“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you, who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.
Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations: that the trial (genuineness) of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ.” 1 Peter 1:3-7 KJV.

Beloved we are in a season… yes a time of difficulty and trial we have not seen before.

And, all that is a part of this world is fading away and growing old.

Today my friend, look up, this is the time to be hopeful, and to look for the good that God is doing in your life.

Yes… The LORD has had mercy on us, and we have hope because Jesus is risen from the dead that we might all have an opportunity to be born again and live eternally with Him.

Just think, your inheritance with Jesus will stand, even when everything else falls around you.

It is an inheritance that will never fail, is perfect, and will never change, because Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever, and He is not a man that He should lie.

So, you can Rejoice Today!

The LORD is doing an eternal work in you, refining you, all because He loves you and wants your best.

He says the trial of your Faith is more precious than gold that perishes, and though it be tested by Fire, that it would be to His praise and honor and glory at His appearing.

You are kept by His power, not yours, that’s why it can be guaranteed.

So relax, pray always, rest in His Finished Work, rest in His Love for you that will never change, and rest in an inheritance that is sure.

Have faith… This too shall pass!
