Wounded Christians
I was talking to The LORD this morning, and He gave me a deep revelation about wounded Christians…
Satan strives to keep wounded Christians wounded. As long as a person is wounded they will always turn inward, and everything will be revolved around their wounds.
A wounded person cannot be an effective witness of Jesus Christ, because that would require them to turn outward.
A wounded solider cannot be in the battlefield, because they are no longer effective.
The same in The LORD’s army . If we don’t allow The LORD to heal the wounds of our past and/or current circumstances, we will not be able to overcome the evil one, and he will triumph over us.
Victims who don’t deal with their victimization, become victimizers in the end.
When Jesus returned to Nazareth after being tempted by Satan, He went into a synagogue, opened a scroll, and read from Isaiah 61:
“The Spirit of The LORD is upon Me,
Because He has anointed Me
To preach the gospel to the poor;
He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted,
To proclaim liberty to the captives
And recovery of sight to the blind,
To set at liberty those who are oppressed;
To proclaim the acceptable year of The LORD.”
Saints, we need to allow Jesus heal our wounds, mend our broken hearts, and set us free from the oppressions and captivities of our past.
Only then can we begin to be effective in God’s Kingdom. After all, this is part of why He came: FOR YOU.
There is no power in holding on to it, there’s only power in letting it go.
God is not offended by your weakness, and your burden is not too great that He cannot lift you up.
Shabbat Shalom

Oh heavens, how ironic. It’s so hard for me to let go of things, and I go over and over it in my head. I’ve been praying for God to help me let go of past hurts and help me to not hold grudges.

So true, my dear sister Mena. Even in recent weeks so many things of the past was coming at me, but I replied to them now “it does not define me.” Speak that you love those who are opposing you. and mean it from your heart.
There is this powerful song titled “Healing” by Blanca God dropped in my spirit.
We thank you for this word my sister. Blessings!
Yes and the Lord also commanded that Christian’s love one another. This is not done in church today. We love people conditionally. The love of many has waxed cold.
We are entitled, we assume we’ve made it, we are dependent upon others for our spiritual food and growth. But we are also very independent not helping eachother with our burdens. Most importantly we make our problems into our gods.
As many people become offended over just about anything. Do not get offended. Unforgiveness is a trap. We keep our joy by focusing on pleasing the Lord and not ourselves.
Guard your heart, stand ready to forgive, love people unconditionally, if you cannot see that everyone has a need these days then you probably need healing yourself. Do something positive today for someone else no matter how you feel. That is the beginning of healing.
Thank you for sharing the above revelation from the Lord. He has been speaking to me about ” letting go” of various things, and I am going through a healing journey. Much restoration has/is taking place in my life.
May God continue to bless and keep you!
