~ JESUS WAS LED INTO THE WILDERNESS BY THE HOLY SPIRIT ~

“And Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost returned from Jordan, and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness, Being forty days tempted of the devil. And in those days he did eat nothing: and when they were ended, he afterward hungered.
And the devil said unto him, If thou be the Son of God, command this stone that it be made bread. And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God” Luke 4:1-4.

~ IT IS WRITTEN ~

When Jesus was in His wilderness experience for 40 days, He always answered the enemy with “It is written.” He never wavered from the word of God! Some of us are in a wilderness experience right now and the Spirit of God is leading you to fast as Jesus fasted, and stand your ground on what you know to be true in His word. Notice in the above scripture that He was led into the wilderness by the Spirit!

~ STOP FEELING GUILTY ABOUT BEING IN THE WILDERNESS! ~

I know that for many after some experiences that you have had, it has taken you to a new place in God that you would have never gotten to if you had not ended up in this experience in the wilderness.

God wants you to know that you should stop feeling guilty about where you are, and begin to see that God has a plan to bring you to a new level and into a new place of maturity and strength in Him! How do I know this? It is because I have been in that place where now I say it seemed like it wasn’t God, but all along it was God!

You see, Romans 8:28 says.. “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.”

~ THIS TEST WILL BRING YOU TO YOUR BEST ~

It has been a time of testing for many of you but the test is only there to bring two things in a believers life.. For Promotion and so that You Will know What you know, That You know!

Jesus said that the man who will be standing through the storms of life when the winds blow and the storms of life come, is the man who not only hears the Word but does the word..! These are the people who have been in these trials and have stood on the Word of God and proven that it works, by experience.

“But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil” Hebrews 5:14.

The late Andre’ Crouch sang a song many years ago. “Through it all” saying, “If I never had a problem, I wouldn’t know that God could solve them, through it all….I’m learning to trust in Jesus,I’m learning to trust in God”

~ MY LESSON ~

One day a woman asked me about something in the word of God. I began to tell her what I had learned from someone else for many years. She began to argue my point. Suddenly the Lord said, “Jo Ellen you do not know for yourself what is true. You must get into the word and be settled on it. Then you will experience it and the word that My people know that they know, will be what remains, and what the enemy cannot shake them off of in great trials, is the ingrafted word! The word that you have walked in and have been EXERCISED BY, will be what cannot be shaken in your life…. This word in you, will then be made flesh to others, through you by the power of my Spirit!!”

~ EVERYTHING IS BEING SHAKEN ~

“But this Yet once, signifies the removing of what is shaken, as being made, that what is not shaken may remain.” This is the one reason that these shaking’s come into our life so that we will Know That We Know and will not be shaken when we begin to minister to others! In other words, it will become life in you and life to those that you will minister to because it has been proven!” Hebrews 12:27 (DARBY).

“And be not conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of [your] mind, that ye may prove what [is] the good and acceptable and perfect will of God” Romans 12:2 (Darby).

The Lord is saying,

“I have only allowed the tests in your life to bring promotion. The enemy is the one who comes in the to tempt you in the test to get you off of my word, but I am the one who brings greater capacity in you to be able to stand on my word in the days ahead! A greater anointing will rest upon you and be in you, to minister out of your, having experienced My word and the enemies attack upon that word. A greater compassion will come upon you, for those that have not yet been through these things, especially the younger ones in me, that have knowledge but no experience. Teach them that I love them and am for them!

You have learned to trust me through it all and you will not be shaken in the next season! The fear that will even try to grip you, will only pass by you, for My Word is settled in you and made it’s home in your heart.. In these areas that you have passed the test, you will never be shaken, for you have become one with me in this! In this next season, you will be able to pour out what has not been shaken, but has become ingrafted in you! You have now become, “My word made flesh” to the world!

You will not be shaken because you are a house built upon the Rock! Go now in the power of my Spirit!”

“And when the devil had ended all the temptation, he departed from him for a season. And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee: and there went out a fame of him through all the region round about. And he taught in their synagogues, being glorified of all” Luke 4:13-15 (KJV).
