I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is God Almighty/El Shaddai.
  He calls you to WALK IN HIS PRESENCE and be PURE-HEARTED.
  Gods’ CALL on your life is certain – SEEK HIS FACE.
  What He ESTABLISHES through you will affect many generations!
• I decree and declare you will be FRUITFUL in all you do.
  The Lord will increase your descendants and the work of your hands.
  All that you touch will be blessed.
  In HUMILITY you accept the call of God on your life.
  God’s PROMISES and DESTINY for you are sure!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai established His Covenant with Abraham for his descendants in a land where he was a foreigner, as a PERMANENT POSSESSION; He promised to be their GOD/ ELOHIM.
  ISRAEL IS FOREVER!
  It will grow to encompass all regions PROMISED in the Word of God.
• I decree and declare the Lord will speak to you in the midst of your daily work.
  You will be aware of things that are out of the ordinary.
  God is with you and He will guide you and keep you safe from harm.
  Be quiet to hear His still, small voice.
• I decree and declare you give REVERENCE and RESPECT to the Lord Most High/ Adonai ‘Elyon!
  You hold Him in High ESTEEM.
  God is with you, and His Spirit dwells in you, so YOU STAND ON HOLY GROUND!
• I decree and declare the Lord God Almighty/ Adonai El Shaddai KNOWS what you are enduring, He knows how others are mistreating you.
  HE HAS A PLAN. He is moving individuals to bring about your rescue.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is your God; therefore, CONSECRATE yourselves and be HOLY.
  You are to be HOLY because HE IS HOLY!
• I decree and declare PRAISED BE GOD, Father of our Lord Jesus Christ/ Adonai Yeshua Messiah, who has caused us to be BORN AGAIN to a LIVING HOPE, to an INHERITANCE that cannot decay, spoil or fade, kept safe for you in Heaven!
• I decree and declare you are ready for work, keeping yourselves under control with your HOPES FIXED FULLY on the gift you will receive when Christ Jesus/ Yeshua Messiah is REVEALED!
  As People who OBEY God, you do not allow yourselves to be shaped by the evil desires you used to have when you were still ignorant.
• I decree and declare you follow the HOLY ONE Who called you, so you are becoming HOLY yourselves in your ENTIRE WAY OF LIFE; since the Scriptures say, “YOU ARE TO BE HOLY BECAUSE I AM HOLY.”
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ Now when Abram was ninety-nine years old, the Lord appeared to Abram and said to him, “I am God Almighty; Walk before Me, and be blameless. ² “I will establish My covenant between Me and you, and I will multiply you exceedingly.” ³ Abram fell on his face, and God talked with him, saying, ⁴ “As for Me, behold, My covenant is with you, and you will be the father of a multitude of nations. ⁵ “No longer shall your name be called Abram, but your name shall be Abraham; for I have made you the father of a multitude of nations.
⁶ I will make you exceedingly fruitful, and I will make nations of you, and kings will come forth from you. ⁷ I will establish My covenant between Me and you and your descendants after you throughout their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be God to you and to your descendants after you. ⁸ I will give to you and to your descendants after you, the land of your sojournings, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their God.” Genesis 17:1-8.

“¹ Now Moses was pasturing the flock of Jethro his father-in-law, the priest of Midian; and he led the flock to the west side of the wilderness and came to Horeb, the mountain of God. ² The angel of the Lord appeared to him in a blazing fire from the midst of a bush; and he looked, and behold, the bush was burning with fire, yet the bush was not consumed. ³ So Moses said, “I must turn aside now and see this marvelous sight, why the bush is not burned up.” ⁴ When the Lord saw that he turned aside to look, God called to him from the midst of the bush and said, “Moses, Moses!” And he said, “Here I am.” ⁵ Then He said, “Do not come near here; remove your sandals from your feet, for the place on which you are standing is holy ground.” ⁶ He said also, “I am the God of your father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.” Then Moses hid his face, for he was afraid to look at God.
⁷ The Lord said, “I have surely seen the affliction of My people who are in Egypt, and have given heed to their cry because of their taskmasters, for I am aware of their sufferings. ⁸ So I have come down to deliver them from the power of the Egyptians, and to bring them up from that land to a good and spacious land, to a land flowing with milk and honey, to the place of the Canaanite and the Hittite and the Amorite and the Perizzite and the Hivite and the Jebusite. ⁹ Now, behold, the cry of the sons of Israel has come to Me; furthermore, I have seen the oppression with which the Egyptians are oppressing them.
¹⁰ Therefore, come now, and I will send you to Pharaoh, so that you may bring My people, the sons of Israel, out of Egypt,” Exodus 3:1-10.

“⁴⁴ For I am the Lord your God. Consecrate yourselves therefore, and be holy, for I am holy. And you shall not make yourselves unclean with any of the swarming things that swarm on the earth. ⁴⁵ For I am the Lord who brought you up from the land of Egypt to be your God; thus you shall be holy, for I am holy.’” Leviticus 11:44-45.

“³ Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His great mercy has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, ⁴ to obtain an inheritance which is imperishable and undefiled and will not fade away, reserved in heaven for you, ⁵ who are protected by the power of God through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. ⁶ In this you greatly rejoice, even though now for a little while, if necessary, you have been distressed by various trials, ⁷ so that the proof of your faith, being more precious than gold which is perishable, even though tested by fire, may be found to result in praise and glory and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ; ⁸ and though you have not seen Him, you love Him, and though you do not see Him now, but believe in Him, you greatly rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory, ⁹ obtaining as the outcome of your faith the salvation of your souls.
¹⁰ As to this salvation, the prophets who prophesied of the grace that would come to you made careful searches and inquiries, ¹¹ seeking to know what person or time the Spirit of Christ within them was indicating as He predicted the sufferings of Christ and the glories to follow. ¹² It was revealed to them that they were not serving themselves, but you, in these things which now have been announced to you through those who preached the gospel to you by the Holy Spirit sent from heaven—things into which angels long to look.
¹³ Therefore, prepare your minds for action, keep sober in spirit, fix your hope completely on the grace to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ. ¹⁴ As obedient children, do not be conformed to the former lusts which were yours in your ignorance, ¹⁵ but like the Holy One who called you, be holy yourselves also in all your behavior; ¹⁶ because it is written, “You shall be holy, for I am holy,” 1 Peter 1:3-16.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
