I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• We decree and declare we are SATURATED with the POWER of God, as we Fast and Pray.
  The DOMINION is ours.
  We decree and declare DIVINE ORDER is returning in the situations where the World and enemy have come in to rob.
  We decree our HOUSEHOLDS and our SPHERES OF INFLUENCE are being taken back and placed under the DOMINION OF THE SERVANTS of the Most High God!
  In Yeshua’s Name!
• We decree and declare you are made in the IMAGE of GOD!
  Those covered by the Blood of the Lamb are RESTORED; you are removed from the fallen state; you are allowed to enter the Throne Room and DWELL in the presence of God Almighty!
• We decree and declare you are DESTINED to RULE!
  Know that that AUTHORITY resides within you.
  God gave you the ABILITY and AUTHORITY to subdue the Earth and all that is in it!
• We decree and declare that you CHOOSE YOUR WORDS CAREFULLY, you TRUST the Lord to lead and provide STRATEGY for the task at hand.
  NOTHING IS TOO DIFFICULT for the Lord God Almighty.
  In Jesus’/ Yeshua’s Name ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE!
• We decree and declare you TAKE TIME to SEEK the face of the Father in ALL MATTERS!
  You join with other Believers of like mind and ask the God of Heaven for MERCY concerning the SECRETS of men.
• We declare you are POSITIONING yourself to receive from the Lord!
  When you receive the REVELATION from Holy Spirit, BLESS the God of Heaven: “Blessed be the Name of God from eternity past to eternity future!
  For WISDOM and POWER are His alone; He brings the changes of seasons and times; He installs and deposes kings; He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those with discernment!
  He reveals deep and secret things; He knows what lies in the darkness; and light dwells with Him.
  I thank and praise You, God of Israel, for giving me wisdom and power, and revealing to me what we wanted from You, for giving us the answer for this situation.”
• We declare and decree you WALK with the POWER of the Most High God, through Holy Spirit, dwelling within you! Do not doubt His Presence.
  You move and breath His POWER and His PRESENCE; nothing will be able to stand before you; ONLY HAVE FAITH and BELIEVE.
• We declare as you WAIT before the Lord, with PRAYER and FASTING, dwelling at His feet and immersing yourself in His Word, HE WILL FILL YOU, you will be saturated, with the POWER of the Most High God.
• We declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“Then God said, “Let the earth bring forth living creatures after their kind: cattle and creeping things and beasts of the earth after their kind”; and it was so. God made the beasts of the earth after their kind, and the cattle after their kind, and everything that creeps on the ground after its kind; and God saw that it was good. Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; and let them rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over the cattle and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. God blessed them; and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it; and rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over every living thing that moves on the earth.” Then God said, “Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the surface of all the earth, and every tree which has fruit yielding seed; it shall be food for you; and to every beast of the earth and to every bird of the sky and to everything that moves on the earth which has life, I have given every green plant for food”; and it was so. God saw all that He had made, and behold, it was very good. And there was evening and there was morning, the sixth day,” Genesis 1:24-31.

“Then Daniel replied with discretion and discernment to Arioch, the captain of the king’s bodyguard, who had gone forth to slay the wise men of Babylon; he said to Arioch, the king’s commander, “For what reason is the decree from the king so urgent?” Then Arioch informed Daniel about the matter. So Daniel went in and requested of the king that he would give him time, in order that he might declare the interpretation to the king. Then Daniel went to his house and informed his friends, Hananiah, Mishael and Azariah, about the matter, so that they might request compassion from the God of heaven concerning this mystery, so that Daniel and his friends would not be destroyed with the rest of the wise men of Babylon. Then the mystery was revealed to Daniel in a night vision. Then Daniel blessed the God of heaven; Daniel said, “Let the name of God be blessed forever and ever, for wisdom and power belong to Him. It is He who changes the times and the epochs; He removes kings and establishes kings; He gives wisdom to wise men and knowledge to men of understanding. It is He who reveals the profound and hidden things; He knows what is in the darkness, and the light dwells with Him. To You, O God of my fathers, I give thanks and praise, for You have given me wisdom and power; even now You have made known to me what we requested of You, for You have made known to us the king’s matter,” Daniel 2:14-23.

“When they came to the crowd, a man came up to Jesus, falling on his knees before Him and saying, “Lord, have mercy on my son, for he is a lunatic and is very ill; for he often falls into the fire and often into the water. I brought him to Your disciples, and they could not cure him.” And Jesus answered and said, “You unbelieving and perverted generation, how long shall I be with you? How long shall I put up with you? Bring him here to Me.” And Jesus rebuked him, and the demon came out of him, and the boy was cured at once. Then the disciples came to Jesus privately and said, “Why could we not drive it out?” And He said to them, “Because of the littleness of your faith; for truly I say to you, if you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible to you. [But this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting],” Matthew 17:14-21.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
