I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare we are to learn from the standards set forth in the Old Testament/ Tanakh: the PATTERNS and DESIGNS set forth by the Lord/ Adonai represent what will be in Heaven and, now, in the Believers’ lives also.
  You are clothed in GARMENTS as white as snow, CLEANSED by the Blood of the Lamb; PURE to stand before, and minister to, God Almighty/ El Shaddai!
  You are to be HOLY because He is HOLY!
• I decree and declare the lives that have been dry land, where you have felt as though you were in the wilderness, HEAR THE LORD: your desert will REJOICE and BLOSSOM like a lily.
  It will BLOSSOM PROFUSELY; you will REJOICE with JOY and SINGING and will be given the GLORY of Lebanon and the SPLENDOR or Carmel and Sharon.
• I decree and declare the World will see the GLORY of the Lord/ Adonai, the SPLENDOR of our God/ Eloheinu.
  Your limp hands are being STRENGTHENED and the wobbly knees are becoming firm.
  Those who have been anxious, we declare, “Be STRONG, you will have NO FEAR!”
  Behold, your God/ Eloheykha!
  Vengeance is coming!
  His recompense is coming!
  Then He will SAVE You!
• I decree and declare your parched land will become a POOL, the thirsty ground SPRINGS of WATER.
  Your lives are becoming ABUNDANT and PRODUCTIVE.
  A Highway will be there — a roadway.
  It will be called the WAY of HOLINESS.
  Those who are unclean will not travel on it.
  It is for the ONE WHO WALKS THE WAY OF THE LORD.
  The Redeemed of the Lord will walk there.
• I decree and declare I am RENEWED in the spirit of my mind; I have put on the New self — CREATED TO BE LIKE GOD in true RIGHTEOUSNESS and HOLINESS!
• I decree and declare we have SET ASIDE ALL BEHAVIOR THAT DOES NOT BENEFIT our brothers and sisters, our neighbors; for we are members of one another.
  When we are angry, we will not sin.
  We will not allow the sun to go down on our anger, nor give the enemy a foothold.
• I decree and declare I will not allow a harmful word to come out of my mouth, but ONLY WHAT IS BENEFICIAL for building others up according to the need, so that it gives GRACE to those who hear it.
  I will not grieve the Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh, by whom I am SEALED for the Day of Redemption.
• I decree and declare you are WALKING to PLEASE God; you are continuing to progress MORE and MORE!
  You have received INSTRUCTIONS through the Lord Jesus/ Adonai Yeshua; for this is the WILL of God — your SANCTIFICATION: to abstain from sexual immorality; to know how to gain CONTROL over his own body in HOLINESS and HONOR!
• I decree and declare God/ Elohim has called us in HOLINESS.
  The one who rejects this is not rejecting man, but God, Who gives His Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh to you!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

“¹ “Then bring near to yourself Aaron your brother, and his sons with him, from among the sons of Israel, to minister as priest to Me — Aaron, Nadab and Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar, Aaron’s sons. ² You shall make holy garments for Aaron your brother, for glory and for beauty. ³ You shall speak to all the skillful persons whom I have endowed with the spirit of wisdom, that they make Aaron’s garments to consecrate him, that he may minister as priest to Me,” Exodus 28:1-3.

“¹ The wilderness and the desert will be glad, and the Arabah will rejoice and blossom; like the crocus ² It will blossom profusely and rejoice with rejoicing and shout of joy. The glory of Lebanon will be given to it, the majesty of Carmel and Sharon. They will see the glory of the Lord, the majesty of our God. ³ Encourage the exhausted, and strengthen the feeble. ⁴ Say to those with anxious heart, “Take courage, fear not. Behold, your God will come with vengeance; the recompense of God will come, but He will save you.” ⁵ Then the eyes of the blind will be opened and the ears of the deaf will be unstopped. ⁶ Then the lame will leap like a deer, and the tongue of the mute will shout for joy. For waters will break forth in the wilderness and streams in the Arabah. ⁷ The scorched land will become a pool and the thirsty ground springs of water; in the haunt of jackals, its resting place, grass becomes reeds and rushes. ⁸ A highway will be there, a roadway, and it will be called the Highway of Holiness. The unclean will not travel on it, but it will be for him who walks that way, and fools will not wander on it. ⁹ No lion will be there, nor will any vicious beast go up on it; these will not be found there. But the redeemed will walk there, ¹⁰ And the ransomed of the Lord will return and come with joyful shouting to Zion, with everlasting joy upon their heads. They will find gladness and joy, and sorrow and sighing will flee away,” Isaiah 35:1-10.

“²² that, in reference to your former manner of life, you lay aside the old self, which is being corrupted in accordance with the lusts of deceit, ²³ and that you be renewed in the spirit of your mind, ²⁴ and put on the new self, which in the likeness of God has been created in righteousness and holiness of the truth.
²⁵ Therefore, laying aside falsehood, speak truth each one of you with his neighbor, for we are members of one another. ²⁶ Be angry, and yet do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger, ²⁷ and do not give the devil an opportunity. ²⁸ He who steals must steal no longer; but rather he must labor, performing with his own hands what is good, so that he will have something to share with one who has need. ²⁹ Let no unwholesome word proceed from your mouth, but only such a word as is good for edification according to the need of the moment, so that it will give grace to those who hear. ³⁰ Do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. ³¹ Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice. ³² Be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also has forgiven you,” Ephesians 4:22-32.

“¹ Finally then, brethren, we request and exhort you in the Lord Jesus, that as you received from us instruction as to how you ought to walk and please God (just as you actually do walk), that you excel still more. ² For you know what commandments we gave you by the authority of the Lord Jesus. ³ For this is the will of God, your sanctification; that is, that you abstain from sexual immorality; ⁴ that each of you know how to possess his own vessel in sanctification and honor, ⁵ not in lustful passion, like the Gentiles who do not know God; ⁶ and that no man transgress and defraud his brother in the matter because the Lord is the avenger in all these things, just as we also told you before and solemnly warned you. ⁷ For God has not called us for the purpose of impurity, but in sanctification. ⁸ So, he who rejects this is not rejecting man but the God who gives His Holy Spirit to you,” 1 Thessalonians 4:1-8.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
