You Have Left Your First Love
I have wept this last hour. Hot tears have streamed down my face.
I spoke out into space to a dear minister whom I have known many years; to another great woman of faith and I said to them,
“What did we do?
What happened?
How could this have come about?
What did that Church do to cause such a thing?
Tell me, please! We’ve done something; we have to know what it is.
Will somebody hear?”
Our depth in The Spirit and in God’s Word, was supposed to be so much deeper than it is. There were so many more things about The Realm of The Spirit and God’s Ways that we were meant to know and understand.
So much more power and demonstrations of the Holy Ghost was set in The Church for us.
Jesus said, “Greater things than this shall ye do.” (John 14:12).
What greater things have we done?
Ye see, the letters John wrote in the end Book were addressed to the Angels of those Churches. We never even talked about that! It’s too deep for those on milk.
Let’s talk about the world first…. and our country…. We are crying out for the healing of our land….. We’re in grave trouble!
It’s time we look at it honestly and clearly — time that we admit it. And it is way past time that we all ask, how did we get here. The dark one is trying to take over. It’s been coming for a long time, and now he and his are rushing head on.
They want it done now. Forget politics — or what party you belong to. Things have been going on under the surface for a long time. We didn’t know such great detail — but we do now. It’s all now being exposed.
Many of us have been around a good while now. We know how things were years ago. We know how we American people lived and how we treated one another.
There’s a reason that the first thing Paul wrote about concerning these last days, was about people being lovers of themselves…. We cared more about one another back then…
Yes we had shortcomings; we lacked in liberty and justice for all. But be real. Have we not come a long ways since then. Haven’t most of us changed our minds about certain things and people? Haven’t we grown?
Americans were known all over the world for caring about others. Yes it’s true, that many here fought tooth and nail for the same chance as everyone else. Has there been no real improvement?
Yes, we have come to give many more people true consideration, support and more understanding. So many people all over the world, loved the American people. They liked being around them; they wanted to come here.
We were indeed free, compared to anywhere else in the world. A true chance to have a good life, to be somebody and to have things…. extends to most all people here now. This, is the real truth.
What happened to character measures such as courtesy, true integrity, respect for others, honor and dignity? Who threw away decency, class and good taste?
We were taught to help others, have compassion for those with less, encourage the weak and to stand up for one another.
Where does anyone think we got that term, “United we Stand, Divided we fall”? We believed that about our people; we knew it to be a matter of life and death. We could not survive as a country without it.
And the Church…. You see, God kept some of us around for a very good reason. We know, we remember when we loved one another more. The genuine feeling we had for those of like precious faith; The Spirit of The Holy Ghost in us.
Those outside the Church could see it in us. They could feel it. We radiated with the presence of God.
What happened to the anointed and God-called Teachers? The absolute first teaching and doctrinal message of Jesus Christ was what? “That ye love one another….” How? “As I have loved you….” Did we not once love like that?
One translation says, “You have left the depth of love that you first had for Me.” The spiritual thread spreading throughout the entire New Testament was so consistent.
To encourage one another,
to lift-up each other,
to be there for your brother and sister.
To talk to one another,
to confess to each other,
to be someone other people could trust.
To be to others what God had been to you.
To forgive one another…
To let it go… don’t hold on to it.
Do you love Him more today than you ever did before? Will He testify to that. Can everybody tell that about you?
I have a vision I see often of He and I walking down the road together. I cry, “LPRD, don’t leave me here! Take me with you. Let me love again!”

Hi everyone. Thank you for your post brother Robert. I have a video I will share here in the link below if it’s okay about a word from Kevin Zadai to the body of Christ on Sid Roth’s show and here it is so please watch. I believe it will uplift our spirits as believers in Christ and remind us that we still win the battle against the forces of darkness when we pray according to God’s will. I pray you are blessed so here it is: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o8YM_2vFTwM&list=WL&index=2&t=127s
Amen. Staying Focused on Jesus and sometimes just repeating HIS name has helped me out of disappointment and heartache upon heartache. Also how Father God has Blessed me with Christian Therapists and Prayer Warriors especially Curt Landry’s Prayer Warriors who took me into the courts of Heaven.
Psalm 31v3 ” In You, O Lord, do I put my trust and seek refuge; let me never be put to shame or disappointed; deliver me in Your Righteousness”. A Scripture HE gave me this year. Which I posted in the kitchen. To read every day a loud. A Blessed Word!
God Bless.
I pray our hearts will be healed and our LORD will put someone on our path of life that will comfort us and we can in turn comfort them. We all need the LORD and we all need one another.
May the blessings of our LORD go ahead of you that you may walk in HIS mercy, grace, love and healing of the heart. HE is our everything!
