Declarations & Decrees: You Are Heirs of God, Anointed to Announce His Good News and Freedom!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare you IDENTIFY with the Spirit of God Who indwells you!
  Those who don’t have the Spirit of Christ/ Messiah don’t belong to Him.
  To you, who have Christ/ Messiah in you, the Spirit is giving LIFE because GOD CONSIDERS YOU RIGHTEOUS!
• I decree and declare we OWE NOTING TO OUR OLD NATURE that would require us to live according to the desires of the World.
  For you LIVE BY THE SPIRIT and so YOU WILL LIVE!
  All who are led by God’s Spirit are God’s Children.
• I decree and declare you received the Spirit, Who makes us Children and by Whose POWER we cry Dear Father/ ABBA!
  The Spirit Himself bears witness with our own spirits that WE ARE CHILDREN OF GOD, HEIRS OF GOD and joint heirs with Christ/ Messiah – provided we are SUFFERING with Him in order also to be GLORIFIED with Him.
• I decree and declare as the Spirit dwells in you, you are EMPOWERED to teach and speak with WISDOM for the Spirit of the Lord is upon you, therefore He has ANOINTED you to announce GOOD NEWS to the poor, proclaim FREEDOM for the imprisoned, renew SIGHT for the blind, RELEASE those who have been crushed, and to PROCLAIM the year of the favor of the Lord/ Adonai.
• I decree and declare as you SPEAK the Words of the Lord, those who HEAR will MARVEL at the appealing words that you speak, for it is the ANOINTING of the Spirit, God’s Words flowing through you to those in need.
• I decree and declare ALL OF GOD’S/ ELOHIM’S PROMISES find their “YES” in connection with Jesus/ Yeshua.
  This is why it is through Him that we say “Amen” when we GIVE GLORY TO GOD/ ELOHIM!
• I decree and declare it is God Who SETS US IN FIRM UNION WITH CHRIST/ MESSIAH; He has ANOINTED US, put His SEAL on us, and given us His Spirit in our hearts as a GUARANTEE for the Future.
• I decree and declare this is the Last Hour; we know this because Anti-Christs/ Anti-Messiahs have arisen.
  They went out from us but they weren’t part of us; for had they been part of us, they would have remained with us.
  YOU KNOW all this because you have RECEIVED Christ’s/ Messiah’s ANOINTING from the Holy One/ Ha Kodesh.
• I decree and declare you are allowing WHAT YOU HEARD FROM THE BEGINNING to remain in you, so that you will also REMAIN IN UNION with both the Son and the Father.
  By remaining in union with God/ Elohim, you have the PROMISE OF ETERNAL LIFE!
• I decree and declare you REMAIN UNITED with Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua so that when He APPEARS, we may have CONFIDENCE and not shrink back from Him in shame at His coming.
  You know that He is RIGHTEOUS and that He is the Father of Everyone who does what is RIGHT.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“⁹ However, you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. But if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Him. ¹⁰ If Christ is in you, though the body is dead because of sin, yet the spirit is alive because of righteousness. ¹¹ But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.
¹² So then, brethren, we are under obligation, not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh — ¹³ for if you are living according to the flesh, you must die; but if by the Spirit you are putting to death the deeds of the body, you will live. ¹⁴ For all who are being led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God. ¹⁵ For you have not received a spirit of slavery leading to fear again, but you have received a spirit of adoption as sons by which we cry out, “Abba! Father!” ¹⁶ The Spirit Himself testifies with our spirit that we are children of God, ¹⁷ and if children, heirs also, heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him so that we may also be glorified with Him,” Romans 8:9-17.

“¹⁴ And Jesus returned to Galilee in the power of the Spirit, and news about Him spread through all the surrounding district. ¹⁵ And He began teaching in their synagogues and was praised by all. ¹⁶ And He came to Nazareth, where He had been brought up; and as was His custom, He entered the synagogue on the Sabbath, and stood up to read. ¹⁷ And the book of the prophet Isaiah was handed to Him. And He opened the book and found the place where it was written, ¹⁸ “The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor. He has sent Me to proclaim release to the captives, and recovery of sight to the blind, to set free those who are oppressed, ¹⁹ To proclaim the favorable year of the Lord.”
²⁰ And He closed the book, gave it back to the attendant and sat down; and the eyes of all in the synagogue were fixed on Him. ²¹ And He began to say to them, “Today this Scripture has been fulfilled in your hearing.” ²² And all were speaking well of Him, and wondering at the gracious words which were falling from His lips; and they were saying, “Is this not Joseph’s son?” ²³ And He said to them, “No doubt you will quote this proverb to Me, ‘Physician, heal yourself! Whatever we heard was done at Capernaum, do here in your hometown as well.’” ²⁴ And He said, “Truly I say to you, no prophet is welcome in his hometown,” Luke 4:14-24.

“²⁰ For as many as are the promises of God, in Him they are yes; therefore also through Him is our Amen to the glory of God through us. ²¹ Now He who establishes us with you in Christ and anointed us is God, ²² who also sealed us and gave us the Spirit in our hearts as a pledge,” 2 Corinthians 1:20-22.

“¹⁸ Children, it is the last hour; and just as you heard that antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have appeared; from this we know that it is the last hour. ¹⁹ They went out from us, but they were not really of us; for if they had been of us, they would have remained with us; but they went out, so that it would be shown that they all are not of us. ²⁰ But you have an anointing from the Holy One, and you all know. ²¹ I have not written to you because you do not know the truth, but because you do know it, and because no lie is of the truth. ²² Who is the liar but the one who denies that Jesus is the Christ? This is the antichrist, the one who denies the Father and the Son. ²³ Whoever denies the Son does not have the Father; the one who confesses the Son has the Father also. ²⁴ As for you, let that abide in you which you heard from the beginning. If what you heard from the beginning abides in you, you also will abide in the Son and in the Father.
²⁵ This is the promise which He Himself made to us: eternal life. ²⁶ These things I have written to you concerning those who are trying to deceive you. ²⁷ As for you, the anointing which you received from Him abides in you, and you have no need for anyone to teach you; but as His anointing teaches you about all things, and is true and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you abide in Him.
²⁸ Now, little children, abide in Him, so that when He appears, we may have confidence and not shrink away from Him in shame at His coming. ²⁹ If you know that He is righteous, you know that everyone also who practices righteousness is born of Him,” 1 John 2:18-29.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
