Declarations & Decrees: You Are Mature Discerning and Testing Whether Prophets and Spirits Are of God!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare you are mature and discerning in the Lord knowing to TEST the spirits to see whether they are from God; you cannot trust every spirit.
  There are many false prophets who have gone into the world; there are many wolves in sheep’s clothing.
• I decree and declare you KNOW that every spirit that acknowledges that Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah came as a human being is from God.
  Every spirit that does not acknowledge Jesus/ Yeshua is not from God and is the spirit of the Anti-Christ.
• I decree and declare you, Children of God, have OVERCOME the false prophets, because HE WHO IS IN YOU IS GREATER than he who is in the world.
  We are from God.
  Whoever knows God listens to us; whoever is not from God doesn’t listen to us.
  THIS IS HOW WE DISTINGUISH THE SPIRIT OF TRUTH from the spirit of error.
• I decree and declare you LOVE one another, because LOVE is from God and everyone who loves has God as his Father and KNOWS GOD.
  Those who do not love, do not know God, because God is LOVE.
  God showed His LOVE by sending His only Son into the World, so that through Him we might have Life.
• I decree and declare, as you LOVE ONE ANOTHER, you REMAIN UNITED with God and He with you – He has given to you HIS OWN SPIRIT.
  You KNOW and TRUST the LOVE that God has for you.
  God is LOVE, and those who remain in this LOVE REMAIN UNITED WITH GOD; and God remains united with them.
• I decree and declare LOVE is brought to MATURITY in us: as Christ/ Messiah is in the World, so are we in the World.
  This gives us confidence for the Day of Judgment.
  THERE IS NO FEAR IN LOVE.
  But LOVE that has ACHIEVED ITS GOAL gets rid of fear, because fear has to do with punishment.
• I decree and declare WE LOVE because God loved us first.
  If anyone says he loves God but hates his brother is a liar.
  Whoever loves God must love his brother also.
• I decree and declare you know that the Day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night.
  You are not in the dark, so that the Day will not take you by surprise like a thief, for YOU BELONG TO THE LIGHT; you belong to the day.
  STAY ALERT and SOBER.
• I decree and declare you belong to the DAY.
  You stay sober, putting on TRUST and LOVE as a breastplate and the HOPE of being DELIVERED as a helmet.
  For God has not intended that we should experience His fury, but that we should GAIN DELIVERANCE through our Lord Jesus Christ/ Adonai Yeshua Messiah, who died on our behalf so that whether we are alive or dead, we may live along with Him.
• I decree and declare you will CONTINUE TO BUILD EACH OTHER UP.
  You are always joyful, praying regularly and IN EVERYTHING giving thanks, for this is what God wants from you who are UNITED with Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world. ² By this you know the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God; ³ and every spirit that does not confess Jesus is not from God; this is the spirit of the antichrist, of which you have heard that it is coming, and now it is already in the world. ⁴ You are from God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world. ⁵ They are from the world; therefore they speak as from the world, and the world listens to them. ⁶ We are from God; he who knows God listens to us; he who is not from God does not listen to us. By this we know the spirit of truth and the spirit of error.
⁷ Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. ⁸ The one who does not love does not know God, for God is love. ⁹ By this the love of God was manifested in us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world so that we might live through Him. ¹⁰ In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. ¹¹ Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. ¹² No one has seen God at any time; if we love one another, God abides in us, and His love is perfected in us. ¹³ By this we know that we abide in Him and He in us, because He has given us of His Spirit. ¹⁴ We have seen and testify that the Father has sent the Son to be the Savior of the world.
¹⁵ Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God. ¹⁶ We have come to know and have believed the love which God has for us. God is love, and the one who abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him. ¹⁷ By this, love is perfected with us, so that we may have confidence in the day of judgment; because as He is, so also are we in this world. ¹⁸ There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves punishment, and the one who fears is not perfected in love. ¹⁹ We love, because He first loved us. ²⁰ If someone says, “I love God,” and hates his brother, he is a liar; for the one who does not love his brother whom he has seen, cannot love God whom he has not seen. ²¹ And this commandment we have from Him, that the one who loves God should love his brother also,” 1 John 4:1-21.

“¹ Now as to the times and the epochs, brethren, you have no need of anything to be written to you. ² For you yourselves know full well that the day of the Lord will come just like a thief in the night. ³ While they are saying, “Peace and safety!” then destruction will come upon them suddenly like labor pains upon a woman with child, and they will not escape. ⁴ But you, brethren, are not in darkness, that the day would overtake you like a thief; ⁵ for you are all sons of light and sons of day. We are not of night nor of darkness; ⁶ so then let us not sleep as others do, but let us be alert and sober. ⁷ For those who sleep do their sleeping at night, and those who get drunk get drunk at night. ⁸ But since we are of the day, let us be sober, having put on the breastplate of faith and love, and as a helmet, the hope of salvation. ⁹ For God has not destined us for wrath, but for obtaining salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, ¹⁰ who died for us, so that whether we are awake or asleep, we will live together with Him. ¹¹ Therefore encourage one another and build up one another, just as you also are doing.
¹² But we request of you, brethren, that you appreciate those who diligently labor among you, and have charge over you in the Lord and give you instruction, ¹³ and that you esteem them very highly in love because of their work. Live in peace with one another. ¹⁴ We urge you, brethren, admonish the unruly, encourage the fainthearted, help the weak, be patient with everyone. ¹⁵ See that no one repays another with evil for evil, but always seek after that which is good for one another and for all people. ¹⁶ Rejoice always; ¹⁷ pray without ceasing; ¹⁸ in everything give thanks; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. ¹⁹ Do not quench the Spirit; ²⁰ do not despise prophetic utterances. ²¹ But examine everything carefully; hold fast to that which is good; ²² abstain from every form of evil,” 1 Thessalonians 5:1-22.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
