIFFER and are meant to be used according to the GRACE that is given to us.
  USE YOUR GIFT to support the Body.
• I decree and declare we LOVE each other devotedly and with brotherly love, setting EXAMPLES for each other and showing RESPECT.
  We are not lazy but SERVE the Lord with SPIRITUAL FERVOR.
  We REJOICE in our HOPE, patient in troubles, and CONTINUE STEADFASTLY in PRAYER.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“[She] ¹⁰ “My beloved responded and said to me, ‘Arise, my darling, my beautiful one, and come along. ¹¹ ‘For behold, the winter is past, the rain is over and gone. ¹² ‘The flowers have already appeared in the land; the time has arrived for pruning the vines, and the voice of the turtledove has been heard in our land. ¹³ ‘The fig tree has ripened its figs, and the vines in blossom have given forth their fragrance. Arise, my darling, my beautiful one, and come along!’”
[He] ¹⁴ “O my dove, in the clefts of the rock, in the secret place of the steep pathway, let me see your form, let me hear your voice; for your voice is sweet, and your form is lovely,” Song of Solomon 2:10-14.

“¹⁷ “Israel is a scattered flock, the lions have driven them away. The first one who devoured him was the king of Assyria, and this last one who has broken his bones is Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon. ¹⁸ Therefore thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: ‘Behold, I am going to punish the king of Babylon and his land, just as I punished the king of Assyria. ¹⁹ And I will bring Israel back to his pasture and he will graze on Carmel and Bashan, and his desire will be satisfied in the hill country of Ephraim and Gilead. ²⁰ In those days and at that time,’ declares the Lord, ‘search will be made for the iniquity of Israel, but there will be none; and for the sins of Judah, but they will not be found; for I will pardon those whom I leave as a remnant.’ ²¹ “Against the land of Merathaim, go up against it, and against the inhabitants of Pekod. Slay and utterly destroy them,” declares the Lord, “And do according to all that I have commanded you. ²² “The noise of battle is in the land, and great destruction. ²³ “How the hammer of the whole earth has been cut off and broken! How Babylon has become an object of horror among the nations! ²⁴ “I set a snare for you and you were also caught, O Babylon, while you yourself were not aware; you have been found and also seized because you have engaged in conflict with the Lord.”
²⁵ The Lord has opened His armory and has brought forth the weapons of His indignation, for it is a work of the Lord God of hosts in the land of the Chaldeans. ²⁶ Come to her from the farthest border; open up her barns, pile her up like heaps and utterly destroy her, let nothing be left to her. ²⁷ Put all her young bulls to the sword; let them go down to the slaughter! Woe be upon them, for their day has come, the time of their punishment. ²⁸ There is a sound of fugitives and refugees from the land of Babylon, to declare in Zion the vengeance of the Lord our God, vengeance for His temple……
……. ³³ Thus says the Lord of hosts, “The sons of Israel are oppressed, and the sons of Judah as well; and all who took them captive have held them fast, they have refused to let them go. ³⁴ “Their Redeemer is strong, the Lord of hosts is His name; He will vigorously plead their case so that He may bring rest to the earth, but turmoil to the inhabitants of Babylon. ³⁵ “A sword against the Chaldeans,” declares the Lord, “And against the inhabitants of Babylon and against her officials and her wise men! ³⁶ “A sword against the oracle priests, and they will become fools! A sword against her mighty men, and they will be shattered! ³⁷ “A sword against their horses and against their chariots and against all the foreigners who are in the midst of her, and they will become women! A sword against her treasures, and they will be plundered! ³⁸ “A drought on her waters, and they will be dried up! For it is a land of idols, and they are mad over fearsome idols……
……..⁴¹ “Behold, a people is coming from the north, and a great nation and many kings will be aroused from the remote parts of the earth. ⁴² “They seize their bow and javelin; they are cruel and have no mercy. Their voice roars like the sea; and they ride on horses, marshalled like a man for the battle against you, O daughter of Babylon. ⁴³ “The king of Babylon has heard the report about them, and his hands hang limp; distress has gripped him, agony like a woman in childbirth,” Jeremiah 50:17-28, 33-38, 41-43.

” ¹² They related Esther’s words to Mordecai. ¹³ Then Mordecai told them to reply to Esther, “Do not imagine that you in the king’s palace can escape any more than all the Jews. ¹⁴ For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place and you and your father’s house will perish. And who knows whether you have not attained royalty for such a time as this?” Esther 4:12-14.

“⁴ For just as we have many members in one body and all the members do not have the same function, ⁵ so we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another. ⁶ Since we have gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, each of us is to exercise them accordingly: if prophecy, according to the proportion of his faith; ⁷ if service, in his serving; or he who teaches, in his teaching; ⁸ or he who exhorts, in his exhortation; he who gives, with liberality; he who leads, with diligence; he who shows mercy, with cheerfulness. ⁹ Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor what is evil; cling to what is good. ¹⁰ Be devoted to one another in brotherly love; give preference to one another in honor; ¹¹ not lagging behind in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord; ¹² rejoicing in hope, persevering in tribulation, devoted to prayer, ¹³ contributing to the needs of the saints, practicing hospitality,” Romans 12:4-13.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
