Declarations & Decrees: You Are Anointed to Call the People Back to the LORD God Almighty/ Adonai El Shaddai!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai has COMPASSION on ALL who FEAR Him! He UNDERSTANDS how you are made, He remembers that you are but dust.
  The MERCY on you who FEAR Him is beyond comprehension, it is from ETERNITY PAST to ETERNITY FUTURE, and His RIGHTEOUSNESS extends to your children’s children, PROVIDED you keep His Covenant and REMEMBER to FOLLOW His precepts.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai has ESTABLISHED His THRONE in Heaven, His Kingly Power RULES Everything.
  BLESS the Lord/ Adonai, you ANGELS of His, you Mighty Warriors who OBEY His Word, who carry out His Orders!
  BLESS the Lord/ Adonai, all His Troops, who SERVE Him and DO what He wants!
  BLESS the Lord/ Adonai, all His works, in Every Place where He RULES!
  BLESS the Lord/ Adonai, my soul!
• I decree and declare you are DOING WHAT IS RIGHT from the Lord’s/ Adonai’s perspective, following the examples of your forefathers and everything David and the patriarchs did to follow the Lord.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai has ANOINTED YOU to CLEAN the DROSS out from the congregations and to RESTORE HIS ORDER!
  Repair the breaches in the walls, repair the doors; assemble the People, the Priests of the Lord and CONSECRATE them Now, CONSECRATE the House of the Lord/ Adonai the God/ Elohim of your ancestors, and REMOVE the filth from the Holy Place.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai knows you who no longer FOLLOW Him. He sees you who act TREACHEROUSLY and do what is evil from His perspective.
  You have abandoned Him, you turned your faces away from where the Lord LIVES and have turned your backs on Him.
  You have, as such, SEALED THE DOORS of His vestibule, put out His LAMPS and stopped burning incense, lifting your worship and praises; and giving offerings in the Holy Place to the God of Israel.
• I decree and declare it is in our HEART to stand in the GAP for those who have been negligent.
  We make a COVENANT with the Lord/ Adonai God of Israel, so that His anger will turn from our Nations.
  Now is not a time for being negligent; for WE ARE THE ONES the Lord/ Adonai has chosen to STAND BEFORE HIM as His ministers, offering Him incense of PRAISE and ADORATION.
• I decree and declare we lift up our Nations before the Lord God Almighty/ Adonai El Shaddai in humility, knowing that, as we seek His FACE and turn from our wicked ways, HE IS FAITHFUL to HEAR from Heaven, FORGIVE our sins and HEAL our Lands. (2 Chronicles 7:14)
• I decree and declare as we are CONSECRATED, with HUMILITY before the Lord/ Adonai, we bow down and prostrate ourselves before Him; we sing PRAISES to Him and He FILLS US WITH JOY!
  You are INVITED to COME CLOSE, to enter the Lord’s Presence with continual THANKSGIVING.
• I decree and declare the TRUE WORSHIP and SERVICE of the Lord, with SIGNS and WONDERS of Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh, are being RESTORED to His Congregations.
  We REJOICE over what the Lord has PREPARED for His People, because it is happening SUDDENLY!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the LORD God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The LORD God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹³ Just as a father has compassion on his children, so the Lord has compassion on those who fear Him. ¹⁴ For He Himself knows our frame; Heis mindful that we are but dust. ¹⁵ As for man, his days are like grass; as a flower of the field, so he flourishes. ¹⁶ When the wind has passed over it, it is no more, and its place acknowledges it no longer. ¹⁷ But the lovingkindness of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear Him, and His righteousness to children’s children, ¹⁸ To those who keep His covenant and remember His precepts to do them. ¹⁹ The Lord has established His throne in the heavens, and His sovereignty rules over all. ²⁰ Bless the Lord, you His angels, mighty in strength, who perform His word, obeying the voice of His word! ²¹ Bless the Lord, all you His hosts, you who serve Him, doing His will. ²² Bless the Lord, all you works of His, in all places of His dominion; bless the Lord, O my soul!” Psalm 103:13-22.

“¹ Hezekiah became king when he was twenty-five years old; and he reigned twenty-nine years in Jerusalem. And his mother’s name was Abijah, the daughter of Zechariah. ² He did right in the sight of the Lord, according to all that his father David had done. ³ In the first year of his reign, in the first month, he opened the doors of the house of the Lord and repaired them. ⁴ He brought in the priests and the Levites and gathered them into the square on the east. ⁵ Then he said to them, “Listen to me, O Levites. Consecrate yourselves now, and consecrate the house of the Lord, the God of your fathers, and carry the uncleanness out from the holy place. ⁶ For our fathers have been unfaithful and have done evil in the sight of the Lord our God, and have forsaken Him and turned their faces away from the dwelling place of the Lord, and have turned their backs. ⁷ They have also shut the doors of the porch and put out the lamps, and have not ⁸ Therefore the wrath of the Lord was against Judah and Jerusalem, and He has made them an object of terror, of horror, and of hissing, as you see with your own eyes. ⁹ For behold, our fathers have fallen by the sword, and our sons and our daughters and our wives are in captivity for this. ¹⁰ Now it is in my heart to make a covenant with the Lord God of Israel, that His burning anger may turn away from us. ¹¹ My sons, do not be negligent now, for the Lord has chosen you to stand before Him, to …….. ²⁰ Then King Hezekiah arose early and assembled the princes of the city and went up to the house of the Lord…..
…….. ²³ Then they brought the male goats of the sin offering before the king and the assembly, and they laid their hands on them. ²⁴ The priests slaughtered them and purged the altar with their blood to atone for all Israel, for the king ordered the burnt offering and the sin offering for all Israel…..
…….. ²⁹ Now at the completion of the burnt offerings, the king and all who were present with him bowed down and worshiped. ³⁰ Moreover, King Hezekiah and the officials ordered the Levites to sing praises to the Lord with the words of David and Asaph the seer. So they sang praises with joy, and bowed down and worshiped.
³¹ Then Hezekiah said, “Now that you have consecrated yourselves to the Lord, come near and bring sacrifices and thank offerings to the house of the Lord.” And the assembly brought sacrifices and thank offerings, and all those who were willing brought burnt offerings……
…….. ³⁵ There were also many burnt offerings with the fat of the peace offerings and with the libations for the burnt offerings. Thus the service of the house of the Lord was established again. ³⁶ Then Hezekiah and all the people rejoiced over what God had prepared for the people, because the thing came about suddenly,” 2 Chronicles 29:1-11,20, 23-24, 29-31, 35-36.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
