I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare you are LEAVING the Enemy’s stronghold, PROUDLY in view of all who have held you for so long.
  The Lord/ Adonai is SHOWING HIMSELF STRONG at their expense.
  They will be burying their dead as the Lord EXECUTES JUDGMENT on the individuals and their gods.
• I decree and declare I GIVE THANKS to the Lord/ Adonai with all my heart.
  I am GLAD and EXULT in You, Lord/ Adonai; I SING PRAISE to Your Name Most High/’Elyon!
• I decree and declare as my enemies TURN BACK, they STUMBLE and PERISH before You, Lord/ Adonai.
  For You UPHELD MY CASE as JUST, sitting on the Throne as the RIGHTEOUS JUDGE.
• I decree and declare You, God Almighty/ El Shaddai, REBUKE NATIONS, DESTROY the wicked, blotting out their names FOREVER and EVER.
  The enemy is FINISHED, in ruins FOREVER; You destroyed their cities; all memory of them is LOST.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is ENTHRONED FOREVER; His Throne is set up for JUDGMENT.
  He will JUDGE the World in RIGHTEOUSNESS; He will JUDGE the Peoples FAIRLY.
  The Lord/ Adonai is a STRONGHOLD for the Oppressed, a TOWER of STRENGTH in times of trouble.
  Those who know Your Name, Lord/ Adonai, PUT THEIR TRUST IN YOU, for You have not abandoned those who seek You!
• I decree and declare we SING PRAISES to the Lord/ Adonai, Who lives in Zion/ Tziyon; we PROCLAIM HIS DEEDS among the Peoples.
  He REMEMBERS us and shows us MERCY.
  He raises us above the gates of death, so that we can PROCLAIM all His PRAISES at the Gates of the Daughter of Tziyon and REJOICE in His DELIVERANCE!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai makes Himself known and EXECUTES JUDGMENT; the wicked are ENSNARED in the work of their own hands.
  The wicked will return to Sheol, all Nations that forget God/ Elohim.
• I decree and declare I will CONTINUE to REJOICE, for I KNOW that this will WORK OUT FOR MY DELIVERANCE, because of the PRAYERS of the Believers and the SUPPORT I get from the Spirit/ Ruach of Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah.
• I decree and declare it all accords with my EARNEST EXPECTATION and HOPE that I have nothing to be ashamed of; but rather Christ/ Messiah is HONORED by my body, whether it is ALIVE or DEAD.
  For me, Life is Christ/ Messiah, and Death is Gain.
• I decree and declare you are conducting your Lives in a WAY WORTHY of the Good News of Christ/ Messiah, so that you STAND FIRM, UNITED in spirit, FIGHTING with ONE ACCORD for the Faith of the Good News.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“³ They journeyed from Rameses in the first month, on the fifteenth day of the first month; on the next day after the Passover the sons of Israel started out boldly in the sight of all the Egyptians, ⁴ while the Egyptians were burying all their firstborn whom the Lord had struck down among them. The Lord had also executed judgments on their gods,” Numbers 33:3-4.

“¹ I will give thanks to the Lord with all my heart; I will tell of all You wonders. ² I will be glad and exult in You; I will sing praise to Your name, O Most High.
³ When my enemies turn back, they stumble and perish before You. ⁴ For You have maintained my just cause; You have sat on the throne judging righteously. ⁵ You have rebuked the nations, You have destroyed the wicked; You have blotted out their name forever and ever. ⁶ The enemy has come to an end in perpetual ruins, and You have uprooted the cities; the very memory of them has perished.
sup>7 But the Lord abides forever; He has established His throne for judgment, ⁸ And He will judge the world in righteousness; He will execute judgment for the peoples with equity. ⁹ The Lord also will be a stronghold for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble; ¹⁰ And those who know Your name will put their trust in You, for You, O Lord, have not forsaken those who seek You.
¹¹ Sing praises to the Lord, who dwells in Zion; declare among the peoples His deeds. ¹² For He who requires blood remembers them; He does not forget the cry of the afflicted. ¹³ Be gracious to me, O Lord; see my affliction from those who hate me, You who lift me up from the gates of death, ¹⁴ That I may tell of all Your praises, that in the gates of the daughter of Zion I may rejoice in Your salvation. ¹⁵ The nations have sunk down in the pit which they have made; in the net which they hid, their own foot has been caught. ¹⁶ The Lord has made Himself known; He has executed judgment. In the work of his own hands the wicked is snared. Higgaion Selah.
¹⁷ The wicked will return to Sheol, even all the nations who forget God,” Psalm 9:1-17.

“Yes, and I will rejoice, ¹⁹ for I know that this will turn out for my deliverance through your prayers and the provision of the Spirit of Jesus Christ, ²⁰ according to my earnest expectation and hope, that I will not be put to shame in anything, but that with all boldness, Christ will even now, as always, be exalted in my body, whether by life or by death.
²¹ For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain. ²² But if I am to live on in the flesh, this will mean fruitful labor for me; and I do not know which to choose. ²³ But I am hard-pressed from both directions, having the desire to depart and be with Christ, for that is very much better; ²⁴ yet to remain on in the flesh is more necessary for your sake. ²⁵ Convinced of this, I know that I will remain and continue with you all for your progress and joy in the faith, ²⁶ so that your proud confidence in me may abound in Christ Jesus through my coming to you again.
²⁷ Only conduct yourselves in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ, so that whether I come and see you or remain absent, I will hear of you that you are standing firm in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel; ²⁸ in no way alarmed by your opponents — which is a sign of destruction for them, but of salvation for you, and that too, from God. ²⁹ For to you it has been granted for Christ’s sake, not only to believe in Him, but also to suffer for His sake, ³⁰ experiencing the same conflict which you saw in me, and now hear to be in me,” Philippians 1:18b-30.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
