Declarations & Decrees: You Continually Consecrate Yourselves That the Light of Holy Spirit Will Shine Brightly Throughout the Earth!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare you carry the PURE OIL of the Holy Spirit which is LIGHT!
  You are to KEEP YOUR LAMP BURNING CONTINUALLY.
  You will keep it burning by dwelling in the Lord’s presence and consuming His Word.
  In this way your LAMPS will be full of oil when the BRIDEGROOM comes.
• I decree and declare you CONTINUALLY CONSECRATE yourselves before the Lord, you and your families!
  The Leaders of the Congregations, the Servants of the Lord/ Adonai STAND WEEPING before His altar.
  Lord God Almighty/ Adonai El Shaddai, may the World KNOW YOUR GREATNESS!
  We SEEK You, that the OIL OF YOUR PRESENCE would REST UPON YOUR PEOPLE whose Hearts are PURE and HUMBLE before You.
• I decree and declare the Lord is JEALOUS for His LAND and has PITY on His People!
  He will send GRAIN, WINE and OLIVE OIL enough to SATISFY.
  Those who have come from FOREIGN LANDS to destroy and to mock will be SENT FAR AWAY from the People of the Most High/ ’Elyon.
• I decree and declare YOU WILL NOT FEAR!
  The Soil will be GLAD and REJOICE for the Lord/ Adonai has done GREAT THINGS.
  The Wild Animals will not fear for the Desert Pastures are green, the trees are putting out their fruit, the fig tree and vine are giving FULL YIELD.
• I decree and declare PEOPLE of Zion/ Tziyon, REJOICE in the Lord/ Adonai your God/ Elohim!
  For He is giving you the right amount of RAIN in the Fall, He makes the RAIN come down for you!
  His PROMISE to you: “I will RESTORE to you the YEARS that the locusts ate, the grasshoppers, shearer worms and cutter worms, My great army that I sent against you.”
• I decree and declare You will eat until you are SATISFIED and you will PRAISE the Name of the Lord your God/ Adonai Elohim, Who had done with you SUCH WONDERS.
  Then YOU WILL NEVER AGAIN BE ASHAMED.
  You will know that the Lord is with Israel and that He is their God and that there is no other.
• I decree and declare the GOLDEN LAMPSTAND/ MENORAH is FULL OF HOLY OIL! The Lord/ Adonai is saying to the World, “Not by FORCE, and not by POWER, but by My Spirit!” The Big Mountains will become Plains; He will put the CAPSTONE of His Temple in Place, as Everyone SHOUTS, “It is Beautiful, Beautiful!”
• I decree and declare as Zerubbabel laid the FOUNDATION of God’s Temple and his HANDS would FINISH IT; so the Work of God’s KINGDOM UPON THE EARTH is being completed in this Day!
  The time is short. The Eyes of the Lord/ Adonai range about OVER ALL THE EARTH!
• I decree and declare the TWO WHO HAVE BEEN ANOINTED WITH OIL are STANDING with the Lord/ Adonai of all the Land!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“²⁰ “You shall charge the sons of Israel, that they bring you clear oil of beaten olives for the light, to make a lamp burn continually. ²¹ In the tent of meeting, outside the veil which is before the testimony, Aaron and his sons shall keep it in order from evening to morning before the Lord; it shall be a perpetual statute throughout their generations for the sons of Israel,” Exodus 27:20-21.

“¹⁶ Gather the people, sanctify the congregation, assemble the elders, gather the children and the nursing infants. Let the bridegroom come out of his room and the bride out of her bridal chamber. ¹⁷ Let the priests, the Lord’s ministers, weep between the porch and the altar, and let them say, “Spare Your people, O Lord, and do not make Your inheritance a reproach, a byword among the nations. Why should they among the peoples say, ‘Where is their God?’”

¹⁸ Then the Lord will be zealous for His land and will have pity on His people. ¹⁹ The Lord will answer and say to His people, “Behold, I am going to send you grain, new wine and oil, and you will be satisfied in full with them; and I will never again make you a reproach among the nations. ²⁰ “But I will remove the northern army far from you, and I will drive it into a parched and desolate land, and its vanguard into the eastern sea, and its rear guard into the western sea. And its stench will arise and its foul smell will come up, for it has done great things.”

²¹ Do not fear, O land, rejoice and be glad, for the Lord has done great things. ²² Do not fear, beasts of the field, for the pastures of the wilderness have turned green, for the tree has borne its fruit, the fig tree and the vine have yielded in full. ²³ So rejoice, O sons of Zion, and be glad in the Lord your God; for He has given you the early rain for your vindication. And He has poured down for you the rain, the early and latter rain as before. ²⁴ The threshing floors will be full of grain, and the vats will overflow with the new wine and oil. ²⁵ “Then I will make up to you for the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the creeping locust, the stripping locust and the gnawing locust, My great army which I sent among you. ²⁶ “You will have plenty to eat and be satisfied and praise the name of the Lord your God, Who has dealt wondrously with you; then My people will never be put to shame. ²⁷ “Thus you will know that I am in the midst of Israel, and that I am the Lord your God, and there is no other; and My people will never be put to shame,” Joel 2:16-27.

“¹ Then the angel who was speaking with me returned and roused me, as a man who is awakened from his sleep. ² He said to me, “What do you see?” And I said, “I see, and behold, a lampstand all of gold with its bowl on the top of it, and its seven lamps on it with seven spouts belonging to each of the lamps which are on the top of it; ³ also two olive trees by it, one on the right side of the bowl and the other on its left side.” ⁴ Then I said to the angel who was speaking with me saying, “What are these, my lord?” ⁵ So the angel who was speaking with me answered and said to me, “Do you not know what these are?” And I said, “No, my lord.” ⁶ Then he said to me, “This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel saying, ‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ says the Lord of hosts. ⁷ ‘What are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you will become a plain; and he will bring forth the top stone with shouts of “Grace, grace to it!”’”

⁸ Also the word of the Lord came to me, saying, ⁹ “The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this house, and his hands will finish it. Then you will know that the Lord of hosts has sent me to you. ¹⁰ For who has despised the day of small things? But these seven will be glad when they see the plumb line in the hand of Zerubbabel — these are the eyes of the Lord which range to and fro throughout the earth.”

¹¹ Then I said to him, “What are these two olive trees on the right of the lampstand and on its left?” ¹² And I answered the second time and said to him, “What are the two olive branches which are beside the two golden pipes, which empty the golden oil from themselves?” ¹³ So he answered me, saying, “Do you not know what these are?” And I said, “No, my lord.” ¹⁴ Then he said, “These are the two anointed ones who are standing by the Lord of the whole earth,” Zechariah 4:1-14.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
