I was reminiscing this morning about visits to various wells over the years.

Wells, like Mariah Chapel and Blaenannerch, which featured so strongly in the Welsh Revival, and Red River Meeting House and Cane Ridge, Kentucky — which friends of ours are visiting again soon.

In my minds eye, I was reliving moments of great blessing and anointing that we, and others, experienced in those places.

I was in a happy little reverie, just remembering and experiencing again the overwhelming Presence of The LORD in those places, when The LORD interrupted me saying, “You don’t need to do that!

You don’t need to go to these places to experience the anointing!”

With that, I found myself wrapped in The Love of God in the same way that I’d experienced in these places before, but this time, sitting in my chair at home!

“The only reason you need to return to those places, is not to sample again The Anointing still lingering there, but to plant a stake, reclaim territory, and release the new Anointing that I AM sending for the coming season!” said God.

I saw Angels holding golden bowls of oil, and The LORD continued, “See, My Bowls are full of the Oil of The Prayers of The Saints!

As you plant a stake — as you take territory — as you blow the shofar, so the Bowl for that area will be poured out, and My Spirit will be released to start His work there!”

I watched, and I saw someone do just that. They hammered a stake into the ground, they declared and prayed, and they blew the shofar.

I heard heaven rejoicing as a Bowl of Oil was poured over the land, and over those planting the stake, and I watched as legions of Angels prepared for war.

I saw the Glory Cloud descend over the area around the stake, and I heard the cries of Joy from both Heaven and earth, as The Holy Spirit moved on that area.

I submit this as an encouragement to all who have a heart for the coming move of God.
