Wonderwear!
As I was driving today, The LORD said to me, “Wonderwear!”
I said, “What do you mean “wonderwear”?
Sounded like something strange to me. He knew what I was thinking and He laughed.
I don’t always know how to take some of the things He tells me, because He always has surprises in store and uses all kinds of things around me to illustrate what He means, so I just waited.
He said, “Wonderwear – what do you wear spiritually? What are you “wondering” about?”
- Do you wonder when the enemy will hit next and how hard, because you aren’t prepared? Or,
- Are you prepared most of the time for battle, because you never know when the enemy will hit next, so you “wonder” what The LORD will do with me next? What is my next adventure with The LORD?
Then He showed me people dressed in either gray or white garments that appeared like undergarments or someone who used to wear the 1-piece union suit or long underwear.
I was laughing as I looked and The LORD’s mouth turned up at the corners as He tried to keep a straight face. He too was amused at His illustration. But HE was trying to make a point.
Then He said, “Wonderwear gray? Wonderwear white? Which do you prefer?”
I really didn’t know what to say. So I said, “I prefer white, but should I prefer gray? Lord, what is this “Wonderwear about?”
Wonderwear gray is for those who are anxious, fearful and worry about what the enemy is going to do next.
They don’t wear their spiritual battle armor consistently nor practice offensive warfare, so they are consistently being beat down upon and after they get hit, they remember to pray or declare or do whatever The LORD told them to do previously.
So they are consistently having to get back up, after being hit, sometimes taking longer than others, because the hit was worse.
Wonderwear white is for those who rest in The LORD. They are at peace and know He is in control.
They wear their spiritual armor consistently and they practice offensive warfare. They don’t worry going into battle because they have been listening to the Lord and resting in Him, when He has told them to rest.
So what do you prefer?
Wonderwear gray or wonderwear white?
Which one are you? The choice is yours!
God Bless You!
