This morning I was praying in my mind for my little dog as I woke up, and the LORD said… “Say it out loud!”

I wondered why He said that, because I know that He knows my thoughts.

Quickly He led my thoughts to this passage where Jesus prayed to the Father about Lazarus so that the people would hear….

“So they took away the stone. Then Jesus looked up and said, “Father, I thank you that you have heard me. I knew that you always hear me, but I said this for the benefit of the people standing here, that they may believe that you sent me,”” John 11:41-42.

I then said, “But LORD, there is no one here but me!”

He said to me then, “Yes, there are Angels and Demons watching you at all times, just waiting to see if you are going to pray.

They are waiting to see who you believe and what you decree!”

He then took me into the story of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abindigo where the King wanted them to deny their God but instead they declared before all who were standing there.

“King Nebuchadnezzar, we do not need to defend ourselves before you in this matter. If we are thrown into the blazing furnace, the God we serve is able to deliver us from it, and he will deliver us from Your Majesty’s hand,” Daniel 3:16-17.

God spoke and said, “They had to declare this to be saved!”

Then He said, “You have to decree your healing or deliverance,or whatever you need so that when it happens, those demons know that they are defeated and powerless!

They know the Word and tremble!

They cannot read your mind, but they do know that when a believer speaks the Word and believes it, that God answers!

They know that you’ve been given authority, but they don’t know that you know it until you speak!

I want you to ask Me, not because I don’t already know before you ask, but so that those spirits around you know their gig is up!”

“Praise the LORD, you his angels, you mighty ones who do his bidding,who obey his word,” Psalms 103:20 (NIV).

He then said, “It is so the Angels will go to work on the behalf of My word spoken through your mouth!

All of heaven reacts to My word spoken to a believer and all of Hell trembles at My word!

You must see this and know this when you are praying!

Do not let the enemy stop you from decreeing My Word! Decree your healing every day! Decree your deliverance every day!”

“Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways,” Job 22:28.

The way that His will and word are established is when we decree it into the earth.

“To Decree,” in the Hebrew is this “גָּזַר gâzar, gaw-zar’; a primitive root; to cut down or off; (figuratively) to destroy, divide, exclude, or decide: — cut down (off), decree, divide, snatch.

You see, when you decree God’s Word , you are cutting down, dividing, destroying, and excluding the enemy! Woohoo! Glory to God!

The word “establish” here means; to confirm, ratify, establish, impose! to make binding! I

n legal terms, we make God’s word binding and impose it in the earth and the Devil knows legal terms and knows he has no right to impose His will in our life anymore!

Jesus bought and paid for this but we must execute His will by believing it and saying it!!

By the way, you had to believe in your heart and and SAY THAT JESUS IS LORD before you established to all of heaven and hell that you were saved and this is the way that it will be with everything that you believe!

You must believe in your heart and confess it with your mouth! Then walk in what you established!! Church, IT IS TIME TO SAY IT!”

“I assure you that whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be lifted up and thrown into the sea’ — and doesn’t waver but believes that what is said will really happen — it will happen,” Mark 11:23 (CEB).
