Declarations & Decrees: You Can Depend on God’s Promises!
Declarations & Decrees: You Can Depend on God’s Promises – They Will Be Fulfilled for Both the Saved & the Lost!
I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.
The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).
- I decree and declare you are AROUSED to WHOLESOME thinking by the REMINDERS of God’s PROMISES; you KEEP IN MIND the predictions of the Holy Prophets and the Commands given by the Lord and Deliverer through the Messengers.
- I decree and declare you KNOW that during the Last Days, scoffers will come following their own desires and asking “Where is the promised coming of Christ/ Messiah?”
These individuals want so much to be right about this that they overlook the fact that it was by God’s Word that the Heavens and the Earth came into EXISTENCE!
It is by that same Word that the present Heavens and Earth are being KEPT FOR FIRE until the Day of Judgment, when ungodly people will be DESTROYED. - I decree and declare with the Lord, ONE DAY is like a THOUSAND YEARS and a THOUSAND YEARS like ONE DAY!
The Lord is not slow in keeping His PROMISE, as some people think of slowness; on the contrary, He is PATIENT with YOU; for it is not His Purpose that anyone should be destroyed, but that EVERYONE should turn from his sins. - I decree and declare the DAY OF THE LORD will come like a thief.
On that Day the Heavens will disappear with a ROAR, the Elements will melt and disintegrate, and the Earth and Everything in it will be BURNED UP. - I decree and declare, as you wait for the Day of God, you lead HOLY and GODLY LIVES and work to hasten His coming.
That Day will bring on the DESTRUCTION of the Heavens by Fire, and the Elements will melt from the heat; but WE, FOLLOWING ALONG with HIS PROMISE, wait for New Heavens and a New Earth, in which RIGHTEOUSNESS will be at home. - I decree and declare the Lord God knows YOU INTIMATELY.
He knows your HEART and your DESIRES.
Nothing is to difficult.
Do not be fearful of the OPPORTUNITIES and EXPOSURE the Lord is bringing to you: it is His DESIGN for His PURPOSE. - I decree and declare You, Lord God Almighty, know me.
It is for the sake of Your Word and in accordance with Your own Heart that YOU have done ALL THIS GREATNESS and REVEALED it to your Servant.
You are GREAT, Lord God; for there is NO ONE LIKE YOU, and there is no God besides YOU – EVERYTHING we have heard CONFIRMS that. - I decree and declare that the Lord God REDEEMED for Himself His People from Egypt and from other Nations and from their gods.
He set up His People for Himself as His People FOREVER; and He became their God.
May His Name be MAGNIFIED FOREVER, so that it will be said, the Lord of Hosts is God over Israel and the dynasty of His Servant David was set up in His Presence. - I decree and declare Lord God, YOU ALONE ARE GOD; Your Words are TRUTH; and You have made WONDERFUL PROMISES to Your Servants.
To DWELL IN YOUR PRESENCE FOREVER is my heart’s desire. I bless Your Holy Name! - I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.
In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.
The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.
The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!
“3 Beloved, I now write to you this second epistle (in both of which I stir up your pure minds by way of reminder), 2 that you may be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us, the apostles of the Lord and Savior, 3 knowing this first: that scoffers will come in the last days, walking according to their own lusts, 4 and saying, “Where is the promise of His coming? For since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of creation.” 5 For this they willfully forget: that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of water and in the water, 6 by which the world that then existed perished, being flooded with water. 7 But the heavens and the earth which a e now preserved by the same word, are reserved for fire until the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.
8 But, beloved, do not forget this one thing, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. 9 The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.
10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat; both the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up. 11 Therefore, since all these things will be dissolved, what manner of persons ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness, 12 looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be dissolved, being on fire, and the elements will melt with fervent heat? 13 Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells.
14 Therefore, beloved, looking forward to these things, be diligent to be found by Him in peace, without spot and blameless; 15 and consider that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation — as also our beloved brother Paul, according to the wisdom given to him, has written to you, 16 as also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things, in which are some things hard to understand, which untaught and unstable people twist to their own destruction, as they do also the rest of the Scriptures.
17 You therefore, beloved, since you know this beforehand, beware lest you also fall from your own steadfastness, being led away with the error of the wicked; 18 but grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory both now and forever. Amen.” 2 Peter 3:1-18.
“18 Then King David went in and sat before the Lord; and he said: “Who am I, O Lord God? And what is my house, that You have brought me this far? 19 And yet this was a small thing in Your sight, O Lord God; and You have also spoken of Your servant’s house for a great while to come. Is this the manner of man, O Lord God? 20 Now what more can David say to You? For You, Lord God, know Your servant. 21 For Your word’s sake, and according to Your own heart, You have done all these great things, to make Your servant know them. 22 Therefore You are great, O Lord God. For there is none like You, nor is there any God besides You, according to all that we have heard with our ears. 23 And who is like Your people, like Israel, the one nation on the earth whom God went to redeem for Himself as a people, to make for Himself a name — and to do for Yourself great and awesome deeds for Your land — before Your people whom You redeemed for Yourself from Egypt, the nations, and their gods? 24 For You have made Your people Israel Your very own people forever; and You, Lord, have become their God.
25 “Now, O Lord God, the word which You have spoken concerning Your servant and concerning his house, establish it forever and do as You have said. 26 So let Your name be magnified forever, saying, ‘The Lord of hosts is the God over Israel.’ And let the house of Your servant David be established before You. 27 For You, O Lord of hosts, God of Israel, have revealed this to Your servant, saying, ‘I will build you a house.’ Therefore Your servant has found it in his heart to pray this prayer to You.
28 “And now, O Lord God, You are God, and Your words are true, and You have promised this goodness to Your servant. 29 Now therefore, let it please You to bless the house of Your servant, that it may continue before You forever; for You, O Lord God, have spoken it, and with Your blessing let the house of Your servant be blessed forever.” 2 Samuel 7:18-29.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
