Declarations & Decrees: You Are an Intercessor Prepared for This Time, Standing in the Gap for the People Before the Lord!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I declare you are CALLED to intercede for your Community, for your Nation, and to GO and reach the lost.
  Many of you are CALLED to the Nations of the Earth.
  Open your Heart to the Father, “Here I am Lord, Send me!” (Isaiah 6:8)
  A willing heart is incense rising before His Throne!
• I decree and declare you desire to HEAR the Lord’s voice, to SPEAK and WRITE what His says to the People.
  Meditate on His Holy Scriptures, night and day; PREPARE yourself to KNOW HIS VOICE, and as you do, He will fill you with His Words.
• I decree you will WRITE the Lord’s Words clearly, so that all who read them will UNDERSTAND.
  The Spirit’s anointing is upon your writing and your speaking to EXPRESS the Lord’s HEART.
  He is DRAWING all Mankind unto Himself.
• I decree and declare the RIGHTEOUS attain Life through TRUSTING FAITHFULNESS.
  The Earth is full of the KNOWLEDGE of the Lord’s Glory as water covers the Sea.
  The creation is SHOUTING of God’s GLORY.
• I decree and declare you are SET APART as Holy for the Lord your God. You were CHOSEN out of all the Peoples on the face of the Earth to be His own UNIQUE TREASURE.
  He set you apart because of His love for you.
• I decree and declare the Lord your God is FAITHFUL; He keeps His Covenant and extends GRACE to those who LOVE Him and OBSERVE His Commands, to a thousand generations.
• I decree and declare you will INQUIRE and DO ALL you can to help the People of God.
  Do not worry or limit your options because of protocol.
  The Lord is MOVING within Governments and Organizations to PROTECT and EXALT THE RIGHTEOUS.
• I decree and declare you will not be concerned with the standards, knowing that God has placed you in POSITION PRECISELY for SUCH a TIME as THIS.
• I decree and declare, with PRAYER and FASTING, you CALL upon the Lord your God to intervene in the affairs of your People.
  You COMMIT them into His Keeping.
• I declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ I will stand on my guard post and station myself on the rampart; and I will keep watch to see what He will speak to me, and how I may reply when I am reproved. ² Then the Lord answered me and said, “Record the vision and inscribe it on tablets, that the one who reads it may run. ³ “For the vision is yet for the appointed time; It hastens toward the goal and it will not fail. Though it tarries, wait for it; for it will certainly come, it will not delay. ⁴ “Behold, as for the proud one, His soul is not right within him; but the righteous will live by his faith…..
…….. ⁹ “Woe to him who gets evil gain for his house to put his nest on high, to be delivered from the hand of calamity! ¹⁰ “You have devised a shameful thing for your house by cutting off many peoples; so you are sinning against yourself. ¹¹ “Surely the stone will cry out from the wall, and the rafter will answer it from the framework. ¹² “Woe to him who builds a city with bloodshed and founds a town with violence!
¹³ “Is it not indeed from the Lord of hosts that peoples toil for fire, and nations grow weary for nothing? ¹⁴ “For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea,” Habakkuk 2:1-4, 9-14.

“⁶ For you are a holy people to the Lord your God; the Lord your God has chosen you to be a people for His own possession out of all the peoples who are on the face of the earth. ⁷ “The Lord did not set His love on you nor choose you because you were more in number than any of the peoples, for you were the fewest of all peoples, ⁸ but because the Lord loved you and kept the oath which He swore to your forefathers, the Lord brought you out by a mighty hand and redeemed you from the house of slavery, from the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt. ⁹ Know therefore that the Lord your God, He is God, the faithful God, who keeps His covenant and His lovingkindness to a thousandth generation with those who love Him and keep His commandments; ¹⁰ but repays those who hate Him to their faces, to destroy them; He will not delay with him who hates Him, He will repay him to his face. ¹¹ Therefore, you shall keep the commandment and the statutes and the judgments which I am commanding you today, to do them,” Deuteronomy 7:6-11.

“⁴ Then Esther’s maidens and her eunuchs came and told her, and the queen writhed in great anguish. And she sent garments to clothe Mordecai that he might remove his sackcloth from him, but he did not accept them. ⁵ Then Esther summoned Hathach from the king’s eunuchs, whom the king had appointed to attend her, and ordered him to go to Mordecai to learn what this was and why it was. ⁶ So Hathach went out to Mordecai to the city square in front of the king’s gate. ⁷ Mordecai told him all that had happened to him, and the exact amount of money that Haman had promised to pay to the king’s treasuries for the destruction of the Jews. ⁸ He also gave him a copy of the text of the edict which had been issued in Susa for their destruction, that he might show Esther and inform her, and to order her to go in to the king to implore his favor and to plead with him for her people. ⁹ Hathach came back and related Mordecai’s words to Esther. ¹⁰ Then Esther spoke to Hathach and ordered him to reply to Mordecai: ¹¹ “All the king’s servants and the people of the king’s provinces know that for any man or woman who comes to the king to the inner court who is not summoned, he has but one law, that he be put to death, unless the king holds out to him the golden scepter so that he may live. And I have not been summoned to come to the king for these thirty days.” ¹² They related Esther’s words to Mordecai. ¹³ Then Mordecai told them to reply to Esther, “Do not imagine that you in the king’s palace can escape any more than all the Jews. ¹⁴ For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place and you and your father’s house will perish. And who knows whether you have not attained royalty for such a time as this?” ¹⁵ Then Esther told them to reply to Mordecai, ¹⁶ “Go, assemble all the Jews who are found in Susa, and fast for me; do not eat or drink for three days, night or day. I and my maidens also will fast in the same way. And thus I will go in to the king, which is not according to the law; and if I perish, I perish,” Esther 4:4-16.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
