You can’t pour out what you don’t have….. therefore be filled with The Spirit.

Where The Spirit of The LORD is, there is freedom.

Freedom to hear His Voice, freedom to speak what He has given you. Freedom to ask for the indwelling and to receive the indwelling.

Therefore ask, and it will be given unto you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened unto you.

For he who asks will receive; he who seeks will find; he who knocks the door will be opened.

For the fervent prayers of the righteous are powerful and effective. (Matthew 7:7ff)
