Declarations & Decrees: You Cannot Keep Silent — God’s Truth Must Be Declared Throughout the Land!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare BLESSED IS THE KING who is COMING in the Name of the Lord/ Adonai!
  PEACE/ SHALOM in Heaven!
  GLORY in the Highest Places!
  The People of God cannot keep quiet or the STONES will SHOUT!
• I decree and declare to those whose EYES have been BLIND to the fulfillment of PROPHECY: SEE!
  Recognize the Son of God and Son of Man, Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah.
  Your Hearts are being softened and opened to RECEIVE SALVATION through the MERCY of the Father, Lord God Almighty/ Abba, Adonai El Shaddai!
• I decree and declare the House of God/ Adonai is to be a HOUSE of PRAYER, not a den of robbers!
  To those who have turned from God’s/ Elohim’s Way, REPENT!
  Holiness and COMMUNION with the Lord God/ Adonai Elohim is what He DEMANDS.
• I decree and declare for Zion’s/ Tziyon’s sake I WILL NOT BE SILENT, for Jerusalem’s/ Yerushalayim’s sake I WILL NOT REST, until her vindication SHINES out brightly and her SALVATION like a BLAZING TORCH!
  The Nations will see her VINDICATION and all Kings her GLORY!
  Jerusalem/ Yerushalayim will be a GLORIOUS CROWN in the Hand of the Lord/ Adonai!
• I decree and declare God/ Elohim has posted Watchmen on the walls of Jerusalem/ Yerushalayim; they will NEVER BE SILENT, neither by day nor by night.
  All of us who CALL on the Lord/ Adonai, give ourselves NO REST; and give Him NO REST until He RESTORES Jerusalem/ Yerushalayim and makes it a PRAISE on Earth!
  Each of us, Watchmen for our own Cities and Nations continue declaring these promises for them also.
• I decree and declare the Way is being cleared for the People.
  A Highway is being BUILT; the stones are being cleared away.
  The BANNER is being RAISED for the Peoples.
  The Lord/ Adonai has PROCLAIMED to the Ends of the Earth, “Here, your SALVATION is COMING!
  Here, His REWARD is with Him, and His RECOMPENSE is before Him!”
• I decree and declare you are called THE HOLY PEOPLE, THE REDEEMED of the LORD/ ADONAI!
• I decree and declare you are growing POWERFUL in UNION with the Lord/ Adonai, in UNION with His MIGHTY STRENGTH!
  You are learning to use ALL the ARMOR and WEAPONRY that God PROVIDES, so that you are able to STAND AGAINST the deceptive tactics of the Adversary.
  For we are not struggling against human beings, but against the rulers, authorities and world powers governing this darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realm.
• I decree and declare you are taking up EVERY PIECE of WAR EQUIPMENT God PROVIDES; so that when the evil day comes, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO RESIST; and when the battle is won, YOU WILL STILL BE STANDING!
• I decree and declare you will ALWAYS carry the SHIELD of TRUST, with which you will be ABLE to EXTINGUISH ALL the FLAMING ARROWS of the evil one.
  You have the Helmet of Deliverance, along with the Sword given by the Spirit, that is, the WORD of GOD; as you PRAY AT ALL TIMES, with all kinds of prayers and requests, in the Spirit, VIGILANTLY and PERSISTENTLY, for all God’s People!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“³⁸ shouting: “Blessed is the King who comes in the name of the Lord; peace in heaven and glory in the highest!”
³⁹ Some of the Pharisees in the crowd said to Him, “Teacher, rebuke Your disciples.” ⁴⁰ But Jesus answered, “I tell you, if these become silent, the stones will cry out!”
⁴¹ When He approached Jerusalem, He saw the city and wept over it, ⁴² saying, “If you had known in this day, even you, the things which make for peace! But now they have been hidden from your eyes. ⁴³ For the days will come upon you when your enemies will throw up a barricade against you, and surround you and hem you in on every side, ⁴⁴ and they will level you to the ground and your children within you, and they will not leave in you one stone upon another, because you did not recognize the time of your visitation.”
⁴⁵ Jesus entered the temple and began to drive out those who were selling, ⁴⁶ saying to them, “It is written, ‘And My house shall be a house of prayer,’ but you have made it a robbers’ den.”
⁴⁷ And He was teaching daily in the temple; but the chief priests and the scribes and the leading men among the people were trying to destroy Him, ⁴⁸ and they could not find anything that they might do, for all the people were hanging on to every word He said,” Luke 19:38-48.

“¹ For Zion’s sake I will not keep silent, and for Jerusalem’s sake I will not keep quiet, until her righteousness goes forth like brightness, and her salvation like a torch that is burning. ² The nations will see your righteousness, and all kings your glory; and you will be called by a new name which the mouth of the Lord will designate. ³ You will also be a crown of beauty in the hand of the Lord, and a royal diadem in the hand of your God……..
………. ⁶ On your walls, O Jerusalem, I have appointed watchmen; all day and all night they will never keep silent. You who remind the Lord, take no rest for yourselves; ⁷ And give Him no rest until He establishes and makes Jerusalem a praise in the earth. ⁸ The Lord has sworn by His right hand and by His strong arm, “I will never again give your grain as food for your enemies; nor will foreigners drink your new wine for which you have labored.” ⁹ But those who garner it will eat it and praise the Lord; and those who gather it will drink it in the courts of My sanctuary.
¹⁰ Go through, go through the gates, clear the way for the people; build up, build up the highway, remove the stones, lift up a standard over the peoples. ¹¹ Behold, the Lord has proclaimed to the end of the earth, say to the daughter of Zion, “Lo, your salvation comes; behold His reward is with Him, and His recompense before Him.” ¹² And they will call them, “The holy people, the redeemed of the Lord”; and you will be called, “Sought out, a city not forsaken,”” Isaiah 62:1-3, 6-12.

“¹⁰ Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might. ¹¹ Put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil. ¹² For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. ¹³ Therefore, take up the full armor of God, so that you will be able to resist in the evil day, and having done everything, to stand firm. ¹⁴ Stand firm therefore, having girded your loins with truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, ¹⁵ and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; ¹⁶ in addition to all, taking up the shield of faith with which you will be able to extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. ¹⁷ And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
¹⁸ With all prayer and petition pray at all times in the Spirit, and with this in view, be on the alert with all perseverance and petition for all the saints, ¹⁹ and pray on my behalf, that utterance may be given to me in the opening of my mouth, to make known with boldness the mystery of the gospel, ²⁰ for which I am an ambassador in chains; that in proclaiming it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak,” Ephesians 6:10-20.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
