I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua, in our MIDST, is greater than the Temple, greater than church establishments.
  Do not condemn the INNOCENT; the Lord wants COMPASSION rather than sacrifice, rather than routines.
  For the Son of Man is Lord of Sabbath!
• I decree and declare the Sabbath is the day of REST, but what is permitted on Sabbath is TO DO GOOD!
  You HELP those in need and RESTORE the broken.
  As Christ/ Messiah HEALED, so you heal those who are in need.
• I decree and declare you are CALLED and CHOSEN; the Lord has put His Spirit ON and WITHIN YOU to share His JUSTICE to the Peoples.
  The People of all Nations and Tribes are placing their HOPE in Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua.
• I decree and declare you will DRIVE OUT DEMONS by the Spirit of God; those who are bound will be SET FREE, that the People will KNOW the Kingdom of God has come upon them!
• I decree and declare those who are not WITH Christ/ Messiah are against Him, and those who do not GATHER with Him are scattering.
  People are FORGIVEN any sin and blasphemy, but blaspheming the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven.
  Those who continue to speak against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven!
• I decree and declare you have TASTED that the Lord is GOOD.
  He is the LIVING STONE, rejected by People but CHOSEN by God and PRECIOUS to Him.
  You are LIVING STONES who are being built into a SPIRITUAL HOUSE to be PRIESTS set apart for God to offer SPIRITUAL SACRIFICES acceptable to Him through Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah.
• I decree and declare the Lord has laid the CHOSEN and PRECIOUS CORNERSTONE in Zion; you TRUST on Him and will certainly NOT BE HUMILIATED.
  To you who KEEP TRUSTING, He is PRECIOUS.
  But to those who are not trusting, the very stone that the Builders rejected has become the Cornerstone that will make People STUMBLE, a Rock over which they will trip.
• I decree and declare you are a CHOSEN PEOPLE, the King’s Priests, a HOLY NATION, a People for God to POSSESS!
  This is for you to DECLARE the PRAISES of the One who CALLED YOU OUT of darkness into His WONDERFUL LIGHT.
  Once you were not a People, but NOW YOU ARE GOD’S PEOPLE; before, you had not received MERCY, but now you have received MERCY!
• I decree and declare your God is BRINGING YOU INTO the LAND you WILL ENTER in order to TAKE POSSESSION of it, and HE will EXPEL the Nations and Entities AHEAD of you!
  You are to DEFEAT them and DESTROY them completely.
  Do not make any covenant with the enemy; show them no mercy.
• I decree and declare you will not allow any objects of the enemy’s worship to remain: break down and smash all that represents their religions.
  For YOU ARE A PEOPLE SET APART as HOLY for the Lord your God.
  He CHOSE you out of all the Peoples on the face of the Earth to be HIS OWN UNIQUE TREASURE.
• I decree and declare the Lord didn’t set His Heart on you or choose you because you numbered more than any other people – on the contrary, YOU ARE THE FEWEST OF ALL PEOPLES.
  It is because the Lord LOVES YOU and because He wanted to keep the oath which He had sworn to your ancestors, that He brought you out with a Strong Hand and REDEEMED you.
