I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare as you are SEEKING the Lord/ Adonai and FASTING, the Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh is DIRECTING YOU to SHARE His Word and to SET ASIDE OTHERS for His Work.
  He has called you to do GREAT THINGS!
• I decree and declare you will PROCLAIM God’s/ Elohim’s Word wherever you go.
  It is BURNING within you and must be RELEASED!
  His DISCERNMENT is growing within you so that you will RECOGNIZE when the spirit of the enemy, of Anti-Christ is at work.
• I decree and declare Leaders in high ranking, Rulers, Presidents, Governors and more, will CALL for YOU for they are ANXIOUS to HEAR the message about God/ Elohim, the Good News of Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua our Lord!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is FILLING you to SPEAK HIS TRUTH in BOLDNESS!
  The enemy is working to draw those in our midst from the TRUTH; his spell must be BROKEN, in Jesus’/ Yeshua’s Name.
  Speak BOLDLY to those who speak evil, “You son of Satan, full of fraud and evil!
  You enemy of everything good!
  The hand of the Lord is upon you; and for a while you will be BLIND, unable to see the sun.”
  By miracles such as this, the People will BELIEVE!
• I decree and declare the Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh will PROTECT and GUIDE you in all you do.
  Be SENSITIVE to His VOICE.
  You will be CAUTIONED of what not to say and where not to go.
  By visions you will be CALLED to Regions to answer the needs of the People who are calling out to Him.
• I decree and declare you will NOT be FEARFUL when you are brought before the Judges; the Lord/ Adonai goes before you and PREPARES the WAY to give WITNESS of His Good News, Salvation of Christ/ Messiah.
• I decree and declare God will send His Angels to RELEASE His Servants from Prison.
  All that takes place will bring SALVATION to the People, to those touched by the occurrences.
  God’s Word must be declared, “Trust in the Lord Jesus/ Adonai Yeshua, and you will be SAVED – you and your Household!”
• I decree and declare I THANK GOD for you and what Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah has brought about in you: your TRUST produces ACTION, your LOVE HARD WORK, and your HOPE PERSEVERANCE!
• I decree and declare that God/ Elohim has LOVED and CHOSEN you; that the Good News has become POWER, the HOLY SPIRIT/ RUACH HAKODESH and TOTAL CONVICTION for you!
  In this way you have become a PATTERN for all Believers, for the Lord’s message SOUNDS FORTH from you not just where you are, but EVERYWHERE your TRUST toward God becomes known.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“² While they were ministering to the Lord and fasting, the Holy Spirit said, “Set apart for Me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them.” ³ Then, when they had fasted and prayed and laid their hands on them, they sent them away.
⁴ So, being sent out by the Holy Spirit, they went down to Seleucia and from there they sailed to Cyprus. ⁵ When they reached Salamis, they began to proclaim the word of God in the synagogues of the Jews; and they also had John as their helper. ⁶ When they had gone through the whole island as far as Paphos, they found a magician, a Jewish false prophet whose name was Bar-Jesus, ⁷ who was with the proconsul, Sergius Paulus, a man of intelligence. This man summoned Barnabas and Saul and sought to hear the word of God. ⁸ But Elymas the magician (for so his name is translated) was opposing them, seeking to turn the proconsul away from the faith. ⁹ But Saul, who was also known as Paul, filled with the Holy Spirit, fixed his gaze on him, ¹⁰ and said, “You who are full of all deceit and fraud, you son of the devil, you enemy of all righteousness, will you not cease to make crooked the straight ways of the Lord? ¹¹ Now, behold, the hand of the Lord is upon you, and you will be blind and not see the sun for a time.” And immediately a mist and a darkness fell upon him, and he went about seeking those who would lead him by the hand. ¹² Then the proconsul believed when he saw what had happened, being amazed at the teaching of the Lord.
¹³ Now Paul and his companions put out to sea from Paphos and came to Perga in Pamphylia; but John left them and returned to Jerusalem,” Acts 13:2-13.

“⁶ They passed through the Phrygian and Galatian region, having been forbidden by the Holy Spirit to speak the word in Asia; ⁷ and after they came to Mysia, they were trying to go into Bithynia, and the Spirit of Jesus did not permit them; ⁸ and passing by Mysia, they came down to Troas. ⁹ A vision appeared to Paul in the night: a man of Macedonia was standing and appealing to him, and saying, “Come over to Macedonia and help us.” ¹⁰ When he had seen the vision, immediately we sought to go into Macedonia, concluding that God had called us to preach the gospel to them……..
……. ²⁰ and when they had brought them to the chief magistrates, they said, “These men are throwing our city into confusion, being Jews, ²¹ and are proclaiming customs which it is not lawful for us to accept or to observe, being Romans.”
²² The crowd rose up together against them, and the chief magistrates tore their robes off them and proceeded to order them to be beaten with rods. ²³ When they had struck them with many blows, they threw them into prison, commanding the jailer to guard them securely; ²⁴ and he, having received such a command, threw them into the inner prison and fastened their feet in the stocks.
²⁵ But about midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns of praise to God, and the prisoners were listening to them; ²⁶ and suddenly there came a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison house were shaken; and immediately all the doors were opened and everyone’s chains were unfastened. ²⁷ When the jailer awoke and saw the prison doors opened, he drew his sword and was about to kill himself, supposing that the prisoners had escaped. ²⁸ But Paul cried out with a loud voice, saying, “Do not harm yourself, for we are all here!” ²⁹ And he called for lights and rushed in, and trembling with fear he fell down before Paul and Silas, ³⁰ and after he brought them out, he said, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?”
³¹ They said, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and your household.” ³² And they spoke the word of the Lord to him together with all who were in his house,” Acts 16:6-10, 20-32.

“² We give thanks to God always for all of you, making mention of you in our prayers; ³ constantly bearing in mind your work of faith and labor of love and steadfastness of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ in the presence of our God and Father, ⁴ knowing, brethren beloved by God, His choice of you; ⁵ for our gospel did not come to you in word only, but also in power and in the Holy Spirit and with full conviction; just as you know what kind of men we proved to be among you for your sake. ⁶ You also became imitators of us and of the Lord, having received the word in much tribulation with the joy of the Holy Spirit, ⁷ so that you became an example to all the believers in Macedonia and in Achaia. ⁸ For the word of the Lord has sounded forth from you, not only in Macedonia and Achaia, but also in every place your faith toward God has gone forth, so that we have no need to say anything. ⁹ For they themselves report about us what kind of a reception we had with you, and how you turned to God from idols to serve a living and true God, ¹⁰ and to wait for His Son from heaven, whom He raised from the dead, that is Jesus, who rescues us from the wrath to come,” 1 Thessalonians 1:2-10.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
