I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare I, with all the Earth, SHOUT for JOY to the Lord!
  I SERVE the Lord with GLADNESS and ENTER HIS PRESENCE with JOYFUL songs!
• I declare that the Lord is God and He MADE US; and WE are HIS, HIS PEOPLE, the FLOCK in His Pasture.
  We enter His Gates with THANKSGIVING and enter His Courtyards with PRAISE; we GIVE THANKS to Him and BLESS His Name!
• I decree and declare to the BODY, let the GREATER among you become like the younger, and the one who rules like one who SERVES.
  For as the Lord walked the Earth, He was among His disciples as ONE WHO SERVED.
• I decree and declare all who FOLLOW Christ/ Messiah must DIE to self, for unless a grain of wheat that falls to the ground dies, it stays just a grain; but if it dies, it produces a BIG HARVEST. He who loves his life loses it, but he who HATES his life in this World, will KEEP IT SAFE right on into ETERNAL LIFE.
• I decree and declare you SERVE the Lord and FOLLOW Him; WHEREVER He is, His Servants will be there also.
  His Father HONORS anyone who SERVES Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah!
• I decree and declare you are FREE to SERVE one another tin LOVE! For the entire Scriptures are summed up in this one sentence: “Love your neighbor as yourself.”
• I decree and declare you CULTIVATE the Fruit of the Spirit which is LOVE, JOY, PEACE, PATIENCE, KINDNESS, GOODNESS, FAITHFULNESS, HUMILITY, SELF-CONTROL.
  Nothing in the Word of God stands against such things.
• I decree and declare the ACCOMPLISHING of the GOAL OF ALL THINGS is close at hand.
  Therefore, KEEP ALERT and SELF-CONTROLLED, so that you CAN PRAY.
  Above all else, KEEP LOVING each other ACTIVELY; because LOVE COVERS many sins.
• I decree and declare you use your Spiritual Gifts to SERVE others, like good managers of God’s many-sided GRACE.
  In all you do, do so out of STRENGTH that God supplies; so that in EVERYTHING GOD is GLORIFIED through Jesus Christ/Yeshua Messiah!
• I decree and declare Christ/ Messiah was SLAUGHTERED; at the COST of BLOOD He RANSOMED for God Persons from every tribe, language, People and Nation.
  He made us into a KINGDOM for God to rule, Priests to SERVE HIM; and we will RULE OVER the Earth!
• I declare WORTHY is the Slaughtered Lamb to receive POWER, RICHES, WISDOM, STRENGTH, HONOR, GLORY and PRAISE!
  To the One sitting on the Throne and to the Lamb belong praise, honor, glory and power FOREVER and EVER! Amen!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ Shout joyfully to the Lord, all the earth. ² Serve the Lord with gladness; come before Him with joyful singing. ³ Know that the Lord Himself is God; it is He who has made us, and not we ourselves; we are His people and the sheep of His pasture. ⁴ Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise. Give thanks to Him, bless His name. ⁵ For the Lord is good; His lovingkindness is everlasting and His faithfulness to all generations,” Psalm 100:1-5.

“²⁴ And there arose also a dispute among them as to which one of them was regarded to be greatest. ²⁵ And He said to them, “The kings of the Gentiles lord it over them; and those who have authority over them are called ‘Benefactors.’ ²⁶ But it is not this way with you, but the one who is the greatest among you must become like the youngest, and the leader like the servant. ²⁷ For who is greater, the one who reclines at the table or the one who serves? Is it not the one who reclines at the table? But I am among you as the one who serves,” Luke 22:24-27.

“²⁴ Truly, truly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it bears much fruit. ²⁵ He who loves his life loses it, and he who hates his life in this world will keep it to life eternal. ²⁶ If anyone serves Me, he must follow Me; and where I am, there My servant will be also; if anyone serves Me, the Father will honor him,” John 12:24-26.

“¹³ For you were called to freedom, brethren; only do not turn your freedom into an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another. ¹⁴ For the whole Law is fulfilled in one word, in the statement, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself,”…..
…….. ²² But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, ²³ gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law,” Galatians 5:13-14, 22-23.

“⁷ The end of all things is near; therefore, be of sound judgment and sober spirit for the purpose of prayer. ⁸ Above all, keep fervent in your love for one another, because love covers a multitude of sins. ⁹ Be hospitable to one another without complaint. ¹⁰ As each one has received a special gift, employ it in serving one another as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. ¹¹ Whoever speaks, is to do so as one who is speaking the utterances of God; whoever serves is to do so as one who is serving by the strength which God supplies; so that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belongs the glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen,” 1 Peter 4:7-11.

“⁸ When He had taken the ok, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each one holding a harp and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints. ⁹ And they *sang a new song, saying, “Worthy are You to take the book and to break its seals; for You were slain, and purchased for God with Your blood men from every tribe and tongue and people and nation. ¹⁰ “You have made them to be a kingdom and priests to our God; and they will reign upon the earth.” ¹¹ Then I looked, and I heard the voice of many angels around the throne and the living creatures and the elders; and the number of them was myriads of myriads, and thousands of thousands, ¹² saying with a loud voice, “Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power and riches and wisdom and might and honor and glory and blessing.” ¹³ And every created thing which is in heaven and on the earth and under the earth and on the sea, and all things in them, I heard saying, “To Him who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb, be blessing and honor and glory and dominion forever and ever.” ¹⁴ And the four living creatures kept saying, “Amen.” And the elders fell down and worshiped,” Revelation 5:8-14.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