• I declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“⁶ But I say to you that something greater than the temple is here. ⁷ But if you had known what this means, ‘I desire compassion, and not a sacrifice,’ you would not have condemned the innocent. ⁸ For the Son of Man is Lord of the Sabbath.” ⁹ Departing from there, He went into their synagogue. ¹⁰ And a man was there whose hand was withered. And they questioned Jesus, asking, “Is it lawful to heal on the Sabbath?” — so that they might accuse Him. ¹¹ And He said to them, “What man is there among you who has a sheep, and if it falls into a pit on the Sabbath, will he not take hold of it and lift it out? ¹² How much more valuable then is a man than a sheep! So then, it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath.” ¹³ Then He *said to the man, “Stretch out your hand!” He stretched it out, and it was restored to normal, like the other. ¹⁴ But the Pharisees went out and conspired against Him, as to how they might destroy Him. ¹⁵ But Jesus, aware of this, withdrew from there. Many followed Him, and He healed them all, ¹⁶ and warned them not to tell who He was. ¹⁷ This was to fulfill what was spoken through Isaiah the prophet: ¹⁸ “Behold, My Servant whom I have chosen; My Beloved in whom My soul is well-pleased; I will put My Spirit upon Him, and He shall proclaim justice to the Gentiles. ¹⁹ “He will not quarrel, nor cry out; nor will anyone hear His voice in the streets. ²⁰ “A battered reed He will not break off, and a smoldering wick He will not put out, until He leads justice to victory. ²¹ “And in His name the Gentiles will hope.” ²² Then a demon-possessed man who was blind and mute was brought to Jesus, and He healed him, so that the mute man spoke and saw. ²³ All the crowds were amazed, and were saying, “This man cannot be the Son of David, can he?” ²⁴ But when the Pharisees heard this, they said, “This man casts out demons only by Beelzebul the ruler of the demons.” ²⁵ And knowing their thoughts Jesus said to them, “Any kingdom divided against itself is laid waste; and any city or house divided against itself will not stand. ²⁶ If Satan casts out Satan, he is divided against himself; how then will his kingdom stand? ²⁷ If I by Beelzebul cast out demons, by whom do your sons cast them out? For this reason they will be your judges. ²⁸ But if I cast out demons by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God has come upon you. ²⁹ Or how can anyone enter the strong man’s house and carry off his property, unless he first binds the strong man? And then he will plunder his house. ³⁰ He who is not with Me is against Me; and he who does not gather with Me scatters. ³¹ “Therefore I say to you, any sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven people, but blasphemy against the Spirit shall not be forgiven. ³² Whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man, it shall be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, it shall not be forgiven him, either in this age or in the age to come,” Matthew 12:6-32.

“³ if you have tasted the kindness of the Lord. ⁴ And coming to Him as to a living stone which has been rejected by men, but is choice and precious in the sight of God, ⁵ you also, as living stones, are being built up as a spiritual house for a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ. ⁶ For this is contained in Scripture: “Behold, I lay in Zion a choice stone, a precious corner stone, and he who believes in Him will not be disappointed.” ⁷ This precious value, then, is for you who believe; but for those who disbelieve, “The stone which the builders rejected, This became the very corner stone,” ⁸ and, “A stone of stumbling and a rock of offense”; for they stumble because they are disobedient to the word, and to this doom they were also appointed. ⁹ But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, so that you may proclaim the excellencies of Him who has called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; ¹⁰ for you once were not a people, but now you are the people of God; you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy,” 1 Peter 2:3-10.

““When the Lord your God brings you into the land where you are entering to possess it, and clears away many nations before you, the Hittites and the Girgashites and the Amorites and the Canaanites and the Perizzites and the Hivites and the Jebusites, seven nations greater and stronger than you, ² and when the Lord your God delivers them before you and you defeat them, then you shall utterly destroy them. You shall make no covenant with them and show no favor to them. ³ Furthermore, you shall not intermarry with them; you shall not give your daughters to their sons, nor shall you take their daughters for your sons. ⁴ For they will turn your sons away from following Me to serve other gods; then the anger of the Lord will be kindled against you and He will quickly destroy you. ⁵ But thus you shall do to them: you shall tear down their altars, and smash their sacred pillars, and hew down their Asherim, and burn their graven images with fire. ⁶ For you are a holy people to the Lord your God; the Lord your God has chosen you to be a people for His own possession out of all the peoples who are on the face of the earth. ⁷ “The Lord did not set His love on you nor choose you because you were more in number than any of the peoples, for you were the fewest of all peoples, ⁸ but because the Lord loved you and kept the oath which He swore to your forefathers, the Lord brought you out by a mighty hand and redeemed you from the house of slavery, from the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt. ⁹ Know therefore that the Lord your God, He is God, the faithful God, who keeps His covenant and His lovingkindness to a thousandth generation with those who love Him and keep His commandments,” Deuteronomy 7:1-9.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
