Declarations & Decrees: You Are Dwelling in the Center of God’s Will by His Mercy!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• We decree and declare, by the Blood of the Lamb, you are able to ENTER the HOLY of HOLIES and commune with the Father.
  The Father is bidding you to COME and speak with Him and DWELL in His Presence.
  By His MERCY He invites you to remain with Him continually.
• We decree and declare those who SEE you are AWARE of God’s ANOINTING and POWER upon you.
  There is a VISIBLE evidence of Holy Spirit’s indwelling and presence with you.
  You may not know it, but the Spirit is drawing the people of the World to you as iron is drawn to a magnet.
• We declare God Almighty KNOWS you by NAME and you are walking in His FAVOR and GRACE.
  Keep your heart PURE before the Lord and He will SHOW you His Ways, that you will UNDERSTAND and CONTINUE FINDING FAVOR in His sight.
• We decree and declare, Lord God, show MERCY on this Land, our President and Your People who seek Your Face and Your Will.
  Father, give us WISDOM to walk in Your LIGHT and bring RESTORATION and REVIVAL to this NATION.
• We declare, O Lord, it is YOUR PRESENCE and Your NAME that sets this Nation apart from other nations of the Earth.
  As we stand with Your People Israel, we pray that You would not remove Your Spirit of Guidance and Direction from us.
  In this way, the World will see You; it will be a TESTIMONY of Your MERCY and GRACE.
• We decree and declare the LEADERS in the Body will SHEPHERD the flock of God that is in their care, exercising oversight not out of constraint, but willingly, as God wants, with enthusiasm, as People who become examples to the flock.
  Then, when the Chief Shepherd appears, they will receive GLORY as their unfading crown.
• We decree and declare those who are less experienced will SUBMIT to leaders.
  All of you are clothed in HUMILITY toward one another, because God opposes the arrogant, but to the HUMBLE He gives GRACE!
  Therefore, HUMBLE yourselves under the Mighty hand of God, so that at the right time He may LIFT you UP!
• We decree and declare with EVERYTHING that is within me, Lord, I will BLESS Your Holy Name!
  Lord I will not forget any of Your BENEFITS!
  You FORGIVE all of my offenses, and HEAL all of my diseases.
  You redeem my life from the pit; You surround me with GRACE and COMPASSION!
• We decree and declare all the days of my life, You, my Lord, make me content with GOOD as long as I live, so that my YOUTH is RENEWED like an EAGLE’S.
• We decree the Lord brings VINDICATION and JUSTICE to all who are oppressed. He makes His way known to His Servants, His Mighty DEEDS to the People of Israel.
  The Lord is MERCIFUL and COMPASSIONATE, slow to anger and RICH in GRACE!
• We decree and declare the Lord God Almighty has not treated us as our sins deserve or paid us back for our offenses, because His MERCY toward those who FEAR Him is FAR ABOVE Earth as Heaven.
  He has REMOVED our sins from us as far as the East is from the West!
• We decree and declare the Lord has COMPASSION on those who FEAR Him.
  For He understands how we are made, He REMEMBERS that we are dust.
  The MERCY of the Lord on those who FEAR His is from ETERNITY past to ETERNITY future, and His RIGHTEOUSNESS extends to his children’s children, provided they keep His Covenant and remember to follow His PRECEPTS.
• We declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“⁷ Now Moses used to take the tent and pitch it outside the camp, a good distance from the camp, and he called it the tent of meeting. And everyone who sought the Lord would go out to the tent of meeting which was outside the camp. ⁸ And it came about, whenever Moses went out to the tent, that all the people would arise and stand, each at the entrance of his tent, and gaze after Moses until he entered the tent. ⁹ Whenever Moses entered the tent, the pillar of cloud would descend and stand at the entrance of the tent; and the Lord would speak with Moses. ¹⁰ When all the people saw the pillar of cloud standing at the entrance of the tent, all the people would arise and worship, each at the entrance of his tent. ¹¹ Thus the Lord used to speak to Moses face to face, just as a man speaks to his friend. When Moses returned to the camp, his servant Joshua, the son of Nun, a young man, would not depart from the tent. ¹² Then Moses said to the Lord, “See, You say to me, ‘Bring up this people!’ But You Yourself have not let me know whom You will send with me. Moreover, You have said, ‘I have known you by name, and you have also found favor in My sight.’ ¹³ Now therefore, I pray You, if I have found favor in Your sight, let me know Your ways that I may know You, so that I may find favor in Your sight. Consider too, that this nation is Your people.” ¹⁴ And He said, “My presence shall go with you, and I will give you rest.” ¹⁵ Then he said to Him, “If Your presence does not go with us, do not lead us up from here. ¹⁶ For how then can it be known that I have found favor in Your sight, I and Your people? Is it not by Your going with us, so that we, I and Your people, may be distinguished from all the other people who are upon the face of the earth?” ¹⁷ The Lord said to Moses, “I will also do this thing of which you have spoken; for you have found favor in My sight and I have known you by name.” ¹⁸ Then Moses said, “I pray You, show me Your glory!” ¹⁹ And He said, “I Myself will make all My goodness pass before you, and will proclaim the name of the Lord before you; and I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will show compassion on whom I will show compassion.” ²⁰ But He said, “You cannot see My face, for no man can see Me and live!” ²¹ Then the Lord said, “Behold, there is a place by Me, and you shall stand there on the rock; ²² and it will come about, while My glory is passing by, that I will put you in the cleft of the rock and cover you with My hand until I have passed by. ²³ Then I will take My hand away and you shall see My back, but My face shall not be seen,”” Exodus 33:7-23.

^“1 Therefore, I exhort the elders among you, as your fellow elder and witness of the sufferings of Christ, and a partaker also of the glory that is to be revealed, ² shepherd the flock of God among you, exercising oversight not under compulsion, but voluntarily, according to the will of God; and not for sordid gain, but with eagerness; ³ nor yet as lording it over those allotted to your charge, but proving to be examples to the flock. ⁴ And when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the unfading crown of glory. ⁵ You younger men, likewise, be subject to your elders; and all of you, clothe yourselves with humility toward one another, for God is opposed to the proud, but gives grace to the humble. ⁶ Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you at the proper time, ⁷ casting all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you,” 1 Peter 5:1-7.

“¹ Bless the Lord, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless His holy name. ² Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget none of His benefits; ³ Who pardons all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases; ⁴ Who redeems your life from the pit, Who crowns you with lovingkindness and compassion; ⁵ Who satisfies your years with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle. ⁶ The Lord performs righteous deeds and judgments for all who are oppressed. ⁷ He made known His ways to Moses, His acts to the sons of Israel. ⁸ The Lord is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in lovingkindness. ⁹ He will not always strive with us, nor will He keep His anger forever. ¹⁰ He has not dealt with us according to our sins, nor rewarded us according to our iniquities. ¹¹ For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is His lovingkindness toward those who fear Him. ¹² As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us. ¹³ Just as a father has compassion on his children, so the Lord has compassion on those who fear Him. ¹⁴ For He Himself knows our frame; He is mindful that we are but dust. ¹⁵ As for man, his days are like grass; as a flower of the field, so he flourishes. ¹⁶ When the wind has passed over it, it is no more, and its place acknowledges it no longer. ¹⁷ But the lovingkindness of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear Him, and His righteousness to children’s children, ¹⁸ To those who keep His covenant and remember His precepts to do them,” Psalm 103:1-18.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
